I do not like dealing with typical car salesmen that play games or smoke & mirrors with cost shifting. I like to know the bottom line without spending hours getting there too. I could tell within the 1st 5 minutes of speaking with Ryan I was dealing with an experienced salesperson who was going to be honest and upfront. I never left my house to make this purchase! Not only did we handle everything over the phone BUT they brought our new vehicle to our home, that same day, we live in New Bern.
