order of a Samsung Qled TV for the modest sum of 1,999.00 made through Sky extra on November 23rd. Confirmation of receipt of payment received on 27 November with the premise that "within a few hours" the TV will be entrusted to the courier. From there, nothing, if not a message, on facebook, which confirms that the goods are ready and that "they are verifying with the logistics". and in the meantime another day has passed. telephone customer service EXISTING (do not believe us when they ask to leave the number to be contacted, because they will NEVER contact you again), answers to the ZERO mails. shameful, I'm about to lose patience. I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately you can not. Ah, and before you ask me (again) the order number: YA16766846.
