Very nice, they were setting up to film while I was there though which detracted a bit from the hotel.

It was for an event but it had cool antique looking event room
The hotel is beautiful, with a lot of history. The rooms are nice and clean, but a little small and simple. The staff was nice and helpful.
Awesome upscale beautiful building. We went to the Masquerade Ball here. It's just perfect.
This place is awesome. Super helpful people that work there, especially with the drunks they have to deal with. You honestly have should eat before hand but it not, you can bring in your own food and drinks, no glass but make sure to keep things sealed so they know it hasn't been tampered with.
I have yet to sit in a bad seat in this park so you are gold anywhere; for the non crazy baseball fans such as myself.
One person on check in.
22 people in line.
Front Desk Manager refuses to come out and help. Horrible attitude at check in.
Typical arrogant belligerent attitude from a Hong Leong Group owned firm.
I stayed in room 709. There was blood on the blanket of one of the beds and stains in the carpet. The lobby is very beautiful and the location is convenient but a hotel should be a temple of cleanliness.
I was just picking up a friend but the hotel looked okay from the outside
The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again on my next travel.
I liked it
It was clean
The staff is very caring ... spacious room ... good standing
Checked me into a room that was in the middle of engineering repairs to the bathroom. Took engineering 4 hours to come verify so I could move rooms. Front desk was nice enough and "upgraded" me to an identical room across the building with access to their lounge, which I found to be mostly uninspiring but had decent cheeses as an afternoon snack.
On Saturday there was an EDM concert in the park next to the hotel. Not the hotel's fault, but if you are looking for a quiet romantic place, you should check for music events in that park. Windows were rattling until 11 pm PT (felt like 1 am from CT).
In the new room, I was still surprised by how run down the room seemed, particularly the windows. No ventilation to the bathroom other than partially open-able frosted glass window which had no shade or curtain. Paint peeling and chips by the window.
The place is old and while the lobby area seemed nice and there were wedding or prom events every night I was there, the rooms left a lot to be desired.
The room was big and the service was great. Had a great experience.
Beautiful public spaces. Small bathrooms. Huge hotel.
Beautiful hotel located in the heart of downtown LA. Although it is very breathtaking to look at and the history behind the hotel spans over a century, the inside rooms need a lot of updating and renovations. This would have been a 3 star review however the staff there, especially the manager Ulices, was more than pleasant to interact with. I had made a slight complaint over the condition of our "newly renovated room" and Ulices was quick and attentive in making things right. Check it out if you're in LA and want to see some historical landmarks, just hold your expectations in check about the quality of the rooms.
Good location, services and nice atmosphere. 45$ parkingParking, standard room very old bathroom and electric installation.
This hotel is very dated. Need update the rooms. The rooms are very small for the price they charge.
Nice location, hotel staffing was very accommodating
The the atmosphere is stunning and rooms are comfortable.
Nice place ,y prom was there 1987,,, wow still looks wonderful just like yesterday
I have to say I always enjoy it they're always nice and take care of me
For the price per night. My bathroom looks like a public restroom.
Horrible experience, I was stuck inside bathroom but I never lock the door. Inside ventilation fan working weak, I stand inside the humidity, airless confined space more than 1 hours for the security coming. I feel dizziness and headache which might due to
Luckily I have taken my phone which save me in trouble Otherwise don t know how Long time I will be stuck inside this 3m2 bathroom.
The security told me that the door was stuck due to air lock? Which means the facility got serious safety concern.
So far the customer service manager only said will provide me 25% reimbursement for their fault. Which means I still need to pay for this terrible room and hotel experience?!!!
PS, after the indignant complain, customer manager said will offer 50% for one room one night bill.(I book two room together, and both room have facilities issue, the other room #691 basin sink faulty and dropped). After I feedback all this issue by hotline and face talking, they just give me 50% reimbursement for one room without any apologies.
So bad experience and disappointment for Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles. Poor facilities poor services and follow up.
I means, it is 4 Stars Hotel, in that way I should get the same standard services which quality my pay. For this issue, I total call more than 18 calls for saving myself and feedback the issue. Engaged line and no body pick up.
Thank you for the Great Service especially to Paul at the Bell Desk for his wealth of information and for always smiling and greeting us each time we left and returned. Thank you!
Ok, this has been the name of my email since 2004, wayyy before I knew of this hotel. Me and a couple friends rented out the presidential suite, where many famous people have been, most notably one being Al Capone himself .It's got 2 levels, bunch of rooms, and a frickin ELEVATOR inside it!
The night started off pretty casual. Watched TV, played some games. At one point, I personally started hearing things. I paid no mind though, because it's an old building. Gonna be some lights flickering, pipes rumbling and ticking in the walls, but then I heard something that, as cliche as it sounds, made my hair's on my neck stand up. It sounded like a woman saying, "help me" or "don't answer it", because there was a lot of talking/laughter between us. I leaned more towards the second possibility, because my buddy kept getting calls from random numbers...at 2 in the morning.
I muted the TV, and as everyone reacted with, "wth are you doing?", I replied with, "shh! You guys didn't hear that?" We searched the room top to bottom. We ended up breaking out the Ouija board, because we never really had any issues during then use of it, or after using it. I'm not too comfortable telling what was spelled out, or asked of the spirits, but our candles we're almost blown completely out, with no windows open. My friend had a really deep scratch mark across his stomach, the chandelier vibrated constantly, the piano open and shut AND played, on it's own. We ended up staying all night, but never went to sleep. It wasn't scary, but it was very eye opening. Don't play with it if you aren't ready for it. We brushed off the electric interruptions, such as lights flickering, tv turning on etc, because it's an old building. I'm sure the wiring is pretty old lol.
I definitely recommend this place, and if you come from far away, gather some friends, and rent out the presidential. It's literally the size of a single family home. Don't come if you are sensitive to activity, or ignorant to paranormal. Something will definitely happen. Especially if you have good energy and an open mind. Some staff seemed kind of on the ignorant side. In terms of volunteering information about the place. It seemed as if they weren't allowed to talk about it, or honestly just didn't know anything yet. Keep and open mind, and try to capture something.
Beautiful decor and history. Stay here if you want luxury.
This Hotel is absolutely stunning! I highly recommend.
Beautiful hotel, double room, two very comfortable beds, very spacious. It does not have a refrigerator and parking is charged separately and is quite expensive. For a city like Los Angeles it is well located, close to the train station, there are bars and restaurants, as well as shops in the area.
Beautiful lobby! Expensive rooms, but you're in a nice location, lots of places you can walk to, buses galore, the train station.
I really like this hotel! Absolutely beautiful lobby! And the concierge was super helpful! My room was so plush and comfortable and I love the vintage fixtures in the bathroom!
Greatest staff. Beautiful hotel. Great healthy breakfast
I was not as impressed with the Biltmore as I thought I would be. Yes, the hotel has a history and charm to it. The main lobby's are probably some of the best attributes to the hotel. The lobby's are magnificent, but are certainly showing signs of wear and tear. The furniture in the main lobby is a tad shabby looking and wore. I ordered room service several times and found it to be on par with other hotels, but nothing spectacular and quite pricey. The rooms were a tad small, which I understand due to the hotel's age. I think they could improve the interior courtyard window views of the hotel.
Perfect spot in the middle of downtown ,good service .
Nice atmosphere and good drinks. Didn't stay at hotel just went to the bar.
Historic venue. The ballrooms are fantastically ornate. The rooms are nice and large for a building as old as it is.
Beautiful hotel. Large and ornate. I wouldn't give it 5 stars because of a few problems with our room. We had issues with the bathroom door not closing and the air conditioning system being loud. Also some previous customer left food in the mini refrigerator which did not work. The smell was pretty bad.
History, opulence, incredible service. Just walking in to the lobby of this hotel is an experience. Convenient and surprisingly affordable in downtown LA.
Nice classy hotel, saw people from universal filming law and order there. Room is clean and spacious. Water pressure for shower is good. Think there other films that are shot there.
The hallways, the lobby, and especially the in-house bar are beautiful, sporting a look that floats expertly between an older perfection and contemporary artistry. I could have stayed in the bar area for much longer than I did just enjoying the ambiance.
Beautiful hotel, room furniture a bit dated but bathroom remodel recent and wonderful. Excellent service from staff. Extremely high parking cost, but in and out privileges included at least.
Classic architecture. Outstanding service from curbside valet, check-in, bell desk, housekeeping. Dining, lounge, pool, spa all top notch.
Location was great. Room was a little dated but I had no issues.
Came to check in today and front desk stated we no longer have kings as you requested is that okay, can we give you a room with two twins beds? I explained no as I booked my reservation online over a month a head of time and I would prefer to sleep with my boyfriend as we are on vacation together. She then gave me a key to a room with a king size bed but it is just two twins pushed together. How AWFUL. Not worth the $700 plus valet cost.
Good hotel. The staff are really nice. The room are more on the classic look than the modern look. The room are clean, the WiFi is fast enough for streaming.
This was an awesome place to stay. The building is impressive and well maintained with some really cool decor. There was a TV show being filmed during my stay there (can't recall which one) and it was a neat experience to see it.
This is the best hotel hands down. Great location, food and atmosphere
Gorgeous interior and very friendly workers. A great experience.
Old school quality and service. Fun place for an event. Confusing parking forces you into valet. Swing around the back side for parking, or purshing square.
When I first reported my jacket lost on the phone they said they have found it and that it's kept at lost and found, but insisted that I should fill in the form and send the email to lost and found although it was already found. Kind of ridiculous but I did. After three weeks I got a reply that it was not found. By that time I was already out of the country so I couldn't take any more of action. I really wonder what they have to say about this. Shame on anyone who suddenly decided that they don't have to give the lost item back to its owner at that hotel. That jacket was my favourite! I am utterly gutted.
The Oscars award show started here. It's unbelievable in beauty and architecture. Grand entrance and accommodating staff. Although old, it has modern amenities.
Beautiful location the Room the swimming pool everything was absolutely beautiful.
Elegent interior hotel. The rooms feel a bit shabby though. Jet powered water pressure with this weird vent at the bottom of the door. Deluxe room.
Charged me more than they told later on. Called them 2 times and I was fairly assured that I would be paid back. Never got paid back and now I'm in the process of dispute.
Irresponsible staff towards customer.
Parking is expensive even if you stay here & even if you get your ticket validated. There are other parking lots near by. Do your homework & save.
Stayed with family for a week in August. The entrance, reception and concierge are solid and prestigious hotels. There is a high credit card deposit at check-in. Like Hawaii and New York, it is used by multinational people and airline pilot CAs. A great access point for activists who actively explore Los Angeles 360 degrees. Movie Transformers, Batman, Dark Knight The shooting location is nearby, and prices are high, similar to Otemachi in Japan, so check before eating and drinking. Including + 10% consumption tax + 20% tip in the total amount generated for each meal occupies a large amount of Engel's coefficient.
There are no outlets in the room, so be sure to bring as many outlet taps as you have for your device.
The temperature of the day and night is very large, and the blanket is borrowed even in the middle of summer, probably because the windows are thin.
I attended an event at the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful.
I would highly recommend this hotel and can not wait for my next stay. Thank you to all staffs!
The atmosphere was nice and friendly and the beds were comfortable.
Lobby and reception great, small room no safe and half of the light bulbs didn't work, asked to move rooms and ended up with a much bigger room with a nice view, so turned out all good. Clad I complained.
We got a room online a couple mintues before getting there because we had problems with a previous hotel abd just a we were arriving we got a call saying they are actually already booked but talking between representatives and yhe third party we bought room from they apologized for the incovinience and refunded all in the same day so that was nice of them so i woukd say it was a good ecperience even if we werent abke to stay. Aesthetically it looked nice too
Amazing vintage hotel with all the accommodations you could ask for.
Beautiful inside as it is outside can't wait to go again
Great history ,character and a historic landmark. Wish they had a gift shop. Overall I would love to stay here again.
It's a BEAUTIFUL Hotel and Lovely Ballroom spaces..Great place to hold or attend an event!! Amazing staff.
beautiful, but the rooms are kind of old and musty-ish. it's great for the history, but just okay for the price for an overnight stay
