Let me start off by saying I usually don't read reviews because often times they are fictitious or left by unhappy unsatifiable folks nor have I ever left a review before but the actions by this service department were so greasy I felt obligated to share my experience.
Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and I was informed that they needed to perform some warranty work that would take 4 hours to complete. After several "time of completion extensions" and a myriad of excuses, I recieved my vehicle back WITH an invoice of $600.00+ dollars of services that were not agrees upon. These professionals decided after we had already discussed the work that they were going to perform they would save me a trip back and just take care of my chevrolet recommended 50,000 mile fluid changes. All I can say is this outfit is either shady or incompetent! Probably both. After a day and half dealing with with this dealership racket I was ineed of a shower.
