So, this place is awful! Bed was hard! The mini fridge was horrible! It was leaking!!! For over two hundred dollars a night I expected way better hospitality!!! Especially customer service!!!! I will never return! Unless the front desk can make it right which I doubt!!! Avoid at all cost

Very nice historic building. The room was rather bland but not bad. We stayed for access to Staples Center which was an easy 15 min walk

Loved my stay. Everything was excellent from the rooms cleanliness to its guest services. At the reception a fine gentleman upgrade our room at no extra charge since it was available. The hotel is one of the architectural gems of the city and as a result you should expect great service too.

We chose the Millennium Biltmore based on the exquisite decor and history....Not realizing the rooms were severely unkept and unappealing, I type this as we pull away from the hotel after only a 1 night stay that results in us NEVER returning to this hotel again. The room my husband booked was "suppose" to be on the tier of upper level accommodations but, instead was a closet, the A/C did not work and there was long black hair all over the bathroom (my hair is short) that was there upon arrival of our stay. Check-out for us was at 10:30 am and it took the bellmen 3 phone calls and 45 minutes to load our 4 bags, the TWO front desk associates that were apart of Check-out process Lucresia M. and Rene C. not ONCE ASKED HOW WAS YOUR STAY. The only plus was the distance to the Staple Center and we could have gotten closer, with better service and accommodations I am sure. Don' t believe the great reviews, they are so untrue.

Old historic hotel. If you are not looking for updated features than this is your place. Bathroom is very cramp and toilet is right up against the wall. Overall nice place but dated and was surprised with a $25 resort fee after checking out for amenities that werent available. Kind of BS to charge for amenities that arent available.

The area was nice we went for a wedding and they had 3 large rooms the staff was very accommodating

Its whatever... Yeah the hotel is beautiful downstairs but that's not why you book in a hotel... Not too look at the walls in awe ha! I'm saying this cause the rooms are 3 star at best. The area is not the best or the nicest to walk around at night...

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is a bit old so the building creeks and some doors are janky. Very classy and in the heart of DTLA.

The lobby is beautiful when you walk in. I was here for a conference and it was decorated well for it. All staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size and it was clean. This hotel is expensive but again still reasonable considering the location and quality of the hotel. The location is ideal with access to many restaurants, attractions, public transportation, etc. The insulation on the walls is weak and you can hear what's going on outside but overall great experience.

Four stars except for the gym which was filled with very old equipment. Carpets ripped and stained. No mats to go over the carpets. Pretty gross other than the pool. Well located downtown. Good service from all employees I encountered. Room was clean and in good condition.

It is a beautiful hotel with cool decor. We had great service at 2 of the bars. We ate at the Asian restaurant and while it took a while to get our food, the service was great.

A colleague was staying at this hotel. I spent time here with her to see the historic building. It's gorgeous. So fun to walk around this piece of history.

Valet/security/worker robbed my car.

Perfect stay from start to finish! The room was spacious for me, my husband and my daughter. The food was outstanding especially the chicken and the pork belly. The service was attentive and friendly! I will surely recommend this to all of my family and friends. A most comfortable stay! Strongly recommended to all!

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff, long way from some attractions but it is a huge city. Conseirges great and couldn't do enough.

This hotel shows a high regard and respect for it's past and maintains the quality it has always had. The look and feel is quite unique and definitely worth a visit.

The place is full of tradition and heritage of early LA and the Academy awards. It is also beautiful inside with stunning character.

According to my personal experience it is an old hotel large rooms with very small bathrooms. Very romantic on your honeymoon open the curtain to look out and find yourself iron grills full of bird droppings.
