Fantastic service! Kenny sold me my truck. From start to finish he was excellent. Not pushy, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly.
My family is very happy that we chose Miller Chevrolet. We feel like people not a number which was very important on who we chose.

MAKE sure you physically get in writing what a charge is going to be. I was charged $130 over what I was told. They did not call before installing parts, which I clearly had asked for. They did all these tests and leak tests and then then the work failed after 2 weeks the compensation offered was we can take another look but you'll be in for the additional parts - part of what I paid for once already. We dropped the car off the night before and what should have taken a couple hours they had the vehicle for 2 days. If you would like to bring your vehicle someplace where there is no communication I suggest Miller Chevrolet.

Hey great place if you wanna wait 2 hours for a oil change. Oh and when I asked to go back to get a dollar out of my truck for a soda. The tech was in my center console digging through it. That's why it takes 2 hours for a oil change.

We run a small business in Rogers, Clark's Driving School, so needless to say we need a car that can withstand "pressure". We checked out Miller Chev because of their continuous generosity to the community and we were so impressed. Adam the sales person, was not high pressured, and he was very efficient. Adam was very knowledgeable about all the cars. We didn't buy on the first visit, and when we returned, we were treated with such kindness. The Chev cruise we purchased is smooth on the road, good gas mileage and a wonderful drive. I give Miller Chev in Rogers a 10 out of 10!

The service tech made me feel important and he understood the situation I was in. I needed my truck back ASAP because I plow snow. He not only was very knowledgeable about my truck he made sure I had s as ll of my belongings out of the truck. Got me a courtesy vehicle. Then he went outside and unhooked my plow. Texted me the repairs that were covered. Plus when I could expect my Truck. When completed he reattached my plow and gave me a text when I could pick it up. Very very pleased best service ever from Miller Chev over 15 years. Service Techs name is Joey Robertson.

I dont usually write reviews so take note of how bad this service is for me to do so. If anything the one star is for actually just getting my vehicle done at all. The service itself was bad. I made an appointment way beforehand and made sure to arrive before the appointed time. Despite that, I wasn't helped, was ignored, and was kept waiting for no reason. There was nobody in line and just me. The associates just stood there talking and I clearly saw them look at me yet still not reach out to offer help. Then another lady comes in with no appointment, just doing a walk in and they automatically jump and greet her and offer help. I'm amazed at how shameless they can be to do that with me right there in front of them! After helping the lady they went back to ignoring me and continued their conversation. This went on for a couple more customers before finally getting on to me. You might wonder why I didn't just reach out to them, but in any sort of service where people are involved, the workers are expected to reach out to provide help. I have nothing against anyone, maybe it was just those workers, but clearly they're lacking in those traits and should be taught better. It could also be the fact that I am an Asian while they themselves were white. I felt the clear difference in treatment I was given. Definitely not planning on coming here again for service. For those who read this and still decide to go here, I wish you better luck than I did.

Wade is great, he is always patient with me explaining what was needs to be done . When I pull in and see he is there to wait on me, I feel a sigh of relief. A familiar face and I know from years past he has always been kind and helps me out & doesn't make me feel stupid.

Great service. Took my car in for new tires, recall work, and engine maintenance and it just couldn't have been any smoother, or less stressful. The service advisor (Tom Mullenmeister) was absolutely excellent. He explained all so that I understood what to expect, how long it might take, etc - and in a way that was easy & relaxed. I actually didn't mind paying the bill when I picked up the car - it had been that comfortable a process. I would definitely take my car back there for any service needs in the future.

Great experience! Told Jon exactly what we wanted, he located it, was quick in figuring our trade in. And they filled my gas tank before leaving! We were in and out in less than 3 hours.
Test drove three trucks and was quick in negotiating a price. No run around and very friendly!

Miller is a top-notch operation with very competitive pricing, easy-to-do transactions (via the Internet, phone or locally) and they have a very professional, courteous and experienced crew. I had a fantastic buying experience - one end to the other.

I bought my 2018 Silverado 2500HD Midnight edition (it rocks!) from Brett Becklin and 'JD' (Internet Sales Dept) - great guys to work with. Though I live in Columbus Ohio, I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Miller again - they are worth the trip and they make out-of-state transactions super easy. I picked up my truck while in route from South Dakota, dropped off my 2015 for a pre-agreed upon price, signed a few papers and was on my way. They even helped me unload my old truck and pack the new one . . . including my traveling "road cat".

Lastly, the truck was full of diesel fuel and DEF! Their people obviously care about their customers and you experience that first hand -- no hard-sales tactics, no gimmicks, no drama in the process . . . smooth, easy and efficient dealings all the way, with great communication and attention to detail in the process.

I greatly appreciate Miller's way of doing business (as I've bought vehicles all over the USA - via the Internet) - I will be back! Give them a chance to win your business - you will be glad you did!

Brett was wonderful. I had bad experiences with other dealerships, but it was a pleasure to find a place and a sales guy that listened to what I was trying to accomplish in my new car search, and then do what he can to make it happen. Very good overall experience buying a new vehicle.

Very friendly and caring, checked everything I asked. Also the girls at the checkout desk were very bubbly and nice!! I wouldn't trust any other dealership.

called up to talk to management. talked to Brett Relander..He told me they have over 6 vehicles on the lot with hail damage and they dont have to disclaim this to the buyer..CROOKED..

My husband and I went here tonight ready to drop $60k on a truck we found online. They had listed an important feature incorrectly - we need the seats that allow 6 passengers. They sort of just shrugged and sent us and our $60-70k packing without trying to help us find the truck we need. Some reviews say "laid back" but I would say that is to a fault and that the sales people just weren't interested in a sale. We left scratching our heads and we will give some one else our business.

Once they get your money, customer service ends. I purchased a truck from them, and part of the negotiation was for them to include a full tank of gas. The evening I went to pick up the truck my salesman wasn t there. The gas tank was empty, floor mats were taken out, tonneau cover was loose ( I assumed it would ve been fixed since the salesmen knew about it) and no second key and fob. I contacted the salesman and he said he never promised a full tank, even though I have a screenshot that proves he said he d include it. And I d have to negotiate a price for the floor mats that were taken out and for a second key and fob. I received an email from the general sales manager asking how my experience was, I emailed him back explaining what I d like taken care of. I emailed him 3 more times and I have never heard back. No one seems to want to do anything about it. It s unfortunate that a multi million dollar company won t help me out with very simple things. If you spend 24k on a truck you d think they would stick to their word and even throw in a second set of keys.

After a service appointment issue that upset me the other day, Wade my service advisor contacted me the next day with a resolution. Wade went above and beyond any expectations I could have imagined. I have purchased several cars from Miller and my family has also purchased cars from Miller. At first I was let down by the Miller service department but Wade made everything beyond a great experience this is why I go to Miller they value their customers. Employees like Wade represent Miller in true quality. Thanks Wade for going above and beyond!

The company work for uses Miller chev for purchases and bigger mechanical jobs. This was my first time in with my vehicle and I'm very happy with how it turned out. My vehicle had a tsb special coverage on it, and Miller took care of it promptly and with no hassles.

bought a new tire for front passenger but they put the new tire in the back passenger and old tire from the back to the front which has never heard off, but this is why i take my truck back to the dealer that specialized in the vehicle.....but than the new tire psi was 27 and when i went in with the old tire the psi was 27, so i don't know if i really got a new tire so drove back to the service center and complaint and they added air to the new tire that they put in the back....i wish that they would take care so that their customer can have peace of mind when they leave and dont have to drive away thinking if they need to come back to get remedies which in this case i did.

First of all, I should say that I am satisfied with the vehicle I bought. However, the relationship with Miller Chevrolet quickly deteriorated due to constant junkmail and email harassment. It's been almost four years since my purchase, and I am still fighting to stop the flow. I will not return.

I bought a used car from these guys back in 2010 and was just reflecting on how great of a car it's been. I still have it and I've hardly had to invest any money in it aside from regular maintennance. They sold me a great used car at a reasonable price and if I still lived in MN, I'd definitely go back to them for my next purchase.

Our 2013 Chevy Volt (42,363 miles) needed an oil change. This was the 1st time I took our Volt to Miller Chevrolet. Our expectations were small. All that was needed was:
- Change the oil (and filter)
- rotate tires
- replace the engine air filter
- replace the cabin air filter.
Three filters, oil, and rotate tires. I was there for about two hours. This is not an issue for me. I was called to the cashier's desk and proceeded to check out. I thought the price was a little spendy at $141.71, but this, too, is not a problem for me. The Volt is an excellent automobile and we are very happy with it. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the tire pressure warning light came on. The warning light was not for a low tire; the warning message indicates that the tire pressure system needs service. I've never seen that before. Also, the car now has a fairly noticeable clicking noise when the brakes are applied. When I examined the bill more closely I noticed that the tech specified that a new air filter was needed. I thought that was done. No, it turns out that the air filter change that I requested (Job #3) had not been done. I immediately called the service desk and after some phone connection issues, it turns out that the air filter that was needed was not in stock. I was then asked if I would like to order an air filter. A further examination of the vehicle inspection report indicated that both rear tires were checked red for wear pattern/damage. Since the tires were rotated, does that mean that I now have the tires that need to be replaced on the front? Since the tech notes were not reviewed with me before I left the service department, I have no idea where the bad tires are on the car. I do hope that the worn and damaged tires were not taken from the rear and placed on the front. After taking the Volt in for an oil change, I still needed an air filter, the tire pressure system now needs to be checked, there s a new click in the brakes that needs to be diagnosed, and I guess we need new tires. So, for $141.71, I received an oil change, a cabin air filter, and a new set of problems.

Just dropped $30,000 for a used Suburban, and was told I would be going home with a full tank of gas and two keyfobs. However, I didn't get this in "writing". Was sent home with a 1/4 tank of gas and one key. When I asked where the second key was, I was told they only had one and the gas...well, they don't send customers home with a full tank. If you can't afford $75 for a tank of gas after I just gave you $30,000, then you don't deserve my business!

I was told it would cost $60 to $100 to diagnose a traction control problem in my 2012 Silverado. I thought that was pretty high just to hook up the analyzer but hoped it would come in on the lower end. They came back with an estimate of $586.25 for repairs. I didn't have the time to get it fixed just then and so they charged me $130 for the diagnosis. Later when I took the truck to another Chevrolet dealer they charged me $273.16 for the repair.

Went in looking for a truck. Was met at the door by Nick Belford. Nick was attentive, and went above and beyond in helping us aquire the truck we were looking for. We were not pressured and felt at ease. Even when negotiations bogged down on our trade in Nick did everything possible to make sure we received fair compensation for our vehicle. I will highly recommend people to buy from miller chevrolet and to deal with Nick.

I showed up at Miller Chevrolet on Monday morning to close a deal on a 2016 Silverado LT, a demo with 5 K miles and a warranty in effect since June. Charlie met me with a surprise. Chevrolet had released another truck that morning, same model, except with -4- miles and a warranty effective Monday morning, and $900 less than the deal I was agreeable to for the first truck. Plus it had special rims and bigger tires. I was grateful for Charlie's attention to the latest reports, and his attention to my favor. Thank you Charlie.

We met Brett and both of us were impressed by his genuine approach to our situation. After a weekend in MN with the weather the way it was I can't imagine how busy the service department is. This review is being typed in the waiting area of Miller Chevrolet after an unexpected radiator hose blew. Miller Chevrolet managed to fit us in on our journey through so we are still able to make an appointment scheduled in St Cloud. We are so impressed with the customer service we are receiving at the moment! We would recommend Miller Chevrolet to anyone and everyone after the way we've been taken care of today! I'm a long time Silverado guy going back to the late 80's. When I first arrived in Maple Grove in 95 I wanted what I'd "had" in a service relationship. I met almost immediately the service advisor DEAN who has been with Miller a long time. Miller kind of seems to build its business around its service. It crosses the suburban/ kinda country line in terms of hometown feel and they seem to square right up with you on what is essential, what is good to do and what is "how long are you gonna run er". Its been appreciated. So much so that I bought repeats from Miller and would again... because of Dean (Nelson) if I don't screw up his name here. And having worked with the rest of the service advising crew.. all long term and top shelf at what they do. Nice family business. You don't command that in the car industry if you don't run a nice operation.
