I challenge you to take the line with their phone number. I have been trying to call for 2 days and it is always busy. Bad even in the email replies that never came to me. I strongly advise against it and I cannot offer a minimum service. Since I can't answer, I add that after 2 minutes from the purchase I asked you to cancel the order but you said it had left, I asked you to send it to another address and you didn't even answer ... if you give me your email I will be happy to turn them all over. And anyway the feedback on Ebay remains.
