Every time I have visited the Rogers Chev Service ...

Every time I have visited the Rogers Chev Service department I have been more than impressed and very pleased with my service. Today was no exception! I was greated with a smile by all of the service staff, including Wade, and we chatted for a while before I was handed a pager and told it should just be a short while. I was waiting for an oil change on my suburban so I sat in the main lobby and watched the coming and going of guests and employees. I was so impressed with everyone and how clean and organized the showroom floor was. The staff was very friendly. I was approach by a young man who was working on my car and he said I had a few minor leaks but nothing to worry about and he also mentioned I should get new tires before the winter (which I was aware of) and suggested a couple of options and shared with me the tire deal they were having in July. He wasn't pushy, but very informative. Our suburban is a 2002 with almost 200k miles on it so we may be in the market for a new one soon. I asked to speak to a sales agent and explained to Mike exactly what we are looking for. He was very helpful and was understanding to the fact that we are not in any hurry and are really looking for the perfect vehicle at the right price for our family. I hope that I will be hearing back from Mike soon. I went to pay for my service and the very friendly ladies at the desk said that there was no charge? What? I looked at them and said they must be mistaken? Nop, it's true!! Wow! Where can you find that kind of customer service! I would highly reccomend Miller Chev!!
