I purchased a dryer on November 23, 2019, to date I have not yet received it. They say it is at the local depot, I was contacted twice on Friday saying that they were delivering on Sunday, I replied that the delivery is at a shop and on Sunday it is closed we are on the third Friday and still nothing. In the meantime, I have "managed" to speak to the call center which told me the same thing 3 times "I will immediately make a report and will be contacted by the carrier" this 2 weeks ago and last week. Same thing and same result, the dryer does not arrive. And strange thing there is no way to have a contact with the carrier or to know who he is, it seems a state secret. I see myself forced to take back the amount paid.
