Had an appointment at 8:00 for oil change and tire...

Had an appointment at 8:00 for oil change and tire rotation, first one there, figured would go pretty quick, huh think again 2 and 1/2 hours later, seriously these are basic services should not take that long and with a
scheduled appointment. Moore Buick should inform their customers in advance that basics services will take several hours so that they can plan accordingly. Shame on them,people are busy and we could of made other arrangements.i would give them no stars if I could
