Bad, they canceled the order of a video card offer...

Bad, they canceled the order of a video card offered to attract customers and after a week they still have not refunded my money, besides making me lose another offer on another shop making me believe that I have completed the purchase, they are causing me further damage by not refunding the money spent with PayPal when the refund should be instantaneous, I cannot buy anywhere else, not having any more money on the prepaid card
