The staff was amazing and courteous to my husband and me!! However, we came in and paid for an oil change and tire rotation.
However, we noticed out tires were not, in fact, rotated. We only know this because the day before, 10/01/2020, I had purchased 2 brand new tires from Baldree'sTires in Havelock for my front end. When I arrived home, I noticed the new tires were still on the front end.
How do I know this? The new tires had 2 colored dots on each tire. Plus the fact the front tires had WAY more tread on them!
We are a bit disappointed because we feel we did not receive the full service we paid for.
Over all, the staff is truly great! We love talking with the people there at Moore's. We just understand why the tires were not rotated.
