Hi, my mom and I bought her vehicle from Moor Buick GMC a couple years ago. She had a bad tire and stopped by the service department to have them take a look. They told her that the tire could not be repaired so she reluctantly paid for an expensive new tire. However, she asked them for her old tire back anyway. She drove back home (she lives about 30 miles away) and the next day stopped by 3 tire repair centers who all told her that the tire could have been repaired. She was so disappointed she gave me a call--I live in Michigan! I encouraged her to contact the manager and she did. He asked her if a partial refund would suffice and she said yes, however, she never received the refund. I sent John, the manager a text message asking him for the status and apparently there was a mixup in the mail. He was deeply apologetic, professional, and sent not only a partial refund, but the full amount of the tire right away! My mom was ecstatic! Thanks again John for your professionalism and willingness to address the mistake that was made in the service center :)!
