I had a great experience today at Miller Chevrolet with Nate Mabin. And Nick. A couple of real professionals. Nate made me feel very comfortable and worked really hard for me on the price. Which did not budge. Thank you for putting up with my humor and sarcasm. Although, I do think Chris could have helped me out a little more on the price. And Ryan should have kept his comments to himself about my way of shopping. I had already done my research and knew what I wanted. As a mother of three... I don't have a lot of time to waste. Get there, get the task at hand done and move onto the next task. But on the other hand... I didn't see any women anywhere. So that makes me think it is a good old boys place of business. Good luck and ask for Nate Mabin!!!

Bought a used 2017 impala under 15xxx miles with not a mark on it. Had them install a factory remote start in it. Got it back with damage to the left rear bumper. They fixed half the damage and said it is what it is. And at same time had them install a spoiler a factory one and 3 weeks later it's coming apart.

This place is great. Absolutely no pressure sales and great people to work with. Very helpful group of people. Any questions that I had were answered with a quick and accurate response. They were friendly and fair. I will be buying all of my vehicles from Miller Chev from now on!

I rate Miller Chev a 10+. My wife and I bought our second vehicle from Miller Chev on 11/24/2012. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied. My wife had alot of questions and they spent over three hours with her answering all of her questions and explaining every little detail with her car features. I would recommend working with Mike Lewandowski, he always goes the extra mile to make sure customers are happy. I have bought cars at several different dealerships over the years and Miller Chev is by far the most honest and best place to work with.

I worked with a man named Dean, could not have been nicer. Made me feel very comfortable. I had my problem fixed within the week, he also checked on any recalls, just so happened I had one with the vehicle I bought. They ordered all the parts needed, no cost, covered by bumper to bumper warranty. Had it fixed within a hour, back on the road! (note: even though I did not buy my SUV from them, I was still treated like I bought the most expensive car on the lot.) Thanks for all that made me feel like I shopped there for years. I "will" be back.!!!

These guys absolutely killed it. Had the best price, best selection of inventory. Stood firm on the price but it was right. Had it all set to go including paperwork before I arrived. I was in and out of there in 30 min. At Friendly it would have taken 2 1/2 hours

Sales part of my experience wasn t horrible they explained the truck thoroughly and the accessories guy was helpful but I am not pleased with the tittle department they specifically were aware I need a 10,000 pound sticker for the truck I purchased but yet they keep arguing they cannot do that. When I am a licensed car dealer in Minnesota as well and also a hauling company registered weight can be changed to whatever you like I have it done for my customers al the time and for my business as well. Semis as a mater of fact even change the registered weight to match there trailer. I even called my dmv and told them what is going on and they told me that what they are saying is not accurate.

I have been taking my truck to Miller Chev since I bought it (from another dealer) in 2008/2009. They are always reliable, trustworthy and easy to deal with. I never feel taken advantage of or worry that they are selling my services I don't need. I love that the rentals are available and nice rentals that are not dirty or run rough. Highly recommend Miller Chev.

I recently brought in a 2014 Chevy Cruze for a cam...

I recently brought in a 2014 Chevy Cruze for a camshaft cover replacement. I have done business with this company before - bought a new 2018 Silverado last year and have had other service work accomplished without incident.

Anyway, the Cruze has a whistle and when I brought it in for one of their service advisors to listen to, he immediately said it is a camshaft cover issue and these cars are notorious for this issue. I ask what it would cost and he could not give me a quote until it was looked at by a technician. So I scheduled an appt and brought it back. They called me later in the day to tell me it was indeed the camshaft cover and it would cost $422!

Now in preparation for this repair I checked out the GM part on Amazon which I can get for $65 and called two local mechanics both reputable and gave me quote of $60 and $80 in labor respectively.

I told the service advisor to put the car back together and i would have it repaired elsewhere. Disgruntled, he hung up the phone. When I came to pick up the car they charged me $130 to "diagnose" the problem!! I was expecting $50 for their trouble and labor. Btw, I also googled how to fix this and it is a 15 minute fix by someone that knows that they are doing.

Be very careful of the service department and what they may charge you. I have not had any issues and have been happy with their service up to this point. Not sure if I will do any more business with them again as this left a really sour taste in my mouth.

I feel cheated by this dealer. They undersold me o...

I feel cheated by this dealer. They undersold me on my old car I traded in. They told me they would replace a missing button cover on the new car I purchased, and 2 months later, nothing. The salesman I was working with will return texts, but has never initiated conversation. I m not sure if he s actually trying, or just telling me he is to keep me quiet. I will never go to this dealer again.

Pretty disappointed in Miller Chev. Pretty much all they care about is how much they can soak out of you. Traded in a year old Chevy truck that had all kinds of problems. First they way undervalued my trade. Then they refused to help me in any way with GM to get some remedy for it. They like to say they're all about customer service, hence the emails that you'll get from 6 different people after you buy from them. But if you contact any of them with an issue, you'll be ignored. The manager's way to deal with it was to make sure that I had my salesman's number. The only reason I bought a new vehicle from them was that I needed a new truck soon and couldn't risk everything shutting down before I got one. Be wary!!

Junk place. Was told the truck I was interested in was there, plus others. Drove an hour, but they sold the one I had called about and didn't actually have any others as they had said. No phone call to let me know, nothing. Their online crew, or whatever they call them, has no communication with their onsite staff. I was told to meet the guy I talked to, but then was told the online people don't meet with you. Poor communication, I guess. I went to 8 dealerships and this was the worst to deal with, especially when your looking to spend.

Made an appointment for the early morning to see a vehicle at 9:00, and the dealership called back around 8:30 to say the car was being detailed and wouldn't be ready till noon. Of course had to reschedule the appointment for after work, drove up through rush hour traffic for an hour to be told that it was sold earlier! SERIOUSLY screwed up and no apologies for why they didn't call earlier. Advice given....don't make an appointment.

I purchased my newer vehicle here AND also have both my vehicles serviced here. Wade and Tom are awesome. This shop is busy, and has many repeat customers. Since they are busy you wont have to worry about being charged for things your car doesn't need. They will only recommend and fix what is needed unlike those tire and oil change companies! I have found them to be much cheaper than what Firestone charges or tells me would "need" to be fixed. Work is always completed correct the first time.

My experience today at Miller Chev was very disappointing. I guess I now know why cars and trucks are so expensive I have never seen more people standing around (with a cocky attitude) doing nothing at one point I counted 14. I made a oil change appointment and it took a 1:09 to get out of there at the price of $92. But what bugged me the most is I feel they ripped my dad off (which is a little on me because I didn t go with) but after buying at least 4 vehicles from them you would think they wouldn t take advantage of him. I will not ever spend another dollar at Miller Chev.

Something fell on my car while it was in for it's first oil change and left a big dent in the roof of my car. No one mentioned anything about it, but I still noticed it right away. I said something about it and was basically laughed out of there, b/c I was told 'I would have a hard time proving they were the one's that did it.' Real classy.

Dear Miller Chevrolet,

I wanted to take some time out of my day to express how I feel about your dealership in Rogers, Minnesota.

If you are looking to buy a vehicle from Miller Chevrolet and then pay $5200 in repairs within 60 days of purchase, this is the dealership that you should go with!

I bought a 2009 GMC Yukon XL from Miller Chevrolet in November and in January these five things broke down on my vehicle.

1. The Transmission went out
2. The oil pressure sending unit and screen failed
3. The transmission cooler line was leaking
4. The oil pan gasket was leaking
5. The axle seal was leaking

I spoke to a gentleman in service by the name of Nick Blattner, he was a very nice gentleman and definitely understood that this was a bad situation to be in. I dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday and he finally got back to me on a Monday to let me know exactly what was wrong with it and gave me an estimate of $5200 to get the whole vehicle fixed in proper working condition. I about had a heart attack when he gave me the proposed invoice. I told him that I would please need some consideration as I just purchased a vehicle within 60 days. He told me to reach out to a man named Todd Kunkle as he was a manager and could speak to me about potential help on the bill. I left Todd a message that Monday and didn't hear anything back for the next several days. So on Thursday one week from when I drop the vehicle off, I was looking online reading reviews and noticed the general manager s email on a Google review response. So I emailed Chad Omenn the general manager of the dealership and spoke with him about my concerns regarding the vehicle that they had sold me. He agreed that this was a tough pill to swallow and he was going to talk to Larry in the service department to see if they could help me out with the invoice. A few days later I get a call from Chad and he let me know that he could bring the invoice from $5200-$4800. I went ahead and called around and spoke to Kennedy transmission, they said they would be willing to do all of the repairs for $4100, with that said, I emailed the general manager Chad and told him that I would need him to come down lower on the bill. As outrageous as is sounds, Miller Chevrolet is trying to charge me $2000 in labor for everything.
During this whole process, I was being very professional and nice considering how bad I was getting bent over by this dealership. I asked for Chad to be creative and presented a few options:

1. Take the vehicle back and let me get out of my loan which Wells Fargo said is a possibility.
2. Meet me halfway on the original invoice.
3. Charge me cost for the labor and parts since they already made money off of me for the initial sale of the vehicle.

Chad turned around and emailed me saying that he would take an additional $500 off of the invoice which would bring it down to $4300. (Still $200 more than a competitor would be willing to charge) I had enough of their shenanigans and had my vehicle towed to another shop where I am getting all of the work done for $3500.

In the end, I will never recommend anyone to work with these scumbags. They are a typical dealership that is money hungry and doesn't care about the end consumer or creating an effortless experience.

Stopped in after visiting a competing brand dealership. I've never purchased a Chevrolet before. The dealership experience was the best I've ever experienced. My salesperson (Josh) was very easy to talk to, gave me recommendations, helped me find the vehicle designed for me. He knew how to quickly use the computer to narrow in on a few Trucks, grabbed all of them for me, allowed me to take each one for a test drive, and let me take my time. The best part, the team surrounding him was on fire ready to help as well. From the time I said "Let's Go" to the time I was driving off with a Brand New Trail Boss with all Financing done, the truck detailed and me trained how to use all the new features was 1.5 hours. I should also add, it was raining and Josh didn't pause to spend as much time outside with the truck as I needed.

A+ team. I now understand why you are Minnesota's leading Silverado Dealer. I think you just earned a lifetime customer!

We came in last night to purchase a new truck! Aaron was the first one to greet us at the door! He was very willing to help us without making us feel rushed to make a decision. He was full of information on the trucks that we were looking at! Very patient with us while we were making the decision. Terrible service department. Jessie lied about how long it would take. He lied about calling me when it was done. And he messed up the paper work and tried to bill me for fleet maintenance. When I asked him about it he cut me off and walked away. Worst dealer in the country. $80 for an oil change and they don't even replace the window sticker.

Well, where to start ! I own 2 Chevrolet Silverado...

Well, where to start ! I own 2 Chevrolet Silverado trucks and I have been taking all my work to Miller's from the beginning of the year, till as of yesterday and now I won't after what they did to my 2011 truck ( without permission) and then was SO RUDE. My truck has been in there twice in the last 3 weeks and I had to call them back about a noise on my truck after I just got it back when if they would of done there full job it may of been caught. However, the noise could of been multiple things but I thought it was the CV joint in the front right, but it was not ( as Miller's tech said ) it was a mud flap making the noise. Now, I told them to fix the noise problem and I need my truck done by 3pm ( as they had it scene 8am ) and if it won't be done to let me know before 3pm so I won't be late for my daughter's Game. So, all day NO CALLS from anyone at Miller's to update me as I had to keep calling them and then I was never told what was being done on the truck, asked do you want it fix? As I said fix the noise problem, but instead they fix a leak that I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION TO DO and then when I come in and find all this out Jon said to me , I don't understand why you are so upset and yelling. REALLY, SERIOUSLY $540.00 later that I didn't give permission for!!! Again, NEVER did ANYONE call me at work to ask if I wanted this done! My truck never had puddles underneath it and this is something that could of waited to be discussed and then brought back in to been done. Here's the thing men think because I am a female I don't know anything, well think again cause for 1. I use to own my own business that was an automotive shop, 2. Most of my friends are tech's.
I'm in Sales now and you just don't do this to a customer and the manager not stepping up right away was really not good!!
My truck was in no danger for this not to wait a little long and this was just a stunt to pull to charge a customer more money!
By the, not asking to do work on a customer vehicle is against the law.....
My advice to people out there, if you go have your vehicle worked on by Miller's make SURE you tell them no work done unless they CALL YOU 1ST or YOU WON'T PAY THE BILL.

It was fine. It took 75 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. That's too long. I won't be back after my free oil changes are gone. Also, 1 email asking for a review is fine. I have received one per day for the last week and a phone call. Quit bothering me.

I had done my research online and knew which vehicle I wanted. Once I arrived at the dealership the entire process of purchasing my vehicle went smoothly and in a reasonable amount of time. All of the people I dealt with online, on the phone, and in person, were very friendly and respectful. Ryan Lindfors was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. I am very happy with my new Chevy Colorado and the excellent customer service I received!

FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.

A few months ago Me and my wife purchased a used car from Miller auto. We came in with a pre-approved loan and went in to the finance director, Ryan Thiebault s office to sign the paperwork. He spoke fast and ran through the process quickly only to stop to try and upsell us on some sort of extra insurance that we decided we didn t need as it would increase our monthly payments. Refusal of this add on didn t seem to sit well with Ryan as his attitude changed. We finished signing and left with the used vehicle. Recently I looked at the paperwork for the purchase and found an extra charge for $199.00, labeled SEC GUARD. I was not informed and did not give consent to any additional charges above and beyond the price agreed for the cost of the vehicle by the salesperson or the finance director during the signing of the paperwork. Upon doing some research I found the charge was for Vin number etching on the windows. I did a quick google and found numerous articles and videos describing this as a common SCAM auto dealers use to boost revenue. I also found St. Paul police do this anti-theft etching for FREE. I felt as though I was deceived and taken advantage of financially so I reached out to the finance director to question him on why this charge was added without my consent. His response was all dealerships have charges like that, it s a dealership fee. He then said that they don t usually do this, but he would send me a check for the charges, which would take a couple of weeks before it arrived in my mailbox. After a month and a half, I still had not received the refund check, so reached back out to Ryan and was told he would check on it and call me back within an hour. It has been seven days with no call back yet. Unfortunately, I believe my only options now, are to file a complaint with the BBB and the Minnesota attorney general or, reach out to an auto dealer fraud lawyer. If you absolutely must purchase a vehicle from this dealership, READ YOUR PAPERWORK THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING TO AVOID SNEAKY HIDDEN CHARGES!!

Its a clean place and all the services have been as expected. The prices are reasonable and the personel is friendly. Its just a nice place to do business with and to go to....

I just bought an other car last week, a new Silverado. I just like it that the sales staff is friendly and not pushy. I know what I want and educate myself about the car I am going to buy. They found the perfect vehicle for me and made sure that I get all the discounts available. This is the third car I baught there since 2007.
