It used to be scary to walk into a dealership, (and that still may be true) with their high pressure tactics, however not at Mike Piazza's. My sales rep Bob was very professional in his manner, but at the same time honest and likeable ! I already knew what I wanted before I showed up, but found the sales staff to be good and the process was about as long and drawn out as any car purchase. Jimmy was a great personable guy who was quickly able to read what I did and didn't want to do during this process.
They are overly aggressive on the add-on warranties. In my experience these warranties are generally a waste of money, regardless of brand, and you'll have to fight your way through any repairs with these third party offerer's. Read reviews online before buying. And let's be honest, it's a Honda, you can take the whole car apart with a 10mm wrench and a Phillips screw driver.

It was very bad Experience at this service center(I reported issue that Multi Information Display not turning off when turning of ignition).
My Appointment was on 06/18/2019 at 10:30 AM and i dropped off my vehicle at 8:00 AM, I called 2 times after 2 :00 Pm to check status of the vehicle and i got a call at 4:30 PM saying that they didn t get a chance to diagnose the vehicle today and they will take care first thing in the next day morning. after I called 2 times
next day i got a call and said that need to replace MID and he gave me cost of the part and labor and vehicle will be ready by end of next day (i.e 06/20) but got a call on 06/21 and adviser said display is working (Actually its working same as before not turning off ) but need to replace Radio as well, i paid full amount of initial assessment ($524) and took the vehicle as same condition before giving to service center.
Again i went on 06/24 to replace Radio its cost me ($324).
Here is the Question If problem with Radio Shorting out why they replaced the Display? Which is not solving the problem and then end up with changing both the parts and paid ($524+$324).
If they did diagnose properly i could have save $524.

It was a superb experience. Mike Bertoline, Jeff Covan and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I recently purchased my new 2015 Accord Coupe EX-L from a dealer in Reading, PA, however, the emissions stickers expired this past June. The Piazza dealer in Reading finally agreed to re-inspect the vehicle for free as I just bought it in February, but I live in Philly and work in the northeast. Therefore, it was very inconvenient to travel back to Reading.
Mike Bertoline, Jeff Covan and the Langhorne staff were not only extraordinarily pleasant and accommodating on the phone, but they were equally helpful in person. Not only did they fit my car in quickly for a re-inspection, they also did so for FREE, considering the circumstances. You should be proud to have such friendly and competent employees. I will not hesitate to continue servicing my current vehicle at the Langhorne Piazza, but based on this experience I will likely purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future. I would like to share my immensely positive experience at Mike Piazza Honda this past Fall 2019. I have purchased two vehicles within the past year, and I was fortunate enough to encounter two blessings during my second experience at the Piazza dealership:
1. The first is George Farrell, who as a salesman actively valued my opinion and respected my budget, and I left with a car that I wholeheartedly love (and have never regretted). He helped guide my decision according to my needs, but I never once felt pressured to make the sale, which made my car buying experience that much more enjoyable. I had to make a couple stops at the dealership pre- and post buying my CRV, and each time, George knew me by name and greeted me with kindness. The personal touch is something I valued immensely. I cannot rave enough about George. I will be requesting his guidance should I need to purchase another Honda down the line. Thanks, George!
2. I experienced 2 no-fault accidents in the fall, and Ron Dworsky, the Bodyshop Manager at Mike Piazza Honda, was outstanding to work with. Over the course of talking with him for about two or so months, I knew that Ron always had my best interest at heart, and I 110% could trust that he was going to repair my car to its original state. While I hope to avoid finding myself in a similar situation in the future, I would request my car to be sent to Ron and his team in an instant.
