As for shipping, everything went well, fast and package intact but I always make a note on how the product is presented on the site, or the image shown does not correspond to the product arrived as it is very clear that my PC (a hp microserver) is equipped with a DVD player but then it arrives without ... even the specifications I don't know or correct ... however I am quite satisfied.
