I took my 2015 GMC Yukon to the service department...
I took my 2015 GMC Yukon to the service department to get the GPS fixed. When I went back to pick it up yesterday afternoon, they told me it wasn t fixed, and that they had to order a new part, this after I had already waited a week to get the first part in. Less than 24 hours later, on a Saturday night at 7 PM, I was stranded out in town with my 7 month old baby, with a dead battery and the dealership was closed with nobody answering the phone. I had to call my stepson to have him tow my vehicle back home and wait until Monday for the dealership to reopen. I ve never before seen the error messages in my vehicle that I saw tonight. I don t know what they did to screw up my car, but I m having serious second thoughts about ever taking my vehicle there again. Customers beware!
