I purchased in two different orders at Monclick, a washing machine first and a washer + dryer then.

It is not so much in the post black friday processing times I am complaining about (also because Monclick has issued a 10 euro voucher), I am rather complaining about the difficulty of making telephone contact with Monclick which reserves too short a time in which being able to contact them, especially because unlike similar online realities in the electronic field, you can NEVER get on the line.
To exacerbate the situation in an insurmountable way, it is the agreement signed with those rats of Amati JR for the delivery of the goods.
I have an order entrusted to AMATI on December 4th.
To date, December 12, nothing is known yet about the shipment, they don't answer the phone, not even the emails.
I find that it is really low-key people to rely on unprofessional subjects who, however, manage the connection between online and reality, and therefore actually manage the final experience, which is what matters, towards the user.
Rhetorical question: in your opinion, if I break the washing machine and I am broken down for this problem, purchase from you, it is conceivable that it can well sponsor your store and your service if from the moment of the order 29/11 on 12 / 12 still no trace of my product?
I think the answer comes by itself.
My suggestion is to change courier and enhance your customer care, differently, slowly, you will lose customers.
The price don't forget that it's just one of many factors, not the only one.

I REITERATE that I have been waiting since 4 December to have NEWS from my WASHING MACHINE that I PAID in advance I don't know if the matter is clear.
Either soon I will be given ACCURATE information regarding delivery, or I will proceed with PAYPAL to get a full refund for my orders

I also remember that the fact that the courier manages the last mile and specializes in delivering to the plan, does not grant them the right not to provide precise tracking, not to be organized and to have fictitious numbers and to be uncontainable. It would be enough to provide a precise delivery date, while instead they are cialtroni pretending to be couriers. I await a response otherwise I will provide otherwise
