Great hotel and facilities but the reception staff were not very friendly. They were borderline rude.

Mediocre hotel, friendly staff and great food in their restaurant. Rooms are clean but smelly and kinda dark and gloomy.

We stayed here as part of a package deal after a trip to Legoland. We expected a big standard adequate room for the price we paid, but were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the room was. The very friendly and helpful staff at reception were only too happy to accommodate our needs and were great with the kids. For a budget hotel we were very impressed.

I didn't actually stay here but I did park my car in their lot to sleep before my flight out of Heathrow. Bonus points for having free wifi that reached my vehicle. 10/10 on the parking area. Would stay here again.

Good for a drink in bar after a late film at Empire cinema!

Professional and friendly staff. Enjoyed the smiles in the early hours of the day and inviting red leather sofas opposite the bar. Decent espresso. Great parking facilities.

Very nice, attentive and friendly staff. The day was terribly hot but we could sleep perfectly thanks to the air conditioning. Highly recommended

The staff were very polite and friendly. We had some minor problems with the room which they resolved.
I probably would have given it 5 stars for the staff and service but whilst there is improvement works going on there are potential issues that prevent me doing so.

Some good meeting spaces though the food when served in the rooms can be a bit hit and miss. If you go to the main reastaurant it's fine. You do need to put your car registration into the computer at the reception desk though otherwise you will get fined! It is very conveniently located right on the M40 junction.

Attended this venue for a training event, the staff at the hotel were not particularly helpful upon my arrival as I didn't know where I needed to be and everyone ignored me!

Due to bad weather we had to cancel our work Christmas social at the holiday Inn, however the staff kindly honoured our booking by hosting the event 8th Jan. The lovely staff and setting put us back in the Christmas spirit. Would highly recommend for any event, easy to get to, friendly staff, good food and great facilities.

Perfect location for good motorway access. Decent Starbucks there too.

We rolled up on this Holiday Inn, for an unplanned day off booking. The staff was friendly and helped us get settled quickly. Rooms are clean and not too cramped.

I booked a family room through a third party agent. We booked for 2x adults 2xchildren. When we got to the room we just had a double bed and a sofa. I questioned this and it became apparent that the sofa bed was the kids bed. The staff made up the bed and we went out. Upon returning the we discovered the bed was infact a single bed that my children had to share. My kids are 7 & 5 and very tall for their ages. They slept horrendously and on complaining to the staff they stated that a family room included 1x double and 1xsingle sofa bed which can fit two adults in
Breakfast was horrendous. Too busy and food undercooked, very cramped area. Food was not anticipated for demand no bread, pastries, fruit etc.....plates dirty or wet through. Over all I don t expect much from companies like this. However, basic health and safety standards should be maintained.

This is a gem of a spot for lunch and a business meeting. Don t tell anyone or it will get too busy

Really fantastic nights stay considering the Covid19 reduced service. Lovely food in the restaurant and staff were really lovely and helpful. Place looses 1 star due to racing cars late at night at Handy Cross roundabout (due to noise).

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. THEY HAVE MADE UP A POLICY AND MAKING UP STORIES THERE ARE SIGNS AROUND ABOUT THEIR CAR PARKING FINES. IF ANYONE DOES NOT READ OR FORGET ITS THERE THEN THE PERSON GETS FINED. SO THIS ALSO INPACTS ON DISCRIMINATION SO THEY WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO FINE SOMEONE IF THEY ARE BLIND OR COLOUR BLIND. LETS ALSO MENTION MY EXPERIENCES, FIRSTLY, CHECKED INTO RECEPTION AND THE RECEPTIONIST GOT VERY AGGREESIVE ABOUT ME TO INPUTTING MY REGISTRATION NUMBER INTO THEIR SYSTEM WHEN I DON'T HAVE A CAR. I WAS STILL SHUVED FORMS UNDRR MY NOSE TO SIGN AND REFUSED. THE MANAGER RACULA WAS THERE AND DID JACK SHIT. I COMPLAINED TO HOTEL MANAGER AND RACULA, KNEW THE SENIOR WHO SERVED ME VERY WELL SHE SHE AGREED TO HIS AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR AND ALLOWED HIM TO GET AWAY WITH IT. THROUGHOUT MY STAY IT WAS A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE DUE TO AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST STAY. THE BREAKFAST WAS POOR QUALITY AND A WASTE OF MONEY. RUDE, AND COLD STAFF. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES AROUND.

OH BY THE WAY, IF I DO NOT GET MY REFUND I WILL KEEP PESTERING YOU AND EVENTUALLY GO INTO COURT AND SUE THE HOTEL FOR DISCRIMINATION.

A very nice hotel with free parking , room service ac rooms, clean bathrooms, polite n helpful staff.. but no swiming pool n gym .. n no lift ... self service .. electic car chargng bays... huge parking ... need lift n swimming pool with gym ... n it will be a 5star hotel ... with cheaper price ..

Omg ! Do the bar staff know how to be polite or even serve... 20 mins I stood at the bar waiting to be served only to watch people push in front if me and be served. Very rude staff and definitely not be returning. This was a special night away and was ruined by your bar staff .

Apart from reachable plug sockets for laptops the venue was suitable for out meeting and the access to the coffee machines were a great touch. Lunch was a different story though as the food was not good as a few were left with aching hands as they tried to cut their way through tough pieces of meat. Service was also poor serving up main dishes with starters without asking and not offering condiments to accommodate the meal. Mixed results overall. Have your meeting but go down the road for your food.

Room was clean but basic as you would expect. Some nice touches - iron & ironing board, choice of pillows etc. Food in restaurant was very good - far better than the local Premier Inn. Drinks at bar were expensive.

Clean rooms and tons of parking. Thin walls, average customer service and tasteless microwave breakfast.

A little dated decor wise feels more like an old people's home but very clean. Breakfast was really good and they serve Starbucks coffee.

Really love the bar food n choices, prices gr8 and staff professional yet genuinely friendly. Gr8 to visit for both the bar and restaurant; even if only going for a tea or coffee.

Only stayed here for a night because I couldn't get home because of snow bed was comfortable room was clean bathroom clean as well.

Stay here often, good food good rooms but can be a bit cold even with the heating on. Great central point to get to London but the prices show this for the area. Staff friendly apart from one who can be a bit of a pain when checking in, would try not getting him.

Helpful friendly staff. Good food and parking available as long as number plate is entered as an overnight or a day guest.

Good location just off the M40 for meetings in their coffee lounge area .

The hotel is very well maintained and staffed. Plenty of car parking spaces. The rooms are cleaned daily by dedicated staff. The facilities are excellent with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Great hotel, with conference rooms next to the M40 motorway.
