Compared to the Miami location this was a poor experience. Frozen fried chicken cordon bleu cutlets in the club. Tepid water in pitchers sitting out. And that was in the "club lounge" or whatever this particular hotel brand calls it.

May as well have been eating from the breakfast lineup at a Holiday Inn.

The building is old, but it doesn't have the "old charm." It's just old and dated.

If you want a luxury experience that extends beyond the lobby, look elsewhere. This Biltmore has lost its luster.
