Wade (customer service rep) was very cool. rest of the experience was not. didn't pass inspection for a windshield crack that's "in my field of view" (it's not at all unless I'm looking at the clouds) which they've passed in previous years at this exact same dealership. not bringing my car here by choice anymore. wasted 2.5 hours of my life and I get to do it again at a shop with some semblance of logic next week. should've been told up front so I could save a lot of time.
EDIT: I get that, but you guys passed it the past 2+ years this crack was there, so...?
