Last month I purchased a TV on the Monclick website (order no. YA19112639) but as soon as it was opened the package was damaged with a broken screen. I followed the same procedure (2/12/19) the same day, sent the email with the photos, followed by other repeated emails without having received any feedback to date.
Attempts to call the customer service over the phone have failed because the number is constantly busy.
Obviously I have not received any refunds.
I also see on the website that the product is no longer available.
If I do not receive an answer, I will contact the competent authorities.
