Horrible experience with service. Team is completely incompetent fixing the sliding door on my 2018 Honda Odyssey. We brought it in 3 times to fix the issue and they not couldn't solve the problem. In fact the issue has gotten worse since we brought it in. Now they are telling us to deal with corporate. I bought this car from this dealer. The place is a joke of an operation, could care less about their clients and obviously aren't capable of solving challenging issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

*** ironically immediately after posting this, the service manager Rick contacted us to point out an inaccuracy in my review, and I edited it to be accurate and fair. I wish Rick was as diligent in solving his clients problems as he is reviewing his reviews on google! This is a real shame as I had been coming to this dealer my whole life. have bought 4 cars here.****
