Awesome place every time I come here. Always end up baby sitting some one after its all said and done. Staff is super friendly. Drinks are a bit pricey. Awesome pool tables in da back...

It was beautiful, and the correspondence of the staff was also very good.

I stayed at hotel for a business trip. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly- helpful professional staff. Conveniently located near many food options too.

A nice hotel in a good location. $49/day valet fee is over the top though.

The location is great, moca is downstairs, and close to the broad and Disney hall. The service is good as well.

Between the bar and Alfred's Coffee in the lobby, you'll see a lot of people and their laptops at tables and couches. Had a Starbucks feel except but more hip. The chairs have a curious floral back cushion but the backs adjust. Nice.

Clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent bar keep me coming back to the Omni.

I just wish they'd spend a little time and money upgrading some of the older furnishings and cleaning the exterior windows.

4 stars?! NO WAY!! Just checked in and this hotel is 3 stars at best, I ve seen nicer Holiday Inns. The moment we walked into the room it was hot with a moldy / mildest stench... (Must be what has given an extreme uptick in my allergies overnight). The AC was broken, I called the front desk and told them up front to try and get it fixed and nothing has been done. The Fan can t even blow out cold air and it turns into a steam room in the whole room when we showered since there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. We have no mini fridge at all. There s only one accessible outlet in the whole room with two plugs, one used for a lamp, we can t even plug two things in at once! Tiny showers, dirty bathrooms with mildew in the shower. Stained bathtub with hair in it. Everything is just dirty in general, I don t even want to know what more I will find if I keep looking. Tried to Iron my shirt yesterday and the iron was broken. Out TV stand cabinet handle is broken off. There s no lights in the main room other than a few lamps. The list goes on and on, avoid the Omni AT ALL COSTS. Better off staying at a trustable and nice chain hotel, I m sure the Sheraton down the street is great.

Loved the service here. Service was great, staff was friendly and very helpful as well. The room was clean and very comfortable. Bed and sitting area was clean and comfortable. Room didn't have a fridge or microwave. Bathroom was very clean and shower worked very well. They don't have on site parking just valet. Didn't get a chance to see if there's street parking.

Great location, staff & amenities. Checked in early and probably missed a better view for our premier view room reservation. Request Grand Ave. view to see the best views. On checkout got some great advice from super nice porter, Enrique. He recommended to take a taxi to LAX. $46.50 flat rate and drops you off at the gate, unlike Uber & Lyft!

Its basically a Best Western with a spa, if you want to pay up for nothing this is your place. Old rooms, cheap decor, barely any real amenities. Nothing special here

The most reputable hotel to stay with. From their front disk, Alex assisted me and found me the best room that would fit me. I was not expecting He could be this nice, brilliant, and effective for his jobs. It was a nice experience for me for the first time. I strongly recommend this place to all of my colleagues and friends for sure.

Great location, friendly staff. Omni Club was the best. Just wish they had foam mattress instead of pring mattress.

Rooms were nice and clean. Parking is difficult, and the valet was a little pricey for 50 dollars, but over all, a very nice stay.

Good hotel. Expensive mini bar and very bad WiFi coverage that is also pricey.

I didn t stay the night here, but the customer service here is excellent. Everything is very clean and it smells so good right when you walk through the door.

Very nice hotel and very kid friendly. They even gave the kids a little backpack full of activities and there was cookies and milk in our room. We were very impressed and will look at staying at an Omni hotel again

Fantastic downtown hotel. Right in the middle of the financial district and easy to walk to restaurants etc.

Very close to all the attractions in downtown like moca, broad, etc... Very nice.

Hotel itself is quite elegant, but a major pain to find even with GPS. Centered in perhaps the most arcane location possible, amid one way streets, tunnels, traffic, and virtually no parking anywhere, you're forced to continually drive in circles until you identify where the entrance is, so you'll know the next time around. Eventually you make your way into finding their valet parking which at $48 a day only adds to the unnerving experience of driving there.

Very professional hotel! Very clean and good size rooms. Stayed in a king bed. Food during conference was served in a high class fashion. However the food was average at best. The location in downtown la was incredible

Went to the banquet hall, I have to share that it wa as very well organized, good music was playing, and good food.

Attended The Board of SUPERVISORS, and LACCOD,annual ANNUAL DISABILITY ACCESS AWARDS LUNCHEON.
The vegan plate was very good. It was a great honor for me to receive the Second District, SUPERVISOR Award. It was presented by SUPERVISOR JANIS HAHN.
BEAUTIFUL ACCESSIBLE HOTEL. Nice rooms, beautiful penthouse with a fabulous view of L.A. Great for banquets. Helpful catering staff. Great valet service .

Good quick service. Rooms are clean, water pressure is solid, views are decent depending (like any hotel) on the room. Attentive staff, overnight parking is a bit pricey, but the valet staff was great!

Very beautiful interior. Attentive and friendly staff. Stayed for 10 nights and I definitely recommend becoming an Omni member for free WiFi and morning beverage delivered to your door.

We would definitely stay here again. They were very accommodating with all our needs. Room was very nice and no noise from the outside could be heard. Great location to stay and within walking distance to some museums and outside restaurants.

Went here for Mother's Day brunch. Pretty good, but a limited selection and dry prime rib. Service was good, but not the best I've had. Had to flag down servers for water a lot.

Nice hotel, great staff, nice bar, food was good, and a pool you can actually swim in with nice workout facility

Room was spacious however shower was a little bit hit and miss which I never like in a hotel. The one thing I was really annoyed about was the smell of cannabis on our floor and when I reported it to the reception nothing was ever sorted and still had the smell for the remainder of our stay.

Good hotel next to Disney Performing Arts Center, the Broad Museum and MOCA. Some good restaurants nearby - try new P.Y.T. Close to the metro. Using Uber to get to other places in LA was very reasonable.

Great location for exploring. The Broad, MOCA, Disney Concert Hall, Grand Central Market, The Bradbury and more within walking distance of the Omni. The staff is very friendly and professional and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Omni is, however, showing its age and feels a bit tired. Still, a lovely hotel in a great location for visitors.

had a wonderful evening here. the staff is amazing especially Mia at the front desk, and William at the bell desk. also the night time concierge was wonderful! I love this hotel so much!

Came here for vacation & customer service was ok, but for the costs of the hotel here, the outlets didn t work in the room, no major restaurants to go to in the area besides the high restaurant inside hotel, also no one stated that to park @ hotel a night would be $49 a night. No refrigerator in room, no microwave, & the pool is only 3 1/2 feet all the around. Beds are not comfortable. Overall spending almost $1000 for a Premier room was so not worth it & very disappointing.

Outstanding. Great, attentive staff. Excellent location for downtown, museums, Dodger Stadium, the Music Center.

the Omni Hotel his in a great location in the surroundings of the California Plaza that place itself already is a great place, the bathrooms are pretty clean

Friendly service. Clean with updated facilities. Spacious corner room. Comfortable king-size bed (medium/firm mattress). Not a noisy stay, although sound travels easily from hallways into room.

Location being downtown LA is literal.

Plan for compulsory valet parking, pay for it when you book your room and save 20% of the $52/day rate. Quick valet service morning, day or night.

The Omni is your home away from home. The quality and customer service is consistent and unparalleled. This is my go to hotel chain for pleasure and business travel. The beds are heavenly, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is luxurious. Love it here.

Great place to relax in Downtown Los Angeles. My stay was for 5 days, for a conference, was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, the meeting rooms were good, the food was delicious, the room was clean, the workout area was nice and the location is wonderful. I will never mind to visit once more!

Beautiful place and Friendly Staff. I left something behind and Loss Prevention shipped it to me.

Clean room. Great view of the city. Shower and separate tub. The added electrical outlets in the end table and desk are very loose. Hard to charge your phone or iron.

Nice hotel but a bit dated. Ordered room service but the forgot to deliver the food.
