Very disappointed that the sales staff was not willing to work out or go the extra mile to try and make deal with me on a 40K 3500. There's a 4" hole in the box/bed and paint missing from the fender too. They don't want to fix either but just sell it to the next person. Poor business if you ask me.

We had a great experience at your dealership. This is the second Silverado we purchased from Miller Chevrolet. I love my Silverado's! Our salesman, Brian Hillsdale was awesome. The first thing I told him was I did not like to barter on prices, I just want a fair price on the new truck and our trade-in. He was very accommodating, he told us the price of the truck and what they would allow on the trade-in. Brian is a very experienced sales person. Very friendly, personable and knows his Chevy's! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Brian and recommend him to my friends and family. Bill Mayhew helped us with accessories, he is very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Financing went very quickly and smoothly. He (I didn't get his business card) was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. It made the process very easy. You have a great group at your dealership! Thank you!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this place. The vehicle purchases have gone fine but the service department is far from good. You can expect an hour and half to 3 hours every time to get an oil change. I was the second in line during a weekday at 7 am this week and it took an hour and a half to get out of there. In addition, there was a nail in the tread of my tire. Their service professional told me the tire couldn't be fixed and that I needed to buy all four tires since my car has AWD at a cost of 1100. Needless to say, I did not purchase the tires and took it to an actual tire place. They had my tire patched in less than half an hour for $25. Very sketchy customer service at best and I would not recommend going there. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

I will never bring my vehicle back here. I brought my car in for transmission work that was covered under warranty and i was told there was nothing wrong with my transmission and that it was my exhaust causing the problem. So i got that replaced and it didn't help at all. Less then 12 hours after getting my car back from these morons my transmission blew up and i was stranded on the side of the road.

CJ was very helpful with all my questions, and if he didn't know answer, he found out. He didn't guess. All personnel I dealt with seemed knowledgeable and offered services, but didn't push. Let me start off by saying I usually don't read reviews because often times they are fictitious or left by unhappy unsatifiable folks nor have I ever left a review before but the actions by this service department were so greasy I felt obligated to share my experience.
Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and I was informed that they needed to perform some warranty work that would take 4 hours to complete. After several "time of completion extensions" and a myriad of excuses, I recieved my vehicle back WITH an invoice of $600.00+ dollars of services that were not agrees upon. These professionals decided after we had already discussed the work that they were going to perform they would save me a trip back and just take care of my chevrolet recommended 50,000 mile fluid changes. All I can say is this outfit is either shady or incompetent! Probably both. After a day and half dealing with with this dealership racket I was ineed of a shower.

I purchased my car from Miller in 2009 and recently went back for some maintenance work. The people are friendly, helpful and efficient. Also, the car I purchased (used) years ago has been excellent I bought it at about 40,000 miles and now have it up to 100,000+. In this time, I haven't had any problems aside from regular updates and maintenance.

I was very happy with my service. Ive always been worried about going to a dealership for service because Ive heard bad rumors. After dropping it off, The repair tech made sure that I knew about the dangers of a blown head gasket or cracked block before repairs. The work was done in under a day and the car was ready to go. Since the replaced pump, Ive driven on highway, and city and it works great. Ive put a few hundred miles on it with no issues, and I can feel the difference now that the failing pump is gone.

I would recommend you guys to anyone

It took a long time to get an oil change, but they had enough to entertain me for 3 hours. I would come back here because they had a valid excuse for taking awhile, they had a good number of people in front of us which was my doing. I like coming here to get oil changes if I bring my laptop.

I live 20 miles from your dealership, but I will go the 20 miles because I get great service and respect as a woman truck owner from your service department. Especially Wade, he is the one I usually deal with. He has always been very helpful, he always explains things thoroughly and takes the time to truly care about you and your vehicles needs.

We had a great experience working with Josh at Miller Chevrolet earlier this week! My boyfriend had a quick 5 minutes to talk with Josh about what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to be in. In less than an hour, Josh had called me with my options, texted me more info on the couple of vehicles I had narrowed it down to, worked with me to help pick out my top choice, had that vehicle pulled from the lot to get it all cleaned up, and scheduled an appointment with us for later that day for a test drive. Josh was waiting for us when we arrived, had the vehicle pulled up to the front and was ready to tell us more about it. He did a great job of showing us the vehicle, explaining how things worked, and answering our questions. After the test drive, I knew I wanted the vehicle. We sat down with Josh again to fill out the paperwork. It was quick and easy. We received a tour of the service department, which is very nice to know about ahead of time so it makes it seamless for stopping in for an oil change, etc. It was time to get down to signing the paperwork. Will the monthly lease amount still be what Josh had stated? Nope. It was less!!! After signing the lease paperwork, Josh provided us with a very detailed tour of our new vehicle. He explained every button, lever, switch, feature and option. He helped me connect my phone and programmed my favorite radio station. He answered all of our questions. He even offered to take our picture (I love pictures)! I tell ya what. Josh knows his stuff! He was amazing to work with and I would not hesitate for a moment to send my family and friends in to see him if they are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle!

Very poor experience!

Very poor experience!
Currently leasing a vehicle from Miller. This 2015 (brand new) truck has shook like we're on a gravel road since we got it. When we got it in and they replaced 3 tires as they were a part of a "bad batch", I was upset they didn't replace all 4.
A couple months later the 4th tire went bad. First, we were over our warranty mileage by 500 miles, but it was a pre-existing condition?! Then we had just driven through some paint on that tire now they won't replace the tire because we can't get all the paint out from between the treads(not for lack of paint thinner). It has a VERY minor amount of paint on it now. Well guess what?! We had to buy a new tire because of the paint.

I will never lease or buy from this dealer again, and do not recommend anyone else either. We're out over $300 because they won't send it in when it very obviously still shakes. They are more interested in getting money out of customers than good service.

Update: Miller was very apologetic that the new tire didn't fix the issue. Dean told us to bring it in again and they would swap out the new tire for the old one and give us our money back. 3/4 of day later, they call to let us know that they can't fix the shake (per GM's specifications, it doesn't shake ENOUGH, when you can hear the ice shaking around in your drink like it's just coming out of the ice machine...) and won't give us our money back on the new tire we had to buy to "Fix" the issue that is not fixed. :( We will name this truck "Lemonade", we will never buy from Miller and probably never buy from Chevy again...

Every time I have visited the Rogers Chev Service ...

Every time I have visited the Rogers Chev Service department I have been more than impressed and very pleased with my service. Today was no exception! I was greated with a smile by all of the service staff, including Wade, and we chatted for a while before I was handed a pager and told it should just be a short while. I was waiting for an oil change on my suburban so I sat in the main lobby and watched the coming and going of guests and employees. I was so impressed with everyone and how clean and organized the showroom floor was. The staff was very friendly. I was approach by a young man who was working on my car and he said I had a few minor leaks but nothing to worry about and he also mentioned I should get new tires before the winter (which I was aware of) and suggested a couple of options and shared with me the tire deal they were having in July. He wasn't pushy, but very informative. Our suburban is a 2002 with almost 200k miles on it so we may be in the market for a new one soon. I asked to speak to a sales agent and explained to Mike exactly what we are looking for. He was very helpful and was understanding to the fact that we are not in any hurry and are really looking for the perfect vehicle at the right price for our family. I hope that I will be hearing back from Mike soon. I went to pay for my service and the very friendly ladies at the desk said that there was no charge? What? I looked at them and said they must be mistaken? Nop, it's true!! Wow! Where can you find that kind of customer service! I would highly reccomend Miller Chev!!

Service was fantastic and all staff was extremely pleasant, professional and very organized and efficient. The sales kid didn't really care about selling car...

The sales kid didn't really care about selling cars, but five stars for the rest of the sales department, and the actual sale of the car went fine. The service department, who left my car sit for days without even touching it despite having an appointment, and continually lied about getting started on it, gets a one star. So I think two stars overall is fair.

When I received an email reminder that my oil needs changed, I went to Friendly Chev instead. They honored the appointment time and I was out within the hour. Because they were much friendlier, more honest, and more reliable, I would recommend them rather than this place.

I initially inquired about Traverses via email and the Miller team was very responsive. As a busy mom, I needed to know pricing before driving to the dealership and spending hours test driving and negotiating. The Miller team emailed me options and accomodated my requests. Once at the dealership, Andrew was extremely friendly and honest.Miller has a unique purchase process, different than many other dealerships, in that there are several employees who interact with the buyer. My only complaint was that Todd in the business office seemed more interested in his own comissions and getting me to finance through him rather than playing as a team member and trying to get a sale for the dealership. In the end, we did purchase our Traverse from Miller, as the other employees were very nice and genuine and we felt the pricing was honest and comparable. Even Mike Miller (owner) was on the floor, greeting customers! A great small town dealership! I would purchase from Miller again.

Just picked up my new 2020 Z71 today-love it. McKail was my salesman, and made my buying experience incredible. He was able to answer all my questions, very knowledgeable on all the different models, very personable and patient. Super guy.
I would, however, suggest a customer to check your financing options elsewhere first-then check what Miller Chev has to offer. Had I not gone home and checked with some other options I had, I would have paid 2 % pts higher interest, but Andrew was able to drop his "best deal" by 2 % pts overnight----hmmm.

When we went back to complain, he said he would credit the amount difference. Guess what, he did not. From now on, I will drive past there to go to Village Chevrolet.

I turned my 2004 trailblazer in for a fuel filter replacement, oil change, and brakes. They contacted me and informed me that I needed decarbonizing. I tried to pick my vehicle up the next day, but the idle was extremely high. So I returned it, and also decided to have a wheel bearing replaced that they found to be bad. The next evening I picked my vehicle up, and the abs light is now on, and the idle fluctuates between 1000 and 2000 rpm. The vehicle almost dies when the idle drops low, and at stop lights the vehicle lunges forward when the idle jumps. The staff was very friendly, but I would rather have terrible customer service and a vehicle that didn't operate worse than before I turned it in."|"

Here's the email I sent the dealership after having been there.

I was there today because of a service bulletin. I understand that there has to be diagnostics done first to prove its applicable and costs were stated up front from $65-130 if it turns out not to be part of the service bulletin. When diagnostics were completed, I was told that if the vehicle didn t have a certain code, that the service bulletin wasn t applicable. That s fine. But if it requires a code, tell me this up front instead of continuing to investigate. I was there for the service bulletin only and I could have done the rest of troubleshooting myself. The service person then showed me 1 spark plug and implied that they hadn t been changed. They were changed and I had a receipt at home from the prior owner showing this. I d stated it in my initially complaint and at the desk. So I stated this to the person telling me this and they implied there was to much corrosion for this to be the case. He then offered to replace all the plugs for >$500, a fuel system flush, and a crank case flush. I declined. I then went and bought new plugs $75 for the GM ac delco plugs recommended. And changed them myself. Turns out the #7 plug was the only bad plug. The rest looked great. So I went back to my receipt and it shows under the description that only 1 plug was pulled, the vehicle was scanned, and it was noted that I was 2000 miles over on an oil change on the receipt. No one bothered to look at the sticker in the vehicle from another gm dealership showing last oil change just 1000 miles prior or bothered to pull more than a single plug. So I m really doubting this company. I went to miller chev because I d heard good things from others and had purchased parts there prior. I m highly doubtfully to recommend or ever return here.

To me the worst of all was I was charged the max quoted price of $130 basically for a vehicle scan and to have 1 spark plug removed. Plus now its noted that I m over on oil changes to my account due to poor observation from the tech or service person. On top of that, I was tried to be sold on changing ALL the plugs, a crank case flush, and a fuel flush that weren t needed. And the service tech even stated when I asked if I could purchase crank case or fuel system flush myself that only a certified mechanic can do it . Funny how only a certified mechanic can dump in oil flush, run it for a period, and change the oil. And if you look at the recommendations from GM per their service bulletin 04-06-01-029E, GM specifically does not endorse or recommend engine crankcase flushing for any of its gasoline engines.

Plus I changed the 1 spark plug and it ran great. Somehow a plug went bad out of the 8 replaced less than 4000 miles ago.

This is the reason I stopped going to places like Midas, jiffy lube, or other chain places. They always try to upsell you, sell you something not needed, or even tell you good equipment is bad. I m disappointed in your service department and the company as a whole for the tactics used and poor service.

Thanks for charging me the max you could and proving your company as a sales department and not a service department.

He was not only friendly, but he took the time to explain everything about the service. This was my second experience working with Wade and both times were great. John McClellan in service helped me. Anytime I've stopped in and John has helped me he has always been in a good mood. He has never talked down to me or been rude or impatient, but instead has taken time to answer questions and help me understand what the issue might be.
When I picked up my vehicle Tuesday night, the gentleman that helped me was equally pleasant. I apologize I didn't get his name so I hope you're able to determine who it was and give him recognition as well.
If everyone in the service area had their same customer service skills you would receive a 10 every time.

I bought 2 new Silverado's from Charlie Cady this year . I can't tell you how happy I was with both deals. Charlie Cady is by far the best salesman there. He took the time to make sure I was happy with both trucks.
This is my 15th and 16th new Silverado so I've seen it all from other dealers around town including Village Chev and Friendly Chev. Charlie is a no B.S. guy. He went above and beyond what I would expect. He knew my time is valuable and got the deals done . I would recommend Charlie Cady and Miller Chev to all my friends. I'll see Charlie when I need another new truck in the future. Thanks again Charlie.

I went to Miller expecting to get nothing but a Used Vehicle (my credit is not the greatest) Brett informed me that I could get a brand new vehicle for the same price (really??) So what the heck the most I could hear was NO right? wrong :) I was able to purchase my 1st BRAND NEW VEHICLE a 2018 Trax - I am so excited and IN LOVE (especially now I got the height adjustment figured out) THANK YOU BRETT and I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but I know his wife likes to go to Mystic LOL

Heads up! Make sure to do your homework ahead of time! My friend took his truck to Miller Chev in Rogers to have a glow plug replaced (he was on his way to work and it was a convenient location). They charged him $460!!!!!! He s had them replaced in the past at West Metro in Monticello and they charge $175! Wow! We can understand a slight difference in cost, but over double the cost?!?!!!! He spoke with them in person and actually showed them a receipt from West Metro and the guy at the service counter said he thought it was a bit high and would have the service manager look into it and call him. The Service Manager stated that that was the correct charge for everything and would not budge in price at all!!! We will not be returning! Lesson learned for us, but pretty sad that a small town dealership (where you have even purchased a vehicle from) would be so greedy!!!!

Even though Nick knew we were just looking, he took extra time with us reviewing all the features of the car and ensured we felt no pressure to buy - which lead to our purchase.

A few weeks later as the recalls started, Nick & the entire team ensured that we were aware and guaranteed an immediate appointment to fix the issues. Great job and will buy again!

Bought a new car from Miller many years ago because they we're honest in their pricing compared to others. But wanted to buy the new Chevrolet Bolt from Miller and all I got was outrageous lease price (over $500 per month/3 year) or purchase with over 10 percent loan rate. After rejecting the pricing they called me back to negotiate....just like the other dealers did years ago! Sorry, but never going back... customer lost.

I'll believe we'll be buying all our future vehicles from Miller Chev in Rogers, MN. The price was right and the service was the nicest and best we've ever received. I'm 68 years old and have experienced it all...good, bad & ugly. These guys were by far the best.

Bought a truck, a used one. I know buying used is a bit of a risk. I bought the truck a few months ago, right away, I was having issues with the tires. I brought it to their service department, TWICE and they were adamant about it being the cold messing with the system. Well, about 3 weeks ago, I had a flat tire. Brought it to a local mechanic shop, he cleaned the bead, and the tire has been fine ever since. When I bought the truck, it came with 2 boxes in the back, one was a tail light, the other, a headlight. Not a big deal, since I just put them in myself, but one would think that if they are trying to sell a truck, they would put the lights in, at least I would. And the salesman didnt say anything about light problems. Never even told me what the boxes in the back seat had in them. And now, both passenger side windows won't work. The motor seems to be good at least... definitely would tell people to go elsewhere. I thought that buying from a dealership would prevent this type of thing, but if you are looking to buy a used car, go somewhere else.

Do not buy a used car from Miller Chev Roger's. I have had the car 11 months, already $3000 in repairs and my next repair will be $1500 (estimated). First repair was covered, less than a 1000 miles. Disappointed.

I appreciate your response, however all I have had is problems with this car. The ac didn't work there was a crack in something, silnode had to be replaced. Problem after problem.

I had to wait an extra day to receive the car because it need to be looked over because it was received and I bought it 3 days after Miller received it. I was even told they had not had time to look it over before. I feel like it was not looked over properly.

We have bought vehicles at Miller Chev for many years. Our son and mother-in law bought their latest vehicles from Miller. We also have all our service needs met there. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Nick was polite and showed us a number of options that fit our criteria. It's really nice have a place you can go and feel comfortable with sales and service.

All the staff I dealt with was very friendly and not to pushy. When came there was a couple problems with the vehicle. The dealership made things right and made all necessary repairs without even charging me. That was very kind of them. They felt it was the right thing to do since I just purchased the vehicle.

We just purchased an Equinox with Dave Latta's hel...

We just purchased an Equinox with Dave Latta's help. He was very personable and made the whole process effortless. My only issue is with the on-line quote system. It doesn't work. He seemed familiar with that complaint but managed to explain it all to our satisfaction. So far we are very happy with our new vehicle and would not hesitate to shop with Milller again.

The service department at Miller in Rogers is great. They guys are quick, thorough and straight shooters. They let you know if waiting is just not a good idea and get you out of there as quickly as possible.
