I had a great experience purchasing my car from Mike Piazza Honda. The customer service was excellent from everyone I encountered at Mike Piazza from my initial call to inquire about the vehicle, the moment I walked through the door, through finalizing my purchase. Robert Holmes, who assisted me with my purchase gave me a thorough overview of the vehicle prior to my test drive and made sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed.

Bernard bait and switched me!!! I wanted to trade a car in that I bought recently. I sent a credit app to see if I could get approved before I made the hour drive. I sent the app and Bernard sent me a text saying great news, the bank approved and went on to send me a text with the payments. Everything was good so I drove n hour after work. Bernard convenientlyl was not in work..The other salesman was unaware that I thought I was coming in to sign the paper(I forget his name, he was nice ,). Finance came out and told me that before then I was never sent to the banks,I was not approved and I wasted hours of my time for nuthing. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! at least Bernard, as Jeremy in Finance seemed to be very apologetic and even said that is not how they represent themselfs and that he would deal with Bernard which admitted that he was wrong. I went back and looked at the texts again and he exactly said . Great news, Approved, and to "come pick up my new car". Bernard and Mike Piazza Honda is everything we see when we think of the scummy car dealership. Go elsewhere and BEWARE!!

My recent experience with Mike Piazza Honda was, as always, extremely positive. The work on my car was completed efficiently and expertly. When I went to pick up my car, all of the employees I encountered were friendly and very capable. As usual, taking my car to Mike Piazza Honda was a very pleasant experience!

Nick Kutsubos in used car sales is the best!! The manager, Sandy Adams, she is beyond awesome!! 10 stars for both of them!

If you come in, and I recommend that you do, please do your business with Nick Kutsubos, if possible, also ask him for Sandy Adams, to be your finance director! She will get you a great deal!

My husband and I came in looking for a used SUV, we found Nick Kutsubos and he became our salesman. He was very kind, really nice and not pushy at all, he was understanding and pleasant. We came back a couple of days later, with Nick being in constant contact with us through phone in the days leading up to coming in with my father in law. Nick did everything he could to get us the 04 Pilot that I've always wanted, and we are extremely pleased with him. We also got a lot of help from Sandy Adams, in the finance department, without her expertise, without her help.. Without her; who knows if the deal would had went through! She's defiantly the best there is! We also got a pretty decent deal on our trade in, given the condition it was in! Sandy was not only great with us but she was even great with my 2 toddlers! They absolutely adored her.. She is defiantly a real genuine, down to earth, nice, pleasant person who will help in anyway she can.. I would defiantly recommend this Honda dealership over any other Honda dealership.

My parents actually bought a new 97 Civic in 1997 and came back again in 2005 for a 05 Accord, and they were treated great so I knew coming here would be the best experience there was, as I was with them when they purchased 2 cars from here.

While we have a closer Honda dealership in Mercer County, they defiantly do not compare to Mike Piazza. Everyone here is friendly and nice.. Very pleased, if we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

Thank you Nick & Sandy! You guys are the best!

Liked the service, except waiting hours. In my previous visit, I was told waiting hrs would be 1.5 hrs, but it took almost 3 hrs. In next visit, the express oil change took more than 1 hr 15 mins, which was fine I guess. Not sure what express means.

Poor customer service, does not honor Honda warranty repairs without an argument. I have knowingly paid more for a Honda vehicle elsewhere just to avoid doing business here. Far different than the Honda experience at any other dealer.

Shoutout to Eric for being the best sales guy ever!!!! Would highly recommend checking out this dealership - great inventory, great service, prices, etc. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will work with you through the end to make sure you are happy and get what you are looking for! Thank you Eric!!!!!!!

Towed my car on friday to have a new key made, saturday i was told the key was not made, and they didn't know the estimated time. Monday morning call back they don't even have my car listed for works. The mechanic had go go search the lot to see if he could find my car... Costumer service is horrible. The receptionist have no clue what she is doing... 2nd horrible experience and last!

I called this dealership because it's close to my house and my car was experienced a rattling noise. When I called, I asked the woman how much it would cost to have the car diagnosed her exact words were " Hold on, let me ask my service manager." After a brief hold, she returns to the phone to tell me "Between $36-$100 per hour for the diagnostic. My service manager said it's not a big problem so it'll be quick." I said ok, let's set up the appointment.

I arrive at my appointment, I proceed to explain to the intake service person that I have an extended warranty which I purchased through Honda when I bought my car in 2014. The service person replies "I don't know what that means and I don't know anything about an extended warranty." I'm dumbfounded, I mean, I know I bought my car in New Jersey but for God's sake, the warranty is NATIONWIDE. So, after I let this guy throw his mini hissy fit, he proceeds to tell me it's $120 per hour to have the car diagnosed. How did the price jump within a few days? I allowed them to take my car into the back and I called Honda's extended warranty. I told the customer service representative what happened and he proceeded to laugh. I'm guessing this is a common problem so, it's comical to them.

My car is finally diagnosed, the dealer didn't have my part in stock so they order it. I received a phone call yesterday that my part was here and I don't know why, but I decided to make an appointment for today, at this dealership. I arrived in time for my appointment only to be told, "You don't have an appointment. " I have to get this car fixed because the problem is getting worse but I don't recommend ever stepping foot inside of this dealership for any reason.

I understand that these dealerships need to make money and service is a huge part of that but treat your customers with a little dignity and respect, it goes a long way. I will gladly drive the distance to the original dealership where I purchased my vehicle next time I need service.

Dropped vehicle off for oil change and tire rotation. They could not open hood because of some slight damage from hitting a deer previously. They called me to come back and once I arrived they proceeded to tell me I would have to schedule another day. They had already closed the transaction. I was able to open hood easily. Because I needed oil change and rotation they were able to do once I opened the hood for them, but they forgot the tire rotation.

Great experience! I took my car in for an oil change and as promised it was done in an hour while I waited. I was told up front about some other work that needed to be done on my car and given the opportunity to have the work done now or return at another date. I was very pleased with the openness and friendliness of Zakira Rahaman who helped me out.

Went there to look at a van and it was used and needed to be detailed. George was very helpful with the information about the buying process of a car that wasn t cleaned. I also told them what was affordable to me and they went above and came back with numbers that were lower and I was not expecting to see. Great service though!!

Horribly disappointed. Went in to shop for new Honda Odyssey. Asked the receptionist that we need to talk to a representative and she paged for assistance. Waited 15minutes for assisstance. No one came to speak with us. A little later another couple walked in and were greeted before us. Felt very ignored and insulted. Just left their show room 5 minutes ago. No one spoke at all to us. Such a disgrace. Never going there again.

Initially went in to see a 2003 Toyota Corolla and the car ended up being sold that same day however I couldn't be more happy with the 2012 Accord that I got into that same day. This car was a fresh trade in that they had just got in and everyone there made sure that they took the time to make sure I was being helped not to mention I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle!

Was not a good experience. The salesman was in my opinion arrogant. Telling me and my wife we have to be flexible with our money & finances. Basically telling us what we could afford. The only reason I didn't leave 1 star is because the internet salesperson I spoke to was nice.

I recently had my car inspected at Mike Piazza Honda. They were very courteous. I waited while my car was being inspected. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it. The wait wasn't very long and the waiting room was very nice.

Mike Piazza Honda has great customer service and they made my entire encounter with them fast and easy! I brought my Accord in because of a recall notice and they fixed it very quickly! I dropped it off in the morning and it was finished within a couple hours. There was no waiting in line so I got in and out! I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future!

I went to Mike Piazza Honda because it was the closest Honda dealer to my house. How lucky I was to find a dealership that so completely embraces customer service. From the moment I walked in it was clear that this was a no pressure operation. Eric introduced himself to me and found out that I was looking for a Fit and took it from there. Four days later I drove away in my fabulous new bright red Fit. Eric Eisgrau educated me about the car, showed me several, let me drive one and then went to New Jersey to pick up a red one for me. He and Vince Brown put together a great deal, gave me solid trade in value for my old car and Jeremy Lynes in Finance found a remarkably low interest rate loan for me. I have to say that it was actually the best car buying experience I have had ever. And I LOVE the car

I have bought my past 3 Odysseys' at Mike Piazza Honda! Jimmy Abgarian is one of the nicest, most genuine people you will ever meet!! He goes above & beyond the call of duty, anytime you have a question, or you need something.I have also sent several friends to him & they loved him too!! Thanks Jimmy :)

WATCH OUT FOR HOW MUCH TAX THEY CHARGE!!

If I can I would give them Zero. Very dishonest people. WATCH OUT FOR THE TAX THEY CHARGE (THEY OVER CHARGE ON THE TAX AND THEN WHEN YOU GO SIGN THE PAPERWORK THEY WILL ADJUST IT AS THERE PROFIT) I was aggressively contacted by Internet Sales person name David Lobaina, after going back and forth for about 2 weeks, we agreed on a price for Honda Pilot EX-L with Honda Sensing (AWD). I went in to buy the car after taking a half day off from work. I asked the sales person to get me the final out the door price and that's when the surprised came. They gave me the price we agreed online, but started upselling me and adding extra money for all the add-ons after the fact everything was discussed with David over the text message, I showed the manager and the salesperson the texts and he said DAVID HAS NO AUTHORITY HE IS KNOWONE. (WHY HAVE HIM CONTACT ME AGREESIVLY THEN?), best surprise came when they wanted to charge me 8% TAX instead of 6%, when I called the salesman and the manger Geramy out for being dishonest they started yelling at me across the dealership when I walked out for being rude (best part Manger Geremy didn't even bother to step in to stop the sales man from yelling at me across the dealership). I finally left and contacted David, but now he refused to even text me or pick up the phone call.

I ended up buying the car from Princeton Honda (Super dealership, and best possible salesman (Matt D) don't waste your time at Mike Piazza Honda.

I will be filing a complain with BBB, Licensing bored as well as Attorney generals office for charging 8% tax (My address was already given to them, and they knew what the tax should have been). Be Aware and look at the amount of tax they charge.

Brought in my new 2016 Honda Accord with 5000 miles for an early oil change and tire rotation. This was my first time at M. Piazza in Langhorne. The staff there was courteous, efficient, the pricing is quite reasonable, and they were done earlier than originally promised. What can I say? It was a good experience, and I'll be back when needed.

By far one of the worst experience I've ever encountered at a dealership. ALOT of hidden fees in the form of percentages. The percentages where not accurate with the numbers they presented. They were trying to sell without showing us the bank information. They claimed to not have the car tiltle neither. Too much B.S. Ended up not buying after having to return to the dealership multiple times during "negotiations". A real dissapointment (certified used car)

Great service center. They are always upfront with any issues and will let you know what needs to be done. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off. I will be buying all my cars here because of the great service!

STAY AWAY OR PAY!

STAY AWAY OR PAY!

Absolute thieves in the service department. No other way to put it.

So I go in with TWO dead key remotes. I had already checked new batteries, contacts, etc. but the service guy checked them all again (ok, I can appreciate this part, but that's the end of the "service").

Now we get to "business". He wants me to sign a service agreement to look at my car but no estimate. I ask for an estimate before i sign, and he acts surprised. 'I guess I can go ask about the parts if you'd like.' (Yes, before I sign onto any agreement of sale, I'd like to know what I'm signing, thanks.)

So he comes back and starts scribbling. 2 key guts @ $40/ea. plus 1/2 hour labor, looking at around $135. This doesn't sit right for 2 keys (and just the internals, the keys themselves were fine) so I leave to do some google homework.

The parts price was bad but not terrible (best I saw was $28 online, so 40% premium), but like labor looked like a DIY effort, and many dealers don't look like they charge a thing!

So I return and skip the service department and go directly to parts. 2 Key FOBs @ $36/ea. (So service dept added another 10%+ right there!) Asked if I wanted them programmed and I said I didn't have time but may go to a dealer by my office.

Returned home and tried out what I read online. LITERALLY ONE MINUTE LATER, both keys were programmed. 4 key turns plus 5 button clicks for one key, just one button click for the other, and both keys were working.

So when presented with ONE MINUTE of labor, instead of doing it at no charge, they decide to charge $55 for 1/2 hour ($110/hr rate means they must have REALLY good mechanics here)! Unbelievable. Not to mention just randomly trying to overcharge on the parts.

These are not people working in your best interest. Stay away or pay. You've been warned.

I had a pleasant and efficient car buying experience at Piazza Honda in Limerick. I recently bought a new Crosstour, and had done some comparative shopping at one other Honda franchise in person and several on line. They gave me fair value on a trade in and we were able to align on the numbers quickly . The staff was curteous, not too agressive and my sales person Vlad Sarlat, was professional and thorough. The purchase price was the best offer I received.

I would recommend the shop to customers looking to purchase a Honda...I like my car very much.

My recent experience at Mike Piazza Honda was the ...

My recent experience at Mike Piazza Honda was the worst I have ever had at a Honda dealership. The service department showed virtually no care for me as a customer and actually said they would be happy if I took my business elsewhere.

It started with a simple warranty covered service for a headlight part. I called ahead and they told me I would have to bring the car in to make sure it was the part covered under warranty that I was claiming. Sure, that makes sense. So I brought the car in first thing on a Saturday for an 8am appointment. The crew there checked the car and confirmed what part needed to be replaced and that they had it in stock. I was told this would only take about 1hr to complete (after the 30 min I was waiting for the inspection). That sounded reasonable so I approved them to start the service.

As the clock ticked past 2 hours I knew something was wrong. Finally someone came out and gave me an update. They had successfully replaced the headlight component as required. However, while doing that they happened to break the foglight wiring on the opposite side of the car. I was told they could replace it, but it would take another hour at least. At this point I was no longer able to sit there trapped so I got a ride to pick me up and planned to get the car later in the day.

Later I received a call that actually the part they broke was beyond a simple repair and they needed to order a totally new part in order to properly fix the foglight. That part would not arrive for a few days. So now I had to go pick up my car, with a fixed headlight, but newly broken foglight, and drive it around until they got the replacement foglight in stock and I was able to bring the car back in for service.

I got a call from the Service Manager, Bud Armstrong, with the part update on Tuesday. He sounded sympathetic to the inconvenience they caused already by keeping me there hours longer than planned on Saturday and requiring me to come back on a completely different day to have the car completed. He said they would work on doing something to make up for everything. That sympathy turned out to be pretty hollow.

I went back the next Saturday again as early as possible to get my foglight fixed. I dropped the car with service and waited for it to be done. Bud and I spoke briefly about how he was going to make up for all my wasted time, but he didn't seem to have anything in mind that was worth the issue. When the car was completed someone else pulled me aside to sign the paperwork and Bud was not even going to talk to me again. So I asked if they could get him from the back so we could finish our discussion. I explained that this was a terrible experience all around. His offer was 2 complimentary oil changes. Why would I ever want to come back for an oil change if they couldn't accomplish this service without turning it into 2 service visits and additional broken parts? I told him those weren't really worth anything to me since I change my own oil at home and after this experience I had no incentive to ever come back. He told me that if I felt that way then I was free to take my business elsewhere. And he went on to say that I was "frankly being unreasonable". I know people make mistakes and I'm less upset about that than the way I was treated. Regardless of a mistake or not keeping the customer happy should be a priority.

Not to mention, this is not first time I have had issues with this service department. At a previous service I was given my Honda Civic back with the dashboard not hooked up; the wiring was left unplugged and I drove off the lot before I realized. This was not the issue it was in for and again I had to go back for an additional reason.

It isn't often where you'd say you received compassionate treatment from a car dealer, especially a used car dealer. A family member got the bad news he couldn't drive any more, halfway through his Honda lease. Jeremy the sales manager and Mike the used car manager took it as a mission of mercy to help get him out his lease without costing a small fortune. Of six dealers I tried they were the only ones who really stood up to the task, and topped the other dealer buyout offers to make it affordable for him just because they didn't want him to have a raw deal in the midst of medical problems. They deserve everyone's business with their 5 star compassion. I couldn't recommend them more highly, because there's no way to give 6 stars.

Ok let me start out with the experience I had when I purchased my 2018 CRV was great , I even recommended my Brother that also bought his 2018 CRV from Jimmy .
I took my vehicle in for its first oil change tire and rotation on December 3rd 2018.
The tech that was assigned to work on my vehicle needs to be retrained on how to do his job. My vehicle was returned to me with oil finger prints all over the hood, He never reset the oil and tire rotation reminder on the on board monitor, when he dropped the bottom engine cover to drain the oil he just let it hang down catching all the old oil before going into his drain pan. When I brought this to his attention his response was sorry I'll clean it off. After I got home I looked under the engine and noticed screws missing from the bottom engine cover and the old oil still dripping from the underpan I immediately called and spoke to the service manager (Rich or Rick) I explained my experience and told him it was not favorable. I told him I would return on the 6th. to have the missing screws replaced. He had his tech go back over the vehicle and replace the missing screws and cleaned the old oil from the underpan.
Having to bring it back cost me about two hours of my time and I don't believe they have earned my business if this is how they treat their customers.

Wade was a huge help getting our vehicle repaired. It was not a cheap repair but he made as easy and as cheap as possible for us. We bought our last 2 vehicles from Puruzzi but seeing how Piazza's treats their customers I will be purchasing and recommending Mike Piazza for new vehicles. By far my best experience with a dealership!!!

EDIT 8/5: Decided to go down to one star since I never heard from Christian or anyone about the scratches or even how my car has been for the last week, which I m pretty sure is a common car buying practice. Additionally, I reached out to someone to ensure my check for the downpayment went through and I never got a response.

Just a "meh" experience at this dealership. I was in a rush to buy a car after mine was involved in a hit and run and so I went to several dealerships to look at cars. When I finally found one I liked (at Piazza) I was told they needed me to confirm that I would be buying the car before they ran my credit. This was frustrating in that my decision came down to who could offer me the best monthly payments/lowest interest rates. This dealership refused to run my credit until they had me agree to buy the car. Because of this, it took a loooong time to get the car later that night. I spent probably around 2.5-3 hours in the waiting room.

Also - when I was looking at the car earlier on in the day I had pointed out a few scratches/marks. I understand that I was buying a CPO car, but these were big marks. Christian (salesman) told me that he could see if they could be buffed out/painted over. I didn't even notice that they were still there when I took the car because I was so exhausted from sitting there all day. These scratches are noticeable and I shouldn't have been told that there would be an attempt to remove them.

Lastly, they get you in the door by offering a low (yet competitive) internet price but then they throw on $2k in dealership fees and $2k for the certified pre-owned tag. The dealership fees are apparently to get the car "ready" for you to take home...yet it still had the scratches I was told would be buffed out. Not cool.

The financing guy I spoke to whose name I can't remember was extremely friendly and was probably the best part of the experience.

Took my vehicle for Passenger Airbag recall. Technician broke one panel. Service manager Bud Armstrong was very rude and told me not to take my vehicle there. Ended up filing a LEGAL COMPLAINT to get my money back. So if you have any issues with Mr. Armstrong, Be sure to go to upper management OR file a legal complaint in the local small court(you don't need a lawyer).

First time writing a review and it will be a pleasure to do so about such a wonderful place with an amazing staff. If I could give 10 star I would in a heartbeat. The email quote was so good that I had to come and pay a visit. Well that was the best move I ever did because I was greeted by a friendly staff that didn't bait and switch like other places. Patience and understanding with knowledge and friendly staff to make you feel comfortable. That's what makes a business successful! Mr George Farrell was my guardian angel and took me out of darkness and into a brand new car! I can't thank you enough on making everything so wonderful. I would buy another car from you with no hesitation. Thanks again to all, best wishes.

After a terrible experience at another dealership Mike Piazza Honda restored my faith. Dan went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I was interested in there and ready to look at. George was amazing and showed me the ins and outs of the Pilot SE so I wasn't so lost trying to figure it out. Mike Piazza Honda made my car buying experience painless. I highly recommend them the next time you want or need to buy a great car!

I had an excellent experience at Mike Piazza Honda! Walked in around 5:30pm with a few questions about leasing, drove off the lot at 9pm in my 2016 Honda Civic. Never in my life have I had such a quick turn around time while purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and worked as a team to help things move quickly, which was great. I also would like to point out that Robert, the gentleman who helped me, was very patient with all of my questions (I had a lot of them) and was always able to give me an answer.

My wife and I were looking to trade in our 08 Honda Fit for something a little larger since our four year old seems to be getting big fast. We ended up purchasing an 08 Honda CR-V and Anthony Cruz was our salesman. Anthony was very straightforward and professional and I couldn't have asked for anything more than that. The only hiccup was that about a half hour after we took delivery of the vehicle we noticed that the LF headlight was out and two taillights were also out. Not sure how that happened but I guess these things happen. I'm still rating 5 stars because Anthony has promised to reimburse me for repairing the lights and if that doesn't happen I will be sure to update this review.

Not only was Anthony professional and courteous, but I had a cough and my throat was bothering me during the transaction and the lady (I forget her name) from the finance dept. offered me about a half-dozen cough drops. That is going above and beyond in my opinion.

I would not hesitate to go back to Piazza Honda to purchase my next vehicle and if/when I do, I will be asking for Anthony.
