Very good service. Josh in the internet sales department was fantastic. Kept me updated on the vehicles I was looking for and told me instantly when one was sold. He even responded after hours. Nick, the salesman I had was awesome and very down to earth and not pushy at all. I wanted to look at 3 different trucks and didn't seem annoyed I wanted to look at all three. I decided on my truck and was approved and drove out of there with my truck at 8:20. The financing guy was also great, got me approved and done at 8 at night. The only complaint is the charge for the number engraving on the windows for "theft recovery" reasons. I think that's kinda b.s. but I was still extremely satisfied with my experience.

Miller Chevrolet is nothing short of outstanding. I received stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process, which has continued each time I have returned for accessories or service. Both the sales and service groups have a intimate understanding of their customer's needs and wants, and they do whatever they can within their power to provide it. I have never been as happy with a new vehicle purchase as I am with the one I got at Miller.

I used Miller for a recent service on my Equinox. Easy drive-in check-in process with a friendly and helpful team ready to take care of me when I arrived. It was easy to track my repair on the screens in the waiting area, which was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The dealership looked very nice and very proud to sell quality American cars. The waiting area looks like a restaurant or cafeteria, which was nice for the 45 minutes or so I was there. Easy oil change and tire rotation! Thanks!

We were greeted by a very gentlemanly sales person, Doug Reichert, who we found pleasant, informative, and most of all---he listens! We had been to 7 dealerships in the few days previous and had been totally disgusted with the sales tactics. Doug was a breath of fresh air. Chris Ritter and Tommy (last name?) in accessories and Chad, the sales manager were equally competent. Over all, Miller Chevrolet is a higher-class dealership than others we had visited.

This was my second experience buying a car from a Miller dealership and I have nothing but positive things to say. Nate Mabin, our salesman was super helpful and the whole staff made my car buying easy, fast and seamless. From the moment I arrived at the dealership everything was smooth sailing. I test drove my new car while the used car sales manager looked at my trade. When I was back from the test drive, Nate had the numbers ready to go. I was given a fair trade value for my car, the new car was priced equally as competitive and the decision was a no brainer. the whole experience from arriving at the dealership to driving off the lot took me maybe 4 hours (which is more my fault than anything, I was waiting for my husband to come sign the finance docs with me). While I waited I finished up some work while sitting in comfortable customer waiting area, used the free wi-fi and had a couple snacks all courtesy of Miller. Buying a new vehicle with Miller was a fantastic experience. I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

I had the allison transmission serviced and the external filter was never replaced.
My friends warned me not to bring my vehicle there for service.

Just bought a new SUV from Derek, he was very professional and personable. I did not feel pressured or irritated by him whatsoever (which is rare for car salesmen). He explained everything there is to know about my new car and made the whole process go smoothly and worry-free. Definitely will recommend him to my friends and family! 10 gold stars for you, Derek!

Ryan in financing was also great and super quick. Everything was ready to go when I got there! Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced.

Went with my Mother-In-Law to purchase a vehicle. She knew she wanted a Traverse and had been shopping around. We met with Kevin and from the first minute we were there, we were treated with awesome service. They really make you feel comfortable and there really was a no-pressure atmosphere there. And when it came time to talk turkey, the finance guy there was SO unlike other finance guys I've dealt with in the past. No suit & tie here, he looked like he could have been my neighbor. He was refreshingly frank and honest about everything and again, didn't pressure her to buy anything she didn't need or wasn't comfortable with. He presented everything out on the table as options for her to choose. In the end, she drove her awesome new/used car home with a peace of mind that she had made a good buy.

I would highly recommend these guys and when it's time to buy for myself, I'll be heading to Rogers to see Kevin!

Their service department has always been good so I decided to try buying from them. Their prices were slightly better than the 4 other dealers I looked at closely. The hand-off from online sales to sales consultant was odd. Watch out for the "security number etching" into the windows for $200. I was never told about it and it magically appeared on the sales invoice. And I was so annoyed with the slowness of the whole process (nothing unique to any dealership) I felt like $200 at the time was worth it just to move on with my life. I won't recommend Miller unless I warn them about the shady $200 at the end.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING THERE TO ANYONE, The staff there promises things that they wont deliver on does not do all the work requested and they the staff laughs at you when you get frustrated and does nothing to help you just wants your money no matter who you are. The staff should all be fired and management need to learn customer service not commision and they need a whole new staff such disrespect and rudeness should never be allowed AY work let alone be incharge of any dealership i will say again if you value customer service and good repairs NEVER BRING A VEHICLE TO MILLER CHEVROLET

My truck was done being serviced quickly and within the estimated time. Overall it was a very good experience and I will be coming back the next time my truck is due for maintenance.

I would like to start by saying I am not someone who typically goes out of their way to write a negative review but I feel this is warranted. First, I would like to start by explaining my process to you when I bought a vehicle here. I went in to purchase a truck and was trading in my current vehicle. I had went to 2 previous dealerships before this one and got offered anywhere from $7500-$8000 on my trade-in. Miller offered me $4000 on my trade in to start (not even in the ballpark of fair market value). After 3 attempts to low ball me they finally gave me $7500 a fair offer. I had originally just told them I was no longer interested in purchasing from them after this whole experience but after numerous calls from them I finally agreed to continue forward after they stated the offer on my vehicle was a "mistake" by a new sales manager.

Next, I will explain the difficulties I have had with getting work done at this dealership. First, I brought my truck in once because anytime I was going over 65 MPH it was shaking really bad. I stopped in on a Saturday once the shaking got to a point I was concerned about driving it. I asked if they would take a look at it Monday and set me up in a rental car. They said they have no rentals available and sent me to another dealership 20 miles away to try and get a rental... I drove to this other dealership and had no luck with a rental. At this point I was 45 miles from home in a vehicle I didn't think would make it back. I went back and the first person I saw was my sales guy and in the first 5 minutes he had me in a car... Grateful they got me in one just wish it didn't take 2 stops and half a day. The issue was a minor one and was resolved in a couple days' time.

Lastly, I will explain my most recent issue. I brought my truck in because it had a very aggressive idle problem. Originally, they diagnosed it as a computer issue and charged me $250 to get it fixed. That wasn't what was wrong... I ended up getting $170 of the $250 back but they said what they did needed to be done regardless so I wouldn't get all my money back. I questioned it because it didn't solve my issue but at the end of the day i just let it go because I needed to figure out the larger issue still. After a few days of my truck in the shop they finally explained to me it was the motor mounts (this was covered under warranty). They told me that due to the strike it would take longer to get the parts in but as soon as they have them in they will be in touch. After 4 weeks goes by (the strike ended 2-3 weeks prior to this) I called looking to ask where everything was at. I was waiting for a while so decided to leave a message. After 2 days I never got a call back so I called again.... Finally, I spoke to someone who said they would put a rush on the order for a part they need and if it was anywhere in the United States they would get it in. Fast forward to today, I'm now on week 6 since they said they would notify me when they got the parts and I haven't heard a thing. I called again yesterday to speak with someone regarding my warranty work that still needed to be completed. Again, after a long hold time I left a voicemail and still haven't gotten a call back over 24 hours later.

I am not typically one to write such a lengthy review but I felt it was needed for anyone else looking for a vehicle out there. My family will never be purchasing a vehicle from here again and I would caution anyone thinking about it to do their research. I know things happen and not everything will always be perfect but customer service is huge to me and the level I've gotten from Miller is very poor.

This has been a nightmare. Two months to get repairs done from damage on the truck when it was purchased. Nobody calls you back. I am embarrassed for the dealership and the manager who do not seem to care after they take your money for the sale.

I bought the truck from out of state. The internet staff were professional and acted quickly. Working with Grant on purchasing the vehicle was a great experience. He was prompt and answered all my questions and helped me secure the vehicle so I could make travel arrangements. Adam was great in getting accessories purchased, and the truck was ready to go shortly after I arrived. It was a pleasant and pain free truck buying experience! I would recommend Miller to anyone. Would not go to this dealership again. Used vehicle was posted online with price for several days. The day I went to go look at the vehicle, the price had been raised $1000. A real bait and switch. I had done my research regarding the vehicle and pricing before I visited the dealership and some of the numbers they were quoting me were really ridiculous. Salespeople were not as friendly as what I have experienced elsewhere. Overall a very bad experience and I will not be back.

Everything was great. I did not like having to stand by the computer in the showroom. Not very private and did not feel as if I was being taken seriously. It is a big purchase and I want to make the right decision. It made me feel as if I was being rushed through the process. I would rather have sat with a laptop in the lounge, which is a really nice space. Maybe it is my age, and i am a little old fashion as to why I feel that way. That is my only recommendation. otherwise, everything was great. Keep up the great job!!!

I purchased a Ford F-150 from Miller Chevrolet a week ago and in the details for the vehicle it was listed that it had functioning air-conditioning and didn t think to check during test drive because it was a cool day and thought I could trust miller Chevy but it turns out I was wrong and now have a new vehicle with no AC. I called to see if they would fix it on good faith since it was listed as a feature on the vehicle. I was told used vehicles are sold as is And that it was in the agreement I signed. Miller Chevy lied to me about a feature on the vehicle and then refused to make it right after spending thousands of dollars on a truck from them don t trust them.

If they tell you it will be a 2 hour wait, expect it to take more like 3.5 hours (especially on a Saturday). They do feed you - popcorn or depending on the time of day - breakfast or lunch. Depending how long you have to wait for your vehicle you can get breakfast, snack, AND lunch (and that is just for an oil change). The service guys are always friendly. As as long as you go in expecting it to take much longer than their estimate, you should be more than happy with their service.

Horrible experience. They rushed me in like cattle for the slaughter. I bought a 2013 Cruze from them about three weeks ago. They told me they did a complete engine check on it, but right as I was drive home from the dealership they check engine light came on. Turns out a gas valve is on the verge of breaking and will cost $1400 to fix. I immediately asked if I could take it back and have them fix whatever was wrong, but they told me I had signed an agreement that the car was sold as is. So, they basically sold me a broken car with the facade that it was completely good. During the signing process they did not explain any of the paperwork and just rushed us to sign. When we sat there confused, they just check us signing our life away. Never buy a car from here, they are just money hungry and do not car abulout their customers after the papers are signed. Horrible experience. On top of buying a car and the expenses it takes, I now have to pay to get this car fixed. I'm a college student with enough problems on my plate. Miller Chevrolet just made things a 100 times worse.

Kind, well informed staff. Had a large inventory and a better price than other dealers. I called 3 other dealers. Miller gave me the best price, and they stuck to it without any shenanigans.
I had a small issue with the bug deflector which they immediately took care of.
I am very satisfied with the whole experience and my new Silverado.

He was very thoughtful, kind, and patient, with me in helping me with programming my Pandora and radio since everything in computerized. He gave me the upmost attention in making sure that my vanity plates were placed on my 2020 Camaro without harming my car. Don't get me wrong I love working with this dealer...

Don't get me wrong I love working with this dealership, but I have brought my car in multiple times for the same issue and they still can't find out what is wrong with it. I continue to lose coolant and have my check engine light come one for Service ESP and Traction Control.
There was one time where the check engine light stayed on for a few days because of an engine misfire and they found $500 worth of fixes for my gummed up engine and fuel line, plus corroded spark plugs. However, since then I have still had the other same issues. I was hoping that the previous work would have fixed the other issues.
I know it isn't the dealerships fault for the problems with the 2011 Cruze. I just wish GM would figure out why there are so many problems with that model year and provide a recall. When you have to fill up your car with coolant every month because you notice your car overheating on your way to work is not what I want to be doing all the time.

It's pretty clear right from the start this place of business is all about your money and that is all that matters, from the vehicle price, to the trade in value, to the extra service packages they will try to push on you . You will also find out later on that in fine print that some of your standard equipment will be "deleted," if they can find a way to do so. Don't make my mistake go to a different dealership.

Ive bought 3 new trucks from 3 different dealerships. The sales man at Miller was great. There was no BS. When I walked in I told him this deal will go depending on what they will give me on my trade in. I traded in my 2016 Silverado with 20" tires and in terrific shape. They gave me a fair trade. My old truck sold fast I see on the web site. I was shopping online for a certain truck. Finally I found it at Miller. In 4 years when I trade again if you have what im looking for I will come to you first.

Our service rep was outstanding! He explained what might need be done and how long each possible option would take so that we were prepared to go without our car for a couple days if needed. Thankfully, the required fix was the less intrusive one and he called back to let us know it was available for pick up the same day. Went in to look at a truck I seen online. They valued my trade and sent it to financing. I didn't here back for a while so I call and nobody knows , they try to transfer me to my sales man but he never answers the phone, and doesn't call back. I had to call a ot 20 times every day just to find out they got me approved but messed up the paperwork and forgot to send the price with accessories that were on truck. Now they say the bank won't call them and have to assume it's not approved. Very dissapointed.

Could not be more pleased with my recent purchase ...

Could not be more pleased with my recent purchase at Miller Chevrolet in Rodgers MN

After researching for two months I was able to find the truck I wanted. The trade in accepted and fair. The process from arriving at the dealer to leaving in my new vehicle was about two hours including financing and review of the new truck. Thanks to Nate and team, I would recommend to anyone.

They have THEE BEST service department EVER!! I will not take my car anywhere else to be serviced. I love the service writers they are always friendly and very helpful. Not to mention their prices out do any other dealership in the metro!!!!!!! Plus, if your car needs to stay to have work done they give you a new, reliable loaner car to use while your vehicle is being serviced - not some hunk of junk!

I was bait and switched by the sales man and the accessory department, was told I would receive something and then said I wouldn't receive it and then the Chevy Tahoe I purchased had a vibration that gave me headache to driver. When I told the manager. he refused to take the car back. They knew something was wrong with the car and they still tried to sell it to me.

I would never go back to this dealership to purchase a car.
