One of my friends went to your dealership and bought a vehicle. The sales lady Terry was horrible to her. This is always one of my favorite dealerships. This sales lady I try to keep anyone from going to her that I know. My friend had her and she had horrible service with her. I m so upset that she was treated how she was, when I recommended her to go to this dealership.
Then when my friend goes up to the dealership after buying her car a week later, Terry acts as though she had no clue who my friend was when she came back to get what Terry promised her at the dealership. Terry lied to her, she never received what was promised to her.
For this dealership to be so amazing, I can t believe this sales lady still treats costumers how she does. Food for thought... DO NOT USE TERRY AT MOORE BUICK!
Besides Terry, this dealership is amazing!! If I could give them ten stars I would but Terry zero stars.
