Mr. Filoon greeted me with his usual friendliness and took care of my service request with efficiency and thoroughness.
He advised me I needed new tires, but I am waiting till after the next credit card bill so I won't be over-committed during April. Also listed on my statement were suggested preventive measures.
It is so nice to feel as if someone is looking out for my interests and cares about how my car is driving. I look forward to my visits to the dealership.
