I don't recommend it. They are a lot of better and newer hotels in Los Angeles.

Absolutely wonderful wonderful place very beautiful
Everything was great. The entire staff were very helpful and polite.
Same as all historic hotels, they go by the fact that they are old.
Wonderful old Hollywood Hotel! It's wonderful to spend time looking at all black and white photographs of the celebrities. The rooms are large and comfortable.
Old rooms and bathroom. Windows didn't close well and the bathtub drained so slow that it would fill up while you took a 5 minute shower.
Came here for a senior debutante ball. The venue was beautiful and the food was fantastic.
This is a very upscale hotel close to Downtown LA, right off of "Pershing Square". The hotel is gorgeous and if you have a chance to visit, just walking the halls on the reception floor gives you the opportunity to see a lot of classic, pls Hollywood memorabilia...but make certain to look up, because the ceilings are to die for. So beautiful! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside...the rooms are horribly overpriced. I stayed for 3 days in a "suite" and paid $325 a night. It was a simple double queen bed room with a regular sized flat screen tv and small couch in a seating area. There was only a shower, no bathtub and the sample sized hygiene products were really just meh. You can find a much more inexpensive hotel in the same general area and just pay a visit to the Millennium Biltmore to take a look at the aesthetics and Hollywood memories...that's what I would suggest anyway!
Hate the old school rooms but overall hotel is amazing. Love the architecture and design
Beautiful old-fashioned hotel a historic place where they also filmed various films
Aircon didn t work . We repeatedly asked for it to be fixed . Froze all day and night. Bad, bad.
A good hotel in Los Angeles. It has luxurious things, to call them in some way, but it is not a new hotel: a very decorated loby room, some bar and shops, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is very good. It has several entrances, the one that corresponds to the cars is great and allows the entrance and parking of numerous vehicles without the passengers being in the street
It is a luxurious structure, but the room has not changed since two years ago. The room on the club floor also had no fridge. It may be better if you stay at the trial once.
Could be a bit more cozy. The ambience is not there. The Sunday tea is very very expensive
A beautiful place - we only spent there for the day but we enjoyed it immensely
I was here for a wedding and everything about this hotel is magnificent. Can't say about the rooms, but for social events, this hotel was the most luxurious.
This hotel is a gem! Wonderful location, spacious rooms!
amazing customer service
We visited him in October 2016, arriving after the recommendation of the travel agency. Before arriving I read a lot of negative comments about the hotel, which made me fear the worst. After having spent four days there, I can say that the hotel is a classic of luxury in the US, and anyone who has the opportunity to stay there must do so. Yes it is true that the rooms could be given a new air by means of some reform, but far from it is something essential. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and everything clean, is what you need in a hotel.
Compared to the Miami location this was a poor experience. Frozen fried chicken cordon bleu cutlets in the club. Tepid water in pitchers sitting out. And that was in the "club lounge" or whatever this particular hotel brand calls it.
May as well have been eating from the breakfast lineup at a Holiday Inn.
The building is old, but it doesn't have the "old charm." It's just old and dated.
If you want a luxury experience that extends beyond the lobby, look elsewhere. This Biltmore has lost its luster.
Spacious room, good location, food we did not find fine (not fresh) and was overpriced.
Amazing hotel with a rich history, great coctails from an iconic LA hotel, so much fun
Here for my sister's wedding. This is an amazing, historic venue.
Very beautiful very elegant organized and accessible and friendly staff
Beautiful hotel with beautiful architecture. Decent rooms. A bit pricey for location. Stuck with basic drinks at the lobby bar. Specialty drinks aren't that great. I had an old fashioned on several occasions and not that amazing but you would have expected it to be based on price.
I went only for a conference and the ballrooms were beautiful!
Very beautiful Hotell, nice bar and restaurant, nice staff, not the cleanest rooms but it was nice anyway
AMAZING Christmas decorations!!!
Concierge Derek was amazing and extremely helpful!
Amazing hotel! I absolutely adored every aspect the hotel had to offer, breakfast had a wide variety range to choose from, with the eggs locally sourced, which is nice to see smaller local businesses also being included. I really enjoyed my stay here. I wanna thank the staff who accommodated me during my stay here for she's very helpful and nice to talk with.
The lobby and surrounding areas are beautiful and the hotel seems to have a history. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and nice.
Beautiful hotel inside and out. Rooms are spacious.
Great hotel staff with awesome old glamour vibe. Perfect venue for the masquerade ball I attend every year
Correct hotel, well located. Parking fee reasonable price. Hotel where weddings are held. Professional service
A historic and ornate hotel, the public areas in the Biltmore are superb - large, airy and dripping with history. A nice touch is the video screen continuously showing clips of movies filmed here. The rooms, however, feel a little empty and dated; the wifi struggled with a conference, too. The location is good for downtown LA, and close to Metro stations and eating places.
Absolutely gorgeous lobby and nice amenities. Rooms and hallways are big, barren, boaring, and has a run down vibe but is well maintained. Weird I know.
I'd say if you're a lobby dweller and you like old style classic classy places, you simply cannot do better. If a speakeasy was a hotel... This is it.
If you're into hip, happening places like the W or JW Marriot LA Live, this is not your place.
The service is fine, but I didn't expect "fine" when I booked here. Kind if disappointing. I expected to be royalty, or at least feel special. Fail.
P.S. the welcome book in the room is actually the only one I've ever found to be useful and well done.
There was an event, a Christmas party, for the teamsters local 399 union, from 6:30 to 10:30. A formal event held in the plaza room.
Check in time is at 3 pm and they charge you 50USD extra if you want to check in at 12 pm like any other hotel. A disgrace
Excellent hotel very close to hollyowood and downtown
Beautiful historical hotel, 1st class amenities & staff. Looking forward to next stay.
Walked through the lobby. Beautiful with a rich history.
Beautiful on the inside but the rooms are falling apart
The valets really make you feel welcomed!! Beautiful property!
The building was BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't stop starting at the details on the walls and ceilings. Staff was helpful and friendly
Great staff...Very friendly. However we had a leaky sink in our first room so we had to get relocated. Overall, they people have been pretty good.
Always amazing. Beautiful architecture. Great service. Great rooms.
Perfect stay from start to finish! The room was spacious for me, my husband and my daughter. The food was outstanding especially the chicken and the pork belly. The service was attentive and friendly! I will surely recommend this to all of my family and friends. A most comfortable stay! Strongly recommended to all!
Had a great time NYE! Close to everything and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Parking is $45, that was the only bummer, but in LA I guess that isn't too bad.
Arrived this Sunday, August 18 at 17h15 in a rather pretty hall, ecstasy falls quickly. With my partner we do not pay attention that there is a pen to client in front of the reception and there comes a receptionist typed Indian or Latino who to start screaming at us. Then no hello, no thanks, no please during the check in and look up at the ceiling when you ask a question ... In short want to leave before even installed.
Then after 1:00 spend in the room I realize that the vacuum has not passed, the empty minibar, the coffee machine still with a user pod and the windows extremely dirty and so fine that it's like in the rue.De more the aging state of the room is advanced. Some photos to support my words.
Myself being in the trade the customer experience is essential, because unfortunately I will have a very bad memory of your establishment that wants high-end. For comparison I made a roadtrip since early August in California and this is the only establishment that I would give 1 stars.
It was okay. Like many big historic hotels, the lobby, ballrooms, and 1st floor are generally big and gracious. The staff was quite friendly.. Okay availability of outlets. And the bed and pillows were fine. But contrary to the web pictures, my room (316) was dark and dreary 24/7. Even the lamps seemed to illuminate only a couple feet around them making reading difficult anywhere else. The bathroom was quite cramped according to modern hotel standards - one person only, and even then cramped. The TV failed to turn on despite punching every button I could find.multiple times. The desk chair nearly toppled over when I mistakenly kept absentmindedly leaning back. Dingy carpet, weak water pressure, lukewarm water, holes in the wall paint from past clashes, and widely fluctuating room temperatures without changing the thermostat. Normally I'm indifferent to hotel rooms in my extensive travels. I noticed this one.
That feeling when decided to look at this hotel because of the movie Ghostbusters
Rude and contradictory staff, very expensive but low-quality food, completely unprepared for large conference. Room smelled like paint, AC was hugely noisy in room and inconsistent throughout hotel, no soundproofing from constant events in park across the street. If my industry event is held here next year, it will be a tie between not staying here and not attending at all.
The staff was helpful and let me check in even though I arrived several hours before check in (to store my bags)
Went to the Mother's Day tea with Mum and Sister. The Gold room was nice and it was nice how far apart the tables were set because you felt like you were in your own space and not hearing everyone's conversations. Although our waiter was very nice he was too busy to give us the attention we wished for. I got 2 cups of tea... took too long for him to get back to us. Also don't go thinking you're going to be full the Tea sandwiches are traditional in size and only about 2 bites each so if you don't like salmon like me you will be hungry after. The Biltmore is beautiful overall and the historical value is priceless. I would definitely go back to try the bar and restaurant.
Hotel with history! The interior is a bit outdated!
Very interesting spot. Doesn't feel like you're in DTLA the moment you step in.
I only stopped in the lobby so I could use the restroom, but what a visit it was! The hallway leading to the restroom has pictures and memorabilia of the early years of Hollywood, the first Oscars ceremony was held there! Everyone checking in seemed to have a great time doing so, including a group of guys that really liked India, since they had the word written all across their clothes. The bathroom itself was small, but clean, although the door didn't close without a little forcing. Much like the promise of luxury presented by the lobby the toilet paper was incredibly soft, definitely two ply. If I'm ever getting ready to take a historic tour of downtown Los Angeles again. I'll definitely park my keister at the Millennium Biltmore hotel public restroom! I give it four out of five rolls of two ply tp!
An incredible hotel. Right next to the US bank building the highest skyscraper in Los Angeles. The service is amazing, very friendly people. The rooms are well acomedidos and luxurious. I would stay there again if I have the oppurtunity.
A walk through the hotel is always fun. It is regal, historical and well kept. The staff there are some of the nicest people you could hope to meet. They are constantly busy with tourists from all over, yet will answer any question you might have.
Attended the wedding at this hotel and was surprised by the quality of their food. The service could improve a little, otherwise our family liked it.
The Biltmore is the pinnacle of excellence. From the staff to the accommodations, everything exceeded expectations.
Decorative rooms nicely clean friendly staff not far from everything
