Be still my heart! I am in love with my new HONDA CRV awd/EX-L. I am blessed to be able to afford this beauty and all of the accessories that I've added. The color is rich and the ride doesn't disappoint!

I wish I had added the automatic lift for the hatch! Yikes...that's too much for me to handle and with approaching years, I may need that....i will check to see if I can get that and what the cost might be. Aside from that, I love it and am making silly excuses to go to the store just so that I can ride in it! :)

Jimmy Abgarian was my salesman and he was so helpful..I knew what I wanted....this has to be our 6th HONDA from this dealership...he was great and so was the finance gal....I haven't allowed my husband to drive it yet, but,hey, he bought a HONDA 6-speed/manual that I cannot drive. We're now even! ha He loves what I chose, too....and got a kick out of some of the features that I added i.e. the chrome pipe extender on the exhaust! tah dah.

If they made HONDA mixers for the kitchen, I'd have one.

Met with Jim Abgarian, Sales Rep, on Mar 31 - the end of the month and the showroom was a beehive of activity. Turns out Jim sold us our last Honda several years ago. He listened to get an understanding of what we were looking for and found the exact car with the equipment level we were seeking. After test driving the vehicle, he worked with us to determine a fair price. We explained that this was our first stop and we wanted to look at several other vehicles before deciding, but would get back to him by the end of the day with a decision. We returned about 3 hrs later and said we liked the car, but requested a different color. He located it at a different dealer and swapped vehicles. Our car showed up two hours later and was prepped while we signed all the papers. We did a lot of waiting around while this was being done, but it was the end of the month and the place was extremely busy. All in all everyone was most accommodating and the experience was as positive as could be expected in that environment.

Wade (customer service rep) was very cool. rest of the experience was not. didn't pass inspection for a windshield crack that's "in my field of view" (it's not at all unless I'm looking at the clouds) which they've passed in previous years at this exact same dealership. not bringing my car here by choice anymore. wasted 2.5 hours of my life and I get to do it again at a shop with some semblance of logic next week. should've been told up front so I could save a lot of time.

This is a two part review. First I came in to just inquire about my current loan that I was stuck with. The dealer I went to then was a disaster and made me very scared of ever wanting to buy a car again. Rob Soll was absolutely amazing and did everything he could to get me into a brand new Honda Civic and rid me of the baggage of my 2011 Ford Fusion. Him and everyone else I came in contact with that day were more than happy to work with me and make me feel at ease.

Fast forward a few days later, I notice a weird noise from the car and panicked. I took it in and was pleasantly helped by Amy who was so fantastic and was able to get me in right away to discuss the issue with someone. I then met Mike Russo who was also very helpful and got my car looked at with zero problems.

I was very weary of coming here at first, but I m so very glad I did. I look forward to being a long time customer here and will gladly mention them to anyone looking for a new car!

Sold me a lemon.........were just like typical, slimy car salesmen, especially the "fiance guy." Lied right to my face, swlindlers. Hondas are great, but GO to a different honda dealership, I did! Also, my 3 year old car has had a "broken actuator" that they replaced once and broke a second time. For an entire year now, they have told me, "they are making anew replacement part, should be in in about 2 months." - that was 12 months ago........sharks! it's like going to a time share demonstration..........horrible experience!

My man Mike at the used lot is the guy to see. He ll straight up tell you like it is. He helped me with my first car, my sisters second car and then told my girlfriend he wont sell her a car; given she was a new driver and only cars on his lot was $12k or more. You cannot pay for service and honesty like that. I have needed a few cars and I have always stopped by to see him. Didn t always work out but he was always polite and up front of all the choices. So i dropped the car off the night before thinking ill get it back early no they didnt put it in the shop to look at until almost noon so i didnt get the car back until just shy of 5. But the best thing all work done price was reasonable and the recall is done and all happy and safe. I will be going to them only for my honda care.

I was buying a used car for my daughter's first car. We had Paulette as our Dealer and she was wonderful. She was patient, thorough, and accomadating. We had some questions and requests and Paulette addressed them. We also had a concern on a split on the steering wheel where the driver's airbag is located. Paulette addressed it by calling service who is going to replace it free of charge.
I understand about selling however was not impressed with Steven, the Finance Manager. His disposition was not acommadating. He was selling me the extended warranty and changed numbers on me on the paperwork. I felt he didn't think I would pick up on it.
Thank you overall. I have had 3 Honda's in my lifetime so far and very happy with them. I hope the same with my daughter.

Going to a car dealership doesn t have to feel like preparing for battle. I had a shockingly great experience visiting and purchasing from Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne. Paulette and Dan made the whole process easy. There was no pressure and everybody worked to make my experience a great one. I had bought my first Honda at that location 31 years ago under an different owner group so going back was a bit nostalgic. I was happy with both transactions but so much has changed since 1988 in the way customers are treated. At least that s my experience at Piazza Honda.

Salesman Rob was very professional. The warranty salesman Steve was very pushy and arrogant. Did not offer much for our trade in and gave some excuse about Kelly Blue Book being wrong. They did not offer us a bottle of water but instead had a water cooler in a room with dripping ceiling tiles. It was gross.

My wife and I went to Mike Piazza Honda to look at the Honda Pilot with no intention of purchasing. We were greeted by Jim Abgarian. He was very friendly and he did not pressure us on anything. We looked at the pilot and all of the features and then we took it on a test drive. Really liked the way it felt and drove. Afterwards, we decided to discuss numbers and in the end, we bought the car and we are very happy with it and the whole experience. I don't like to write reviews but if someone does a good job, I want to acknowledge it. If you do go to Mike Piazza Honda, ask for Jim Abgarian. He knows how to take care of his customers. A+++++

Horrible experience with service. Team is completely incompetent fixing the sliding door on my 2018 Honda Odyssey. We brought it in 3 times to fix the issue and they not couldn't solve the problem. In fact the issue has gotten worse since we brought it in. Now they are telling us to deal with corporate. I bought this car from this dealer. The place is a joke of an operation, could care less about their clients and obviously aren't capable of solving challenging issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience at Piazza Honda Langhorne. I was planning on buying a car yesterday, but it didn't work out. I test drove a few Certified cars and decided on the Honda Civic. I wanted to pay cash. I was adamantly told that Piazza prefers someone to finance because they get a little something from Honda. I didn't want to finance the car, but was told to put half down and finance the rest for 15 mths and then pay it off. Finally, the salesperson (I won't give his name) said that if I didn't finance, the deal was off the table. So I walked out and guess what? I went down the road to Team Toyota. They were a pleasure to deal with and they were very happy to take my money and I walked out with a better deal and better car! Honda lost my business!

Went to Piazza Honda to purchase a new Civic. Was to trade in my 10 year old Civic,George Farrell, the sales guy tried very hard to find me a manual new Civic. No luck, he suggested 2017 Honda Fit ex, had one on the lot, I wasn't convinced but test drove it, Long story short, picked it up Monday, I love it! Fun to drive, easy to handle , very sporty for an old lady! As the saying goes you might not always get what you want but you may get what you need! George was a big help.

The warranty service I received was good and my CRV is fine. The reason for the single star is that administratively, Piazza is consistently poor. Leased the CRV one year ago and each service appt has been disappointing. This time, I needed a loaner vehicle while the warranty service was being conducted. When I returned to pick up my CRV, the service department could not locate my registration or my insurance card (which I was asked to leave with the Service Advisor when I picked up the loaner). Following service, I went back to pick up my CRV but those docs were no where to be found. After a thorough search of my CRV and the service department, it was determined that both documents had likely been shredded. In fairness to the service advisor helping me, he was extremely apologetic and promised to do everything in his power to make it right which he did. As the vehicle is leased, I needed to request a POA from Honda Leasing (Piazza service was not authorized to request this) and spent 25 minutes on hold with Honda Leasing till a representative came on to assist me. Now must visit MVC with POA and replacement insurance card to complete process. Time better spent doing other things besides hanging on the phone for nearly a half hour and standing in line at the MVC. Piazza keeps 'saying' they want to provide me with better service but it's 'actions' that will demonstrate that to me. Falling short in that area unfortunately.

Express service center is worse than jiffy lube. The underpaid not quite a mechanic left oil smears all over my car. Changed my seat settings. Didn't latch the hood arm properly causing a loud rattle till i figured out what the problem was. And the african american at the desk let my car sit done in the parking lot for a half hour to tell me my car was done. Keep in mind it was a slow morning. Im shocked that honda has such bad quality. Im reporting them to corporate office and never visiting their store. Unacceptable.

I had the nicest experience at Mike Piazza Honda. It can be traumatizing (to me anyway) to go through the car buying ordeal. Mike Russo and Phil Shire made the whole process less stressful and actually enjoyable. It was due to their professional manner and the great respect with which they treated me. Not just those two, but every person that I encountered while there. (I even gave Mike a peck on the cheek as I was leaving in my new Honda Pilot!) One treated me like a mom, the other like a daughter.

This is my second Pilot. I took my first vehicle to Piazza Honda for maintenance on a regular basis, and always received the best service. Not one complaint from me. I will continue going there...no need to change. I have referred my friend also when he asked where I get my oil changed, etc.

I really, honestly trust this place. I can't think of a negative thing to say.

The service was pretty straight forward.They did not do much because i did it all for them! I did all of my homework and came in there with the type of car i wanted and how much my trade- in was worth.
I test drove then haggled. They gave me a decent price on both car and trade-in.
Then the circus started... They couldnot get ahold of any banks so after an hour and a half they sent me home with the car. This is common practice anymore anyway.
I was told the paperwork was ready on two occasasions. The first time i was told they had nothing for me so i wasted my third hour.The next time with my "appointment" i got in there and nothing was ready! Nothing!! They hadn't even put the paperwork in the computer. They lost my insurance card that was faxed over my prevoius wasted hour, so they drove to my agent to get one because no fax was working. I finally got in the business office ( there were two people that were running the office and they did not work together) and no pen and no correct numbers on the papers..In the meantime still no vehicle they took the vehicle as soon as i got there to fuel up and find a missing peice to the interior. At hour number two after my appointment still no car. I had to ask them to go get it.
Total time in the dealer: 6 hours. If you are going there have your paperwork together, also tell them that you are leaving and not to call unless they have ALL the paperwork and are ready to sign.
Also the place looked horrible. The front window was covered with plywood, the floors were dirty. Dont use the bathroom, there are stains and holes on the wall and no lock on the door. They put a sliding bolt so no one can walk in.

In short, There are too many people involved in the sale which takes too much time.The wait time was unreasonable. The place is disgusting.

My three children and I do not have a safe car to drive in because of the service center at Mike Piazza. So many people told me not to bring my car here , but because I bought it from them I figured they could handle it
Now I have to deal with corporate and my lawyer. What a mess!

As always, the team is unfailingly pleasant and thorough. I always trust them to do exactly what is needed, without upselling me on services I don t need; so when they recommend something, I usually go with it. This review would have a 5th star, except that (contrary to the usual service I get there), when I dropped my car off at 9:30 am, and we agreed that I d pick it up at 1 pm, at around 1 pm I got a call recommending additional service (which was needed), and the car wasn t ready until 2:30 pm. That s a long day for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I had special difficulty, because the person I had asked to drive me there had to reschedule and rearrange his day to be able to transport me.

I purchased a new CR-V from Matt G. in November 2015. Before coming to Mike Piazza Honda I visited Hamilton Honda where I had the worst car buying experience of my life. When I got to Mike Piazza, Matt had the car I was interested in pulled up and waiting for me out front (with my name in the window). I received almost DOUBLE the amount for my trade that Hamilton Honda was offering me and at no point did I feel like I was being forced into anything at all. The entire process was quick and painless and everyone I dealt with was wonderful; even though I asked a million questions. I am writing this review after visiting the service department for my first oil change (which is free BTW). The service experience was fast and the team was courteous. I would absolutely recommend buying a car here.

We went to Davis Honda, Burlington, NJ dealership and bought the Honda Civic from them and we got the best price and customer service. I would recommend everyone to go to Davis Honda dealership.

Extremely disappointed tonight. Spent the day talking to Nicole from internet sales about a particular Pilot Touring that I wanted. We came to an agreement on price AFTER she told me it was in stock. We chatted several times during the day and finally decided to come in to purchase it. I have 3 children, and none of us want to spend hours at the dealership - so during the course of our phone calls/texts I had my husbands credit run for financing and verified several times all the details of our deal . I made sure to get all of this in writing too. One 40 minute drive and $4 bridge toll later - we arrived and a salesman said he would get the keys and all of our info from Nicole. He brings around a Pilot Elite (which not only is NOT the car Nicole and I had been talking about, it is the top of the line model). He then said sorry, the car I wanted was sold. Needless to say I was livid and walked right out. Left a message for Nicole about how upset I was. No communication back, not even from a manager. I find it hard to believe that the car was sold right before we arrived...Bait and switch at its finest.

I am very unhappy with my purchase and experience. Not only did my car have a recall on it but the front breaks needed replacement $200 - No wonder this car looked to good to be true. Also the finance manager tried to convince me that if i I didn't take a 12% apr loan that I wouldnt get full credit if cosigned with my father. The only plus side was that the salesmen Marty was top notch and a great guy. Im sure the new cars are fine but avoid the used at all costs.
