Good morning, I want to express a bad judgment about the order of a TV service arrived with excellent times (as expected) but unfortunately broken. After a good 15 days, after immediately reporting the problem to Monclick srl, unfortunately to date I have not received the replacement item despite the undersigned has complied with their every request as "photos, declarations etc ... I will never buy again "on the Monclick website and I soon got involved in a legal action. Furthermore, the undamaged product still in the original packaging, given the bulky dimensions, is creating considerable space discomfort. It was for me my first and last purchase, leaving the large and efficient company AMAZON by mistake.
