Took my car without letting me know i was not approved by a bank until after almost two months of having the car and i didnt get my deposit back they screw people over

The worst dealership EVER! I bought my car brand new from Valley Hi Nissan and have had nothing but problems from this location, I love my car but HATE this dealership. Horrible service! The Worst Experience Ever!!! Especially from management.

The service rep was very helpful and informative. I did not know my backup camera was on recall, but the service rep brought it to my attention and had the camera replaced

The sales rep (Jimmy Vasquez) was knowledgeable about the Rogue. However, after the purchase was completed, the only thing he went over with me in the vehicle was syncing my phone. He did not highlight any of the things the vehicle had, such as how to use them or, even, whether they were available on the vehicle. After I got home and read the manual, I had to make a list, which I sent him, to find out if certain items or capabilities were available on my Rogue. He responded to that list, as I requested. I realized, again once I got home with the vehicle, that it did not have, for example, the garage door opner capability. I wish I would have been more attentive as Jimmy was working on selling the vehicle to me so that I would have noticed those things. In traded in a Lincoln and would have expected that Jimmy would take note of me liking fancier technology than the Rogue he showed me.
Also, because I was a Costco Auto Program customer, I expected to receive information related to that service. Jimmy never acknowledged that to me.
Please contact me regarding these matter.

My daughter was stranded with a car that wouldn't start. Called my mechanic in st George, ut. He referred me to valley hi, & said stay away from barstow!! Lol. Mike Capone has been understanding and helped my daughter's frustrations with perfect care & great service. It's hard to know where to go when you are from out of town. I'm rewarding my own mechanic for his kindness & direction to your dealership. Couldn't be happier. (Well, maybe if the car didn't break down, but happy once again). Thanks so much Mike! Welll for the most part trying to find a car was so hard and the way Erskine and the team on Valley hi helped me find the avocado color car I need to get to and from work. Thank you so much for helping me.

I had a great experience janet was a great person i love her energy and knowledge.

My parents(elderly) went in to purchase a vehicle since they just moved to the area. I reached out and they were responsive and welcoming. The parents were shown around and they were able to get the car that they wanted. I emailed(multiple people)/text/called them after to get a copy of the contract for insurance purposes and conveniently no one replies. I was able to get a copy sent to me from my mother and come to find out that the purchase price was higher than what was advertised. There was an 'option' added for about 1500. So buyer beware and check the contract before you sign.

I just purchased a new Nissan Rogue and I had the BEST experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle!

I am in Bakersfield California and the Nissan dealer here just wouldn't budge on pricing and told me I would have to pay the cost to transport the vehicle I wanted.

I used the True Car app and it connected me to Valley-Hi Nissan. I spoke to Jimmy over the phone and told him what I was looking for. They did not have what I wanted in stock. Over the course of a week, we discussed pricing and he did a dealer trade to get exactly what I needed!

I drove 150 miles one way for this deal. All the paperwork was ready when I got there. It was exactly what we discussed. I signed everything and was on my way in about 30 minutes! Then 150 miles back home....

Hands down, every step of the way was 1st class service! Jimmy was very helpful in getting me what I needed. Gray was very knowledgeable and followed through with questions I had. I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the man in finance who helped me sign the paperwork, but everyone was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend going here and I would make the drive again in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything and I LOVE my new 2017 Rogue!

My experience was a very awesome one. I felt very at ease with Cesar Perez. Usually I get very intimidated & feel so pressured by sales people. However, with Cesar i did not. He was super friendly & knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had in regards to the car I went to look at for my near furture purchase. I took my car in for a oil change and was met by Wesley Latimer and he took care of my needs. The car was done in a timely fashion and I was advised of service I still need to have completed which I will do in 2020. We went in for an oil change, they quoted us about an hour which we expected. The gentleman let me know I would be needing tires very soon as I told him we would be moving to Texas in a couple of months. I felt it was very nice of him to inform us and give us price sheet of costs for the tires. We have two small children and their safety is more important to us than anything. Now when we make the 26 hour drive from California to Texas we will feel much safer. Aside from that, the service was quick and the staff (like always) was so friendly and professional. We would never take our car somewhere else for services. Thank you Nissan and your staff deserves a raise with how above and beyond they always go. --Danielle Covarrubias

I highly recommend, I have bought several cars from James Piar and he has been fantastic every time. Never did I feel pressured , always patient and never hurried me. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Well I took it in and sat in the waiting room for a little over two hours before being told they did not have the parts to service my brakes. I then had to ask for a rental, so I would not be inconvenienced bringing the car back in for a second time to complete the job. Then when I picked up the car the rear brakes still make a humming noise when braking. I was told to bring it it again for a third time. I have not yet had the time to come in for the third time as of yet... but hopefully when I do then can get it right.
