Kim was the friendly associate who helped me from drop off to pick up. She was great to work with, and really explained everything to me and took time to answer questions. Her personality and pleasant demeanor made me happy I chose to take my car to this dealer. The issues were fixed within the day of drop off too, so their promptness was also appreciated. Kim was awesome.

I was going to give 4 stars because this Honda is so busy I sometimes couldn't get a convenient appointment, but honestly they are probably this busy because they have excellent service and are honest and ethical and people keep coming back. I cant punish them for that so I gave them 5. I moved much closer to another Honda dealer but I keep taking the hike back to Piazza in Langhorne. I don't know if Honda's are great cars, I have 3 now and they are all running well, I mostly get them serviced here. One of my Honda's has 260K and although they are not the cheapest service, i trust them to tell me only what the cars need and not sell me repairs I don't need. Obviously they must do good maintenance. One car had body damage and the body shop gave the best estimate and did excellent work. The insurance company wanted to total my car, but the shop was so reasonable it wasn't worth it. That was a long time ago and the car runs great. I definately recommend this dealer.

This is my second time financing a used vehicle, first time from here and I am beyond amazed at this dealership. They only went by appointment when I went due to the COVID, and they were very serious about my safety. There weren t many people in the dealership, everyone was spaced out for social distancing, and they were actually on time! I met with Don Pearl. He was unlike usual car salesmen, usually car salesmen are hagglers!! He was truly invested in my wants and needs, and when the time came down to it, he even went in on his day off to make sure everything could be finalized! He was amazing at showing me the car I was interested in! He helped me tremendously, and I left out of there with a beautiful updated Honda CR-V, with incredibly low mileage. The customer service there is beyond amazing, thank you to all that helped!

tl;dr: Don't do it. They try to run nearly every scam in the book (running credit before talking vehicle price/package, withholding more favorable interest rates from the banks to use as a negotiating point, bait and switch pricing--the whole 9).
Went into to look at a used Trailblazer SS. Dealership had two things going for them: 1. the car was black and there wen't many Black SSs for sale in the area and 2. The dealership was local (~5 miles). Our negotiation platform was that the vehicle was massively overpriced (~$6k over KBB), had been on the lot for a couple months already, and wasn't in great condition (you could tell there was custom work done previously and some of the body panels had been cut).
Talked with Manny the salesman and went for a test drive. Truck was solid and Manny did a good job giving us the info we needed to proceed. Everything went down hill the second we started talking price. First, they tried to insist on running credit before coming to an agreement on price and package (this is a big red flag--they want to run your credit to have you pot-committed on buying from them, else further harm your credit score). We politely informed Manny that we needed to come to a gentleman's agreement on price first before talking financing and term, for which Manny said he had to get his Manager, Mike.
Over comes Mike, a short, stocky ex-military type dude with wide forearms and fading tattoos not unlike what you'd see presented to window-shopping salors hitting port for the first time. Mike seemed like a no BS kinda guy, exactly the kind of person we wanted to deal with (who has time for games anymore, anyway?). Unfortunately, all it seems Mike knew how to do was BS and play his go-to scams. First, he acts like we never asked to talk about price and goes directly into the credit forms we need to sign. I say we'd first like to discuss cost of the vehicle then get into financing if the cost is acceptable. He then says the rate is determined by the bank and we have to run credit first, then we can negotiate rate (scam #2--shady dealers will run your credit, withhold the best rate from you initially, then use it as a negotiating chip later to get you to sign. If you go for the higher interest rate, the dealership makes profit off the difference. Best move is to avoid shady dealers, or come in with a pre-approval from a bank). I once again inform him that we're not interested in talking financing until we agree on price. The conversation then goes as follows:
Meathead Mike the Manager: "The price of the truck is right here [points to print-out of the truck's online listing, a price $1k higher than it was acutally listed for]"
Me: "Well we're not willing to pay that price, we are looking to negotiate a different deal"
MMtM: "well then you're not getting the truck"
Me: "uh, okay. I guess we're leaving..."
Poor Manny, this dusty-headed fool nuked a deal in less than two minutes that was up until then going quite well. Who knows if we would have found common ground on the price or not, but what I do know is:
1. Mike knows the industry scams and will use them to line his pockets
2. They realllly don't like it when you avoid, or God forbid, call them on a scam
3. I would never let my kids hang around Mike and by association, anyone else at Piazza Honda
All-in-all, the sales people seem to be nice, but Meathead Mike the Manager with the iron grip will try to choke your hand out ala Lennie from Of Mice and Men. Call him on his BS like trying to run your credit before talking price and you can literally watch his blood pressure rise from his lower neck veins all the way to his forehead. If only it was powering something useful up there...

I purchased a new Honda Accord recently from Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne. PA. My experience at this dealership could not have been better. The internet sales representative/manager, David Lobaina, was excellent. He was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He was straight-forward, looked me right in the eye, and I felt reassured that I was with a decent, honest person who would do his best to help me purchase the right car for a good and fair price. There was another salesman as well, Paul Bogart, who was also extremely helpful and tireless in showing me various cars. He explained all the details and gave advice that was educated and geared to what I as an individual would need. He determined this by asking questions and getting to know me a little.
I cannot say enough good about my experience at Mike Piazza Honda. They are lucky to have David Lobaina and Paul Bogart working for them.
Thank you David and Paul

With both my cars being about 10 years old and having between 135,000 and 155,000 it was time to purchase a new car. I have never purchased a foreign car only Fords or Jeeps but after much research and investigating I decided to buy a Honda. We went to Davis Honda our local dealer in Burlington, NJ the experience of previewing cars was very good. When it came time to purchase the car that s when everything went south. There was a shifty $1500 dealer markup, shady numbers games we were looking at a 2014 leftover and my wife already had 2 price quotes from other dealers yet the initial offer from our salesman was at full window sticker after several back and forths concluding with a sales manager flat out saying he couldn t match a price quote from a competitor dealer - I walked out to the car and called Piazza Honda of Langhorne. When we arrived at Piazza Honda I still had a sour taste in my mouth we immediately began working on a deal with Dave, from internet sales, and Squire, our salesman. Dave reviewed our lowest quote from Tom s River Honda, discussing the price differences openly and honestly with us then matched the lowest deal we had been offered. That evening we dealt with Dave, Squire, Joe Stranno openly and fairly negotiating and discussing pricing and options. We learned that Mike Piazza Honda doesn t charge an extra $1500 for items like PDI, Detailing, Advertising, a full tank of gas ... at Mike Piazza Honda all these items are included in the original sticker price of the car not bogusly passed on to the customer. I left Davis and had the deal I wanted in less than an hour at Piazza - they matched Tom's River's lowest offer, charged $133 for docs fees - compared to Davis' $399, charged less than $450.00 for registration fees - though I was told there was no markup on this state fee from Davis, offered us 10% off any accessories we bought - I was told that was not an option at Davis because the deal price I wanted was too low. When we returned to Piazza to finalize our deal and pickup our car it only reinforced the new good feeling I had about buying my car from them. We dealt with Sandy to do our paperwork. She was patient, honest, and straightforward on our options and working the numbers to give us the best possible deal and keep us happy down the road. If you live anywhere near Langhorne its well worth your time and drive to shop Mike Piazza Honda where they are refreshingly honest and treat the customer with respect!

Not a good experience. The sales person said we could cancel the trade in the next day, and when I did that, the lunch did not keep their word. Also, after selling the car, they did not show the features of the car and they were too busy . Be careful when buying from here.

Extremely Disappointing Experience. My Family Bought Car from Sales Guy Hugh (I've attached the Invoice of it).I went to buy a same SUV after 2 Days ,i.e.Honda CRV EXL O.T.D $31,000,as all you can see in Invoice. And Sales Guy said it's not us!We never sold this car on that price! What a lie ,I've never seen a liar and pathetic Dealership in the area.I would suggest every one ask for CRV EXL in $31,000 (Out of the door i.e. Tax and Tag Inclusive)

Standard bait and switch tactics here. We inquired on a used CR-V which was sold from underneath us "over night". The dealer stated on the phone that we could come in and get a completely identical NEW one for $500 more. Once at the dealership, they tried to charge us MSRP, before I reminded them that it was supposed to be discounted per our phone call. They then added an additional $600 in dealer installed options, which they would not remove per our request. In addition, they admitted to not having any CR-Vs in the lot without these options. Days later I found myself dealing with an immature and unprofessional representative that calls himself the Customer Retention Manager, trying to negotiate the price to what was originally offered. Finally, when I agreed to their higher offer they said they could no longer honor the deal. The next day I get a text saying they WILL honor the deal at a further increased price!! I bought the car elsewhere for less! Do not recommend this dealership.

I needed to get my very first oil change for my new Honda HRV that I purchased from Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorn PA. I had a absolutely terrible experice with the clerk at the desk and the worker who changed the oil in my car. I wanted to have my first oil change done there, because it is where I bought it. I made a appointment to have my oil changed at 1:30pm and was able to arrive on time. When I arrived I was told "it will be one hour to one and a half hours before we can get to your car! So I waited and waited and waited, finally two hours after I arrived for my 1:30pm appointment the finally started to work on my car. I got in my car and started to drive home and noticed that on the dashboard where it usually reads how many miles to empty tank for gas, the average miles per gallon along with trip 1, trip 2 for the odometer did not read everything as normal, all it said was "oil 100%" I stopped for gas and thought when I turned the car off and back on it may read properly again and it did not. I called honda and told them situation and was told a few buttons to fix to correct it but it did not work. I was then put on hold to speak to the representative who had assisted me named Wade Knouse. I was on hold for 25 min and then hung up and DROVE BACK to the Honda dealership to speak to Wade since he didn't want to answer the phone when I called. He walked out to my car and showed me a series of buttons that needed to be pushed to correct it and apologized for the mechanic to leaving my car in the condition it was in when he had worked on it. So all together I drove one hour there and one hour home, was forced to wait two hours AFTER MY APPOINTMENT and drove 25 minutes away and 25 minutes back because of the dashboard error. All together I about 5hours having my oil changed!!! I will never take my car there again due to how I was treated as well as how my car was handled. I wish I could give them negative stars!!! Do yourself a favor and do your business elsewhere!

From many different Honda dealerships we visited, Tim made Mike Piazza Honda our top choice. From start to finish, he walked us through the car buying process and even accommodated the options we wanted for the car. When it came to financing, he went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend Tim! Will be back for our second family car. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible how they tried to insult my intelligence. Tried to give me an insane high interest rate on a pre-cert pre owned car. Gentlemen who helped me became upset that I wasn t taking the vehicle. With 400 plus in payments. I ended up going to Davis HONDA. In Mount Holly New Jersey. Great place! Got a 2.9% APR. Banks worked with me and everything. Ended up getting a brand new Honda Civic 2020! Would not recommend on purchasing a vehicle, unless you re trying to pay insanely high interest rates with them. I truly say this, I was so disappointed in this establishment... I was expecting more from them.
I would never buy another car from any Piazza deal...
I would never buy another car from any Piazza dealer EVER! They've given us the runaround to fix our vehicle for months now. We have a 2010 Accord we bought new that's burning oil. There was a class-action lawsuit that Honda agreed to fix the motors if a specific code gnerated when the check engine light came on. We brought them over 30 pages of documentation from our regular mechanic showing our car had the issue and was gereating the code. They completely dismissed it, made us go through an "oil consumption test". We were then told they would fix the motor only to receive a phone call a week later stating that the P0303 code didn't generate during the test, thus they would not fix the motor, but if the code did generate, then they would fix the motor. Now, the code generated, we brought the vehicle in, they confirm the code generated, but now they claim changing the spark plugs and "updating software" will fix the issue. Every time we bring our vehicle in to be repaired they tell us there's "something else" / additional criteria that needs to be met before they'll fix the car. Clearly their word is worth nothing. What a bunch of crooks!

I recently started looking for a new car before the end of the year. I inquired in online and worked with a nice gentlemen that sent me over pricing and set up an appointment for me. The internet representative was extremely kind and took the time to ask more what I needed out of a new vehicle. We landed on a new CR-V and he set me up with a nice salesperson named Hugh Daley. Hugh helped me understand what I got with each package and what all my options were. I'm so glad I picked Mike Piazza Honda and will be back again!

My girlfriend got her 2015 honda accord here and the service and atmosphere was phenomenal! The people here are conpletely honest and not sleazy like other places.
I was looking to buy a 2016 honda civic ex-l but unfortunately, got it somewhere else aND paid an awful price fornit. I felt rushed, nothing was clear, the finance guy was reminiscent of some 1980s wall Street shark. Very unpleasant and bossy, giving me an attitude at times.
It was an awful experience and wished I had gone to Mike Piazza. However, Mike Piazzas Internet sales rep, David Lobaina was incredibly helpful and patient both before and after my purchase at another location. Great guy and service that deserve way more than just 5 stars. He didn't shrug me off but rather offered to go above and beyond the call of duty making sure I didn't get ripped off and walked me step by step on making sure the other dealership rectifies everything.
I will be working with Mike Piazza from here on out for the rest of my life.

I had the worst experience with this place. Im an informed buyer, having already paid off three car loans. I know the pitch and tricks of the trade. This place by no means made the buying process transparent.
For starters, they are overcrowded in their facility. I went on a Saturday, and Robert Holmes (the sales person helping me) was attending to three or more customers at a time. I never had his undivided attention.
Second, when it came time to present the numbers, what scammers they are! BUYERS BEWARE AND READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY - what youre financing should be comprised of the MSRP price of the vehicle (never be fooled into paying MSRP - there is ALWAYS wiggle room. Even at invoice price they make a decent profit on sales), the discount you receive, the new improved vehicle price, the trade in value they are giving you (if applicable in your case), the down payment amount youre putting down (if any), the documentation fee, the sales taxes, and the registration and tags fee. THAT IS IT!!!!! Robert Holmes tried to scam $5,000 from me by sneaking it into the numbers. Read below!
Gap insurance - he was charging $900 - is only required if your trade in or your down payment isnt enough to give you 20% equity on your car. You can also purchase gap insurance privately too at probably a cheaper cost, or get it through your car insurance company (they call it something other than gap but serves same purpose). I didnt need gap in my case, and was told by another dealer that companies wont even ALLOW gap insurance to be purchased if you put 20% or more down for the vehicle. They probably wouldve put a bogus name for it just to sneak in the charge.
Total financed aftermarket - he was charging me $699 for this bogus fee.
Service Agreement - he was charging me $2,856 for this one. He never even mentioned what it was! It was probably for an extended warranty that they get commissions on if you buy. Thanks, but no thanks.
All of these charges were sneaked into the contract. I walked away and boy I am so glad I did. Review your contracts if you purchased from there and see if you got bamboozled by them.
They also offered me $3K less on my trade in than the KBB estimates. Completely lowballed, and when they asked what sources I used for my numbers, they said KBB is unreliable. Really? No, youre unreliable.
If youre looking to buy a car from this place.... RUN... or drive elsewhere to get the car that you want. Unless youre OK with getting duped and giving away $5K or more.
Nothing crushes a crooked salesman more than an informed buyer. Do your research, calculate your payments online, and go through the contracts with fine tooth and comb. Youll thank me later.
