A historic and ornate hotel, the public areas in the Biltmore are superb - large, airy and dripping with history. A nice touch is the video screen continuously showing clips of movies filmed here. The rooms, however, feel a little empty and dated; the wifi struggled with a conference, too. The location is good for downtown LA, and close to Metro stations and eating places.
