It was a very good experience with the Moore Buick GMC Service Department. They got me in and out in a timely manner, explained to me exactly what work was performed, and answered any questions that I had. Even though it is an hour drive from my home, I will continue to take my Canyon to Moore for service.

Had an appointment at 8:00 for oil change and tire rotation, first one there, figured would go pretty quick, huh think again 2 and 1/2 hours later, seriously these are basic services should not take that long and with a scheduled appointment. Moore Buick should inform their customers in advance that basics services will take several hours so that they can plan accordingly. Shame on them,people are busy and we could of made other arrangements.i would give them no stars if I could
Crystal very politely reached out and encouraged me that Moore GMC had what I needed, Robin was an amazing salesmen allowed me to kind of ponder the purchase, brought up a different option even though it was storming, compared side by side, and I was free to make my decision. Paul Henry in finance got my payments to an acceptable range of where I needed to be. I couldn't have asked for a better car/truck buying experience. Great dealership team!!

I was in the market for a new vehicle but wasnt sure what make and model. Stopped in here just to browse and Steve found the 2013 GMC Sierra for me and I drove it away that day with the lowest APR I have ever had. Just took my daughter there today and she just drove away with a 2015 Chevy Cruze for less than 10k after financing. The team and staff here are pleasant, polite, and very professional. Ive always been intimidated by their high end vehicles across the front of the lot, but now this place will be my first stop when looking for a reliable vehicle. They refuse to sell a sub-par car, truck, or SUV.
Had 11appt. Arrived at 1050. Checked in. Went to waiting area. See my name on the board stating an oil change, status- in progress. Walk outside to make a call 30-45 min later. Glance across car lot and there's my car. NOT in a bay being worked on. A few min later I watched them pull into a bay. Why say work in progress when it hasn't been started. Honesty goes a long wait. They weren't honest.
The service department at Moore Buick GMC is exceptional! I have been getting my car serviced here for 3 years, and Derrick Black is the service manager who normally helps me. Their customer service is fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers and their vehicles are well taken care of. I have never been to another dealership where I have been treated as well.
This was always a great dealership, but the new person in service (Trudie) was terrible. Not only did my vehicle not get the services I asked for that was written on my invoice, but she was rude, dismissive, not wearing a mask and not respecting any type of social distancing.
My wife and I had a bad experience with another dealer in the area whom we had bought cars for years. Called Moore GMC spoke with Matt explained the citation and we closed the deal on a new Acadia. We were very pleased with all the folks there. I would highly recommend them to anyone !

As a professional man, (Medical Provider) at a local practice in Jax yet not myself being "from Jax", I had been hearing for a few yrs that Moore Buick is by far the best dealership in Jax. Years ago in 2004 I had bought from Moore Buick, but my sales guy retired and I ended up buying my last vehicle from Raleigh after my cars were destroyed in the Tornado of 2011. This time, I made a very bad mistake at first. I went to another local dealership. Stay clear of Marine Chevy, if you want to be treated respectfully, honestly, and not have games, as I absolutely was horrified to endure, and horrified is the correct word.
But it gave me the opportunity to really compare the two experiences. I left the Chevy place absoutely insulted by their behaviors, took the night to regroup, and realized, forget the Chevy Car (that has super low warranty coverages anyway), and go check out Buicks. I am SO GLAD I did it! As stressful and exhausting as car buying can be (plus not of any help it was over 100F outside ha!)... I went on over to Moore.
What a AWESOME TEAM!! I do mean team! I had the assistance of many people through the process of getting my credit approval and the vehicle (right vehicle) picked out for "My" needs! They actually went above and beyond!
At Moore Buick, they worked with me, addressed ALL my needs. When they realized I really "need" heated seats all of the back of the seat due to my spinal injury... when we found the right car, they are installing the heat in for FREE! New heated full back seats being added at NO costs! They didn't raise the price and then say it's free. No. The price was already the price, then they added in the seats for me!
When they heard I drive a lot for work I do in other counties/regions of NC and often conferences out of state...they ADDED another 10K miles of bumper to bumper coverage, at NO additional costs as well!! The 5 yr/60K mile coverage BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty beats a Chevy's very questionable 3yr/36K. I did wonder why so low on a brand new vehicle if you trust your product? I Computer Brains in cars means you NEED a good Warranty! And Buick/Pontiacs do that! Moore gave me additional on top! So with that 10K added my higher driving miles will not run my warrenty out so fast!
This team of extremely professional, relaxed and friendly people, where absolutely a fresh of breath air from what I had contended with before! I came home with the new vehicle yesterday early evening. I was also given a few interesting rebates. They will be installing the new heated seats by appointment and I'll have a lender for the day while they do so. I simply can't thank this team enough for all they did for me yesterday! They understand that we don't all have the same needs, situations,, etc. and they are not afraid of "Work"! They worked to help "Me" as a individual! And they "Listen"! Many dealerships over all do not really "Listen" Terry my sales lady listened as did the rest of their team of "Professionals"! Recently bought a used truck from them. The next day I realized the power folding mirrors were not working. I took it back and was told that they would not fix the folding mirrors because the basic function of the mirrors still work. And informed me that they did not make enough money off the truck to repair the part. But would buy it back for what I bought it for. And sales person David also stated that if I brought it back to them they could get 3-4k more for it since no one is selling anything due to the covid-19 outbreak. That is not the way to do business. I am not looking to sell the truck back just looking for the parts to be fixed if they advertised it as having power folding mirrors then the should work. Buyer beware they will take advantage of you if they feel they can get the upper hand.
I do not like dealing with typical car salesmen that play games or smoke & mirrors with cost shifting. I like to know the bottom line without spending hours getting there too. I could tell within the 1st 5 minutes of speaking with Ryan I was dealing with an experienced salesperson who was going to be honest and upfront. I never left my house to make this purchase! Not only did we handle everything over the phone BUT they brought our new vehicle to our home, that same day, we live in New Bern. Do not waste your time with other dealerships unless you have time to waste! Seriously, the quickest, and best buying experience we have ever had. Great Price, Great Service, Great Experience. A+++
I took my truck in for a Check Engine code for the transmission. The code reader listed the error codes as unsafe to drive so I stopped driving, for a week before they could get me in. When I made the appointment I listed I would be in need of a loaner. They told me my part wouldn t be in for at least 4 days since it s coming from Michigan, but couldn t give me a loaner because it wasn t covered under my Insurance and nobody was going to pay for it then I was told they didn t have any more loaners available and I d be called as soon as one came available or if there was an update on the part or my truck. I call for an update and I was told I could come get my truck and drive it till the part comes back. Mind you, there is an issue with the GMC Sierra transmission I ve had my truck taken in 3 separate times already, and the faults were for a: transmission temp sensor fault, and transmission control system malfunction. A week goes by and I received not one call from them. After my last phone call with them I was pretty much told to just wait till it gets there because they do not have a tracking number on the part and no way to tell when it would come in, and I m still without a vehicle because I m led to believe that there hasn t been a loaner available for over a week. Ridiculous customer service department, horrible with follow through, and seems to me like I could ve ordered a part myself through Marine Chevrolet and got it done 10x faster with better customer service

My vehicle has a safety recall that has caused serious bodily harm and even death to well over a dozen people. They didn t offer a loaner and charged me for an airbag sensor that was shorted out in which could have possibly went off and caused serious bodily harm or even death to me and my children while driving down the road. They say that they feel like they treated me fair. The sensor caused the airbag light to go off and when I took it in, that s when I found out about the recall. If this was their only vehicle like it was mine, they would have been helped way better than I was. This is where I purchased the vehicle years ago and that doesn t matter at all.
My wife took her car to have the routine maintenance done and to correct a check engine alert. When her appointment came up she two of our grandchildren that she had to take along with her. The service writer arranged for a courtesy vehicle and even made sure that the child seats were transferred to the courtesy vehicle. That s service above and beyond. Thanks Moore Buick!

Excellent experience every time I take my car in for maintenance repair. Awesome customer service. Their during a fantastic job with cleaning the waiting area and the disinfectant of your vehicle before and after they finish. I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in getting their vehicle fixed right.
Very nice and polite employees. But I do have to say they charge WAY to much for any work that needs to be done to a vehicle. I know it's a dealership, but still. I would recommend buying a vehicle from Steve. He's awesome.
Beware of the incompetence. I felt targeted and taken advantage of when I went here. Had a power steering issue and knew the issue was in the line, they insisted it was my BRAND NEW pump. Checked the pump myself just in case and what do you know, the pump is absolutely fine! Do not go if you do not have to.
Between Mitch and Crystal in sales, and Kim in service, these guys are fantastic. I have never had a bad experience. When I bought my truck, there was no sales gimmick, no pressure, just a solid product. I have had all my services done there as well, they do a fantastic job. We will be buying our next car here too!

Great Service Department! The Service Mgr went above and beyond to get my exhaust repaired. I appreciate that there are still businesses that have people with integrity and excellent customer service. In a world of always trying to make money no matter the cost John actually went to bat for me and for 2 days was on the phone with manufacturer when he felt my exhaust problem should not have happened. I did not know that was even an option and was just wanting it fixed so I am thankful for a business that would do the right thing. Everyone in the Service Dept and the Parts Dept were so friendly and helpful. Moore Buick should be proud to have him and his team representing their business.
Hi, my mom and I bought her vehicle from Moor Buick GMC a couple years ago. She had a bad tire and stopped by the service department to have them take a look. They told her that the tire could not be repaired so she reluctantly paid for an expensive new tire. However, she asked them for her old tire back anyway. She drove back home (she lives about 30 miles away) and the next day stopped by 3 tire repair centers who all told her that the tire could have been repaired. She was so disappointed she gave me a call--I live in Michigan! I encouraged her to contact the manager and she did. He asked her if a partial refund would suffice and she said yes, however, she never received the refund. I sent John, the manager a text message asking him for the status and apparently there was a mixup in the mail. He was deeply apologetic, professional, and sent not only a partial refund, but the full amount of the tire right away! My mom was ecstatic! Thanks again John for your professionalism and willingness to address the mistake that was made in the service center :)!
Excellent experience buying a used car from Ryan Kephas. They gave me an excellent price, let a local mechanic come and test drive the car, and then delivered the vehicle to me in Charlotte. Bought the car sight unseen and couldn't be happier.

I dropped off truck on a Thursday evening for Friday service and repairs. Received no updated status for my vehicle all day Friday. Called approximately 6 times to inquire about vehicle status, was transferred to service advisor's full voicemail each time. Called Saturday morning to find out that my truck had been invoiced and was ready for pick up. However, requested repairs were not properly completed and no attempt to remedy was or has been made. This visit to Moore GMC was a second chance visit, as this level of service was previously given. Will not return to Moore for service, there are too many local GMC service options to contend with not being properly taken care of at one of them. Now have to take more time out of my busy schedule to have the issue dealt with at a diffefent dealership.
Purchased a new Sierra 1500 from here, and they do not honor the tire warranty that is supposed to come with a new truck. My vehicle is under 3 years old and below 35k miles (GMC tire warranty criteria). All 4 tires wore prematurely and cannot be covered because they are specific to the truck I they sold me.
As always, my service was outstanding! R. J. goes out of his way to ensure that my vehicle is serviced promptly and properly. I always am kept informed about what is going on and how my service is progressing. Marie is friendly when she checks me out!
I took my 2015 GMC Yukon to the service department to get the GPS fixed. When I went back to pick it up yesterday afternoon, they told me it wasn t fixed, and that they had to order a new part, this after I had already waited a week to get the first part in. Less than 24 hours later, on a Saturday night at 7 PM, I was stranded out in town with my 7 month old baby, with a dead battery and the dealership was closed with nobody answering the phone. I had to call my stepson to have him tow my vehicle back home and wait until Monday for the dealership to reopen. I ve never before seen the error messages in my vehicle that I saw tonight. I don t know what they did to screw up my car, but I m having serious second thoughts about ever taking my vehicle there again. Customers beware!
Recently, I wrecked my Enclave. I called Moore to recommend someone to fix my Enclave. They recommend a topic body shop. The body shop retuned my car to the dealership for the final twits with the power-steering. They kept me informed and answered my questions, sent text messages and I was greatly satisfied with Moore Buick.
The service dept. personnel were very efficient and courteous and the assisting salesman, Ted Azam, went above and beyond by exchanging my car and the loaner.
Ted Azam is an amazing and professional salesman. He gets things done and is very helpful. The parts.department manager resolved the issue with our vehicle more quickly than I imagined. Kim contacted me to let me know the job was done sooner than I anticipated. Thanks for everything GMC!!
Being new to North Carolina it was important to find a quality dealership to service my two Serria Denali trucks. I couldn t nothing but great things about Moore GMC. The staff was amazing and courteous to my husband and me!! However, we came in and paid for an oil change and tire rotation. However, we noticed out tires were not, in fact, rotated. We only know this because the day before, 10/01/2020, I had purchased 2 brand new tires from Baldree'sTires in Havelock for my front end. When I arrived home, I noticed the new tires were still on the front end. How do I know this? The new tires had 2 colored dots on each tire. Plus the fact the front tires had WAY more tread on them! We are a bit disappointed because we feel we did not receive the full service we paid for. Over all, the staff is truly great! We love talking with the people there at Moore's. We just understand why the tires were not rotated.
One of my friends went to your dealership and bought a vehicle. The sales lady Terry was horrible to her. This is always one of my favorite dealerships. This sales lady I try to keep anyone from going to her that I know. My friend had her and she had horrible service with her. I m so upset that she was treated how she was, when I recommended her to go to this dealership. Then when my friend goes up to the dealership after buying her car a week later, Terry acts as though she had no clue who my friend was when she came back to get what Terry promised her at the dealership. Terry lied to her, she never received what was promised to her. For this dealership to be so amazing, I can t believe this sales lady still treats costumers how she does. Food for thought... DO NOT USE TERRY AT MOORE BUICK! Besides Terry, this dealership is amazing!! If I could give them ten stars I would but Terry zero stars.
My family and I have trusted the Buick Moore dealership since we've moved to Jacksonville. The people that own, manage, and operate this business have truly put morals and standards on their car selling. Ask for Juan Espinoza. He genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. It's nice knowing that these guys are on our side.
Mr. Filoon greeted me with his usual friendliness and took care of my service request with efficiency and thoroughness. He advised me I needed new tires, but I am waiting till after the next credit card bill so I won't be over-committed during April. Also listed on my statement were suggested preventive measures. It is so nice to feel as if someone is looking out for my interests and cares about how my car is driving. I look forward to my visits to the dealership.

STAY AWAY $96 OIL CHANGE! It was supposed to be $39.99, but they lied. We asked (before scheduling the appointment) if they has a lift for a 1 ton truck. They lied. We asked them to check the break pads. They said the machine was broken. But they printed out a fake report saying they inspected the brakes. Another lie. Buyer beware. Stay away from the service department. Spoke to manager and she apologized but did nothing. We were going to look at their 2020 trucks but they just lost the sale!

I had a flat tire while driving out of town. Moore Buick/GMC was closest GM dealer to me. After getting a temporary repair I was able to get their shop and they changed my spare but did not have a replacement tire is stock. I was able to get home and can get a new tire at my local dealer. I am a disabled vet and could not change the tire myself due to my disability.
This was by far the most easiest auto purchasing experience I ve had to date. Steve Taylor was a pleasure to work with. He provided answers and insight to all my questions pertaining to the vehicles I was interested in. Will definitely seek him out for all my future GMC purchases.
Great experience, knowledgeable salesman (Rob Herring) did a fantastic job selling me my new truck. They didn t do any of the normal high pressure sales techniques. Very happy with my purchase and the sales experience.
Told them the brakes was making a scrubbing sound like the were scraping metal to metal. The truck has 6024 miles on it now, it shouldn t be making that sound. The guy at the desk said they blew some dust out of them. Got up next morning drove it. Guess what it s still making the sound.

Juan was able to negotiate a very fair deal for my new truck and got me the value of my trade I wanted. Additionally, the following day he picked up my truck and had the bed cover installed. We found a great deal on a 2008 Enclave and asked them to check it over. They took the challenge and returned our Enclave to us in like new condition. Very knowledgeable, customer oriented, and super friendly. I'll be bringing my Enclave back to Derrick and Shane at Moore Buick.
I purchased a 2018 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018, car was brand new. The MSRP was $38,000, two years later I am interested in trading it in and already this car is only worth $18,000. So now I am negative $10,000 in equity on this car. Do not buy a GMC Terrain, the road noise is horrible.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went in there to explore the options of trading in our Jeep. Ashley and the sales team worked wonders for us and were SO accommodating to my husband, my crazy 2 year old, and my big pregnant self. It got to the point that we needed to take our son to the car to quiet down and they literally still worked with us IN THE RAIN! They are amazing, so professional, and super friendly. Because of our situation with the Jeep, they were so honest with us about doing the financial part first to see if there was anything even within our budget before falling in love with something. I think that says a lot about a sales team, the morals that they have, and that they value their customers time. Unfortunately we are moving out of state but I would highly consider driving back to the area in the future to purchase another vehicle from them! I can't say enough positive things about this place

Service is not what it should be. Try some where else for warranty service especially when you're vehicle's warranty gets close to the end. I bought three vehicles there. Don't know if I will again. Your experience may be better. Also even if you have bought there before don't expect a better price on your next purchase as they only want to give you nothing for your two or three year old vehicle and give you one or two grand off their sticker price. You absolutely have to get up and leave, bvb but don't expect them to call, they don't offer a better deal, go to the internet and save 10k instead.

Initially upon arrival I was told that a loaner car that had been promised was not available. The service personnel was able to secure a personal vehicle from one of the managers for me to use.My car part was installed and then it was determined a panel in the hatch was in need of replacement. This part has been ordered and will be repaired. Personnel was friendly and determined to meet my needs.
