November of 2020-My 2nd purchase from Piazza Honda and we couldn't be happier! Scott Snyderman and Robert Holmes made this buying experience quick and seamless! My wife is super happy in her 2021 Honda Pilot EX-L! Thank you Scott and Robert!

December of 2018-Just wanted to say I live in Delran, NJ and I am surrounded by plenty of Honda dealers! I m so glad I chose to go to Mike Piazza Honda of Langhorne, PA to buy our 2019 Honda Pilot and my mother in laws 2018 Honda Civic. We were blown away by the service and hospitality by the GM Scott Snyderman and our sales person Jimmy! No games, 100% transparency! It s worth the trip over the bridge to go and buy your next Honda! We will most definitely be back in the future as well as refer people we know! Thank you!

Went to Mike Piazza Honda to purchase new Honda Accord and the sales person was a nice person, who was very respectful, he s name was Sal and everything was going smooth, I was approved and I was really happy with the rate they offered and with monthly payment, at the end it came to the part where I had to sign off papers with the financing person, I don t remember his name, he started offering extended warranty and all those extra things and I wasn t planning on purchasing extended warranty or anything else at all because car came with 3 year or 36000 warranty on it but this guy kept on begging me to purchase the warranty and kept saying no because my budget doesn t allowed and he was kept getting angry and nervous about it just because I kept declining his offer for extended warranty and at the end he was ok if you don t purchase extended warranty you won t get the manufacture warranty too, I m gonna sell the car to you as is this finance guy was being so rude and ignorant and dishonest, he was only thinking about his commission from selling the extended warranty only but didn t care about what customer wants at all, he got me into the point where I just didn t wanted to purchase a vehicle from them at all, I just walked out. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone because people who work there care only about their own pockets and doesn t care if the customer can afford to buy what they are offering as an extra. The deal was couple signatures away from being settled but because of that financing person it got ruined.

First time here for service very polite and fast service new place for my Hondas. 2012 Honda Accord needed VCT Actuator was going to do the job myself but it requires removing camshaft from engine. Bought it at 11am and was done at 5pm very fast for this type of job.

Very bad service and dislike the diagnosis on my 2014 Honda Civic ac not blowing cold air because of a rock caused the condenser to have a whole. My car was in service a month ago and they didn't fine the problem now I have to pay for this problem. This is not covered under your warranty. Now I have to pay about $460.00. I also was not offer a rental car since they didn't finish the work yesterday (4/14/16) and my car was dropped off before 9:30 am. I will never go back to have my car serviced by Mike Piazza Honda.

Mike was my service writer and he couldn't have been more accommodating. I have a couple of concerns with my Accord beyond the state inspection, and transmission fluid service, I had done. He handled the other two concerns professionally, and I will have the car back at a later date.

Had a very nice time at this dealership! Everyone was very kind and willing to help without making you feel pressured about your car buying decision. Gary helped me throughout the day and was very genuine and kind, making the experience much less stressful than I thought it would be. It is my first time buying a car and I was very satisfied with the experience. Best of all the salsepeople did not sugar coat everything in order for me to buy the car. Rather they gave me the pros and cons both about the car, and the extra items such as warranty. Everyone loves my new Civic and I am glad this dealership was able to get me a car the turns heads at a very good price!

Experience was just ok. It was very dark when we actually got the car and could not really see how well it had been detailed but we were assured that the stains had been removed from the car we purchased. On the way home my son advised he had to stop and get gas because they had given the car to him almost on empty. The next morning we went to look at the car and the stains were still extremely visible, and there was glue all over the tires. I was very frustrated since we were told the stains had been removed. We called several times and emailed and never received a return call. I called again the next day and spoke to service and was told the glue would wash off and was kind of given a so what attitude. Well we have had severe rain storms since and the glue has not budged. I have also tried to manually remove the glue. We are going to have the car detailed on our own to have the glue and very visible stains on the interior removed. We will not go here for any future purchases. I feel as if as soon as they got us off the lot and got our money they did not want to deal with any issues pertaining to the car.

This was my second trip back to Mike Piazza Honda ...

This was my second trip back to Mike Piazza Honda and with both visits I have been 100% satisfied. On my first visit, I leased a Honda Accord and was very pleased with the time and attention that Jimmy Abgarian spent with me. He answered all of my questions patiently (and I have a lot of questions usually) and shared as much enthusiasm as I had. He made the experience easy for me and I left the dealership very happy. I had been to other dealers over the years but due to personal attention to both me and my car, I would recommend this dealership to anybody, especially if you have other not so nice experiences at other dealers. When you come here you will see and appreciate the difference.
Since I was so pleased with the experience, I returned to Mike Piazza Honda for my next vehicle. I met with the Finance Director Sandy Adams who spent a great deal of time talking with me and answering all of my financial questions. She was knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it. Often people in a business assume their customers have a lot of background knowledge and do not explain everything they should know. She was patient and took the time to understand what my needs and limitations were and guided me with the purchase of my new car. Sandy made this second experience a truly remarkable one and I am grateful. I am a tough critic and I rarely write reviews so if I say you will appreciate the difference at Mike Piazza Honda, trust me you won t be disappointed.

Horrible, do not go here..My child is in US Army they tried to rip her off so bad I'm not joking.Tried to give her 1500 for her trade when she owed 2600 kbb is over 6000.What a joke no privacy .I left there and went to Sloane Honda double the variety n received 3600 for trade.Rude people Go to Sloane monthly payment was lot less also...Just do yourself a favor b4 you buy from this place check with Sloane or burns you will not be disappointed you will get a much better deal guaranteed...

All the sales people and service techs were great with my situation. They were very helpful and patient in my shopping for the right car I needed and wanted.

A year later and I am having problems with my vehicle. They should have an emergency drop off bay and have mechanics on hand to handle emergency situations.

Customer service wasn t to good with Parts and Body shop. Did a great job with painting the bumper I ordered but horrible communication. Was never updated with the status of the bumper. Also hard to get a hold of someone in the body shop. Bumper was done two days later then it was suppose to and I had to call the parts department just to get a update. Asked to email the receipt but never got it.

BE CAREFUL! THEY SELL LEMONS! I bought a used honda accord last february and after putting thousands of dollars into it over 6 months had to sell it. I took the car to Burns Honda in Marlton, NJ a few days after purchasing just to get it checked out. Neither Piazza or Burns informed me that the car had been in an accident and the entire driver side of the vehicle had been damaged (and it did not show up on carfax). I've always had hondas and always trusted them but not anymore. The body was a lot of plastic and the interior was shotty as well. Very disappointed not only with the dealerships but also Honda as a whole. Guess I'll go to Toyota now.

My husband and I purchased a pre-owned Odyssey and our sales rep was Rob Soll. He texted me the night before our appointment to confirm and had the vehicle ready upon our arrival. He was very patient and took our budget into consideration. He even helped speed the process up a bit when he heard that we had to leave because I had to go to work (it was a very busy Saturday at the dealership). We drove from NJ and this trip was definitely worth our while - thanks Rob!

Between the sales person, Jimmy Abgarian, and the finance person, Jeremy Lynes, we were COMPLETELY at ease with the process of selecting our Honda Fit and getting the financing we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with our decision and were very patient with our endless questions. I recommend them without hesitation!

All Season Mats: $136.47 plus Wheel locks: $58.52 = Sold at $699!

Our auto purchase experience was not great with Mike Piazza Honda.
We identified the car we wanted to buy, and then negotiated and agreed on the sale price.
Then the sales consultant came back with a sheet stating the various items
Dealer Aftermarket parts cost of $699.00
Document Fee -
Title/Registration
Gap Insurance
Extended Warranty
We told him that we do not want these added items Dealer Aftermarket parts ($699), Gap Insurance ($600), and Extended Warranty (About $3000 plus.. don t remember the exact figure).
He claimed the Dealer aftermarket cost includes the Wheel lock and All Season floor mats plus installation of those items. The salesperson tried to justify the inclusion of the Aftermarket parts (for example, the Wheel lock as a protection against theft of the wheels).
While dealing with the salesperson (N***), the sales manager came by insisting that we have the Gap Insurance because if something happens to the vehicle like a fire or accident, we are not liable for the residual cost. We promptly declined.

He then went on to try to justify the need for us to get an extended warranty since we plan to use the vehicle for an extended period. He used a rather awkward argument or sale tactic, saying something like, do you know that this car is all electronics, should anything go wrong with it, you will not be able to afford the cost of repairs? If we hadn t used a Honda Accord for over 11 years without issues, that question is enough to dissuade us from making the purchase. We insisted that we don t want it.
The salesperson then asked if we had a particular monthly payment in mind, and we told him, no more than $500 per month. He then came back with revised numbers, which showed different options of payments including optional down payment. We then opted for 60 months financing with a down payment unaware that the $600.00 for the GAP Insurance has been added without it being reflected on the estimate worksheet. Fortunately, for us, we had to leave for a doctor s appointment as the process was taking too long. This afforded us time to recheck the monthly payments using Amortization calculator and we discovered the $600.00 was added without them stating it on the bill or letting us know. The process was overwhelming or made complicated and our mission was to get this transaction done with minimal stay at the dealership during this pandemic.

Upon our return to the dealership to conclude the transaction, we called their attention to the extra $600 added to the bill which was then removed and the sale concluded only to discover that the Aftermarket parts were grossly overpriced. We checked the prices online and then called Mike Piazza Parts Department to get a price quote for the two items directly from them.
Here are Mike Piazza s price quote:
All Season Mats: $136.47
Wheel locks: $58.52
It is unconscionable to bill a customer $699.00 for items totaling less than $200.00.
We subsequently contacted the salesperson by phone the next day, Thursday, December 24, 2020 about it and he said he does not have the authority to address it and that he will speak with his sales manager. He asked that we call him back on Monday, December 28, 2020. We sent a follow up email the next day to N***, the salesperson to which we did not get an acknowledgement or response. We then followed up with a phone call, we could not reach N*** (salesperson) after being transferred and kept on hold for an extended time. Ultimately, someone who introduced himself as one of the sales managers came on the line and insisted that they charge that flat rate of $699 for floor mat and wheel lock for all Accords and that is it. We told him, we ll prefer they take off those aftermarket parts and refund our $699.00 or refund the price difference and he said no. I am hoping that I will get this addressed by the dealership as soon as possible.

The only negative I could see was that there were too many people in the waiting room , congregating by the door which did not allow someone walking in to be 6 feet from others.

Hopefully a lot of people will read this story because I never thought this would ever happen to me I ve heard other people talking about something like this happing to them, but never had the experience until I try to buy a car from Mike Piazza Honda, I ve bought a lot of brand new cars from different dealers, For the record I did Purchase a 2017 Honda accord sport from this dealership back in 2017, Anyway to the story , I made a phone call to talk to Dan who is the sales manager over the phone and said I m interested in purchasing a Honda type R, he said all we have one but we get $5000 over, But if you come in will give it to you at MSRP, came in Monday at 9 AM with my appointment already scheduled, Dealt with John who is one of the sales guys, First thing he try to do is sell me it above the $3000 MSRP which I already talk to the sales manager stating that he would give it to me at cost for the MSRP, and of course another shady move by a salesman trying to sell me for another $3000 then trying to push $299 for wheel locks, I said I was already quoted for payment of MSRP and that s what I m here to buy this car, so I said whatever no problem I have to go drop off my material because I m a plumber and my guys are digging out at my job I have to go drop the material off I m willing to put $20,000 down, So I informed by john before purchasing the car, I had to filled out a credit app and I told him that I ll be back soon as I m done, I went home to go get a check for the $20,000 drop my material off for my job was coming back, I called John and said hey I m on my way back, (John said oh I m sorry we sold your car and by the way this is only an hour after I left.)
Let s see you take my drivers license you take my Social Security number you do a credit app and then you pull a shady thing like that that is so shady thing this dealership pulled, I will never ever come to this dealer and buy anything I can t believe that somebody would pull a scam like that when somebody s willing to buy a car!!!!!!!! I really hope that somebody reads this and mentions the fact that that is not good business, when I did call back and asked for the general manager and left a message I haven t heard anything from them yet.
By the way just for the record I did explain to John the salesman that was also interested in purchasing a Honda Civic for my daughter because she s in the military and we wanted to purchase after I purchased a Honda Type R, it s so funny when the dealer and everyone else was slow during the pandemic, and still people are trying to scam honest people, later on when these companies go out of business because of dealing with shady salesman shady sales managers and then they wonder why the dealerships change their names because of all this shady stuff going on!!!! I noticed the owner didn t respond to any negative reviews, just very curious WHY?????

I dropped my car for recall check this afternoon. My car had a low pressure on one tire and the light was showing on the board at the time I dropped it off. After 4 hours of work, I picked up my car with the same low pressure. I'm very disappointed how they careless about customers but only to make money on customers.

Brought Vehicle in which I purchased the car from Piazza in four in synthetic oil change, state inspection And repair of the center and front Console USB ports. To put it briefly, there was a reported delay in receiving the necessary parts and when it was received they were the wrong parts. Nothing was ever mentioned but when I went to pick up the vehicle and inquired as to what accommodation was going to be made I was told nothing it wasn t Piazza s fault.
To not even consider the customer and instead hold the part vendor accountable suggests a shortsightedness in doing business for the long term. Even when mentioning it the person behind the desk refused to be of any help or offer for me to talk to a mgr. to make matters worse I learned the the oil change was not the synthetic oil change requested. My upcoming car purchase for my daughter will be somewhere else

Vehicle was by appointment for inspection and was 2 hours late and they refused to return my car key and key chain. I am using my spare key as I still do not have my vehicle key back. I even specifically asked for it upon checkout. The last appointment I had in November, the vehicle needed a new battery charged even though it had 500 miled on it and it was one day late in order to pick it up. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is the point of having an appointment if it is ignored. Where re my key and key chain and why don't I have them??????????????????????????

Everyone I have dealt with at Mike Piazza Honda has been kind and helpful. They stick to their word when it comes to how long maintenance will take. While I would highly recommend Mike Piazza Honda, I would also like to challenge this company to work on the industry issue of mansplaining things to young women like me. Thank you for all your help, but I am able to put my own key back on my keychain and yes I know the difference between my registration and insurance card

This review was originally five stars and I wrote it prior to going into the finance office where they tried to pull a bait and switch on me with a warranty that I did not want. After declining all extended warranties they tried to hide the warranty in the monthly payment justifying that was the agreed upon monthly payment (Never shop for a car based on monthly payments, do it based on total vehicle cost and the payment will work itself out, which is why I caught this). After demanding the warranty be removed the manager told me my payment would not go down (lies). I told them to make it right or no deal. After a short while the manager came back in and tried to give me some load of BS about him buying down my money factor and using special dealer cash for the warranty which is why the payment won t go down if he removed the warranty (lies). He eventually fixed the contract and removed the warranty subsequently lowering the payment. After being delivered the vehicle I expressed my displeasure with the precvious interactions to my sales person who replied I told them not to do it thus confirming their deceit.

A prime example of why people hate buying cars. I will never buy another car here or service either one of my Hondas. I will go out of my way to tell everyone about this experience so they too can be an educated shopper. Buyer beware!

Had a fantastic experience at Piazza. I needed a new car, so I reached out to Dom in the internet sales department, who was highly recommended. Dom set me up with a sales person, George who was absolutely GREAT.! I knew what car I wanted, and they got me the exact car, and everything was set when I arrived. I have never met a person in sales, that was more thorough than George. He even reached out to me after the sale, to make sure everything was going ok. I will be returning to them in 3 years after my lease is up, to get another.

I Just want to come on here and write about my previous experience. I went there on December 31, 2018, and they were BUSY. But, Dan and Paulette were out of this world. I worked with Paulette from start to finish wit the help of Dan. Paulette answered any questions I had, did not try to add on anything I didn't want, and listened to me when I had concerns. When I drove off the lot with my 2018 CRV I knew I made the right decision. Paulette, thank you for all your help in finding me my new love and Dan thanks for an awesome experience at Mike Piazza Honda. You want friendly and quick service- GO HERE!

Repair work was done correctly. Customer service experience was poor. I dropped my vehicle the night before and requested it be completed by 4 pm the next day. I did not get a call that the vehicle was ready until 5:30. I had called twice during the day, and no one could tell me anything. When I picked the vehicle up, the cashier (a young woman) ignored me for a couple minutes until she was finished filling out some papers, and simply said "Name", "did you see your vehicle", "insert your card in the machine". No Hello, no thank you, no smile, no nothing, as if I was an intrusion on her day. Will not get my vehicle serviced there again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Honestly my expirences here were comparable to Comcast. They are a dealership stuck in the 90's/00's with how they operate and need to update to current times. If your car is in for overpriced routine maintenance, prepare to be up sold by a few hundred. If you're elderly just hand them your credit card and say a prayer you still have your retirement. This is the typical car dealer with lying salesmen that you should stay away from.
