EDIT 8/5: Decided to go down to one star since I never heard from Christian or anyone about the scratches or even how my car has been for the last week, which I m pretty sure is a common car buying practice. Additionally, I reached out to someone to ensure my check for the downpayment went through and I never got a response.
Just a "meh" experience at this dealership. I was in a rush to buy a car after mine was involved in a hit and run and so I went to several dealerships to look at cars. When I finally found one I liked (at Piazza) I was told they needed me to confirm that I would be buying the car before they ran my credit. This was frustrating in that my decision came down to who could offer me the best monthly payments/lowest interest rates. This dealership refused to run my credit until they had me agree to buy the car. Because of this, it took a loooong time to get the car later that night. I spent probably around 2.5-3 hours in the waiting room.
Also - when I was looking at the car earlier on in the day I had pointed out a few scratches/marks. I understand that I was buying a CPO car, but these were big marks. Christian (salesman) told me that he could see if they could be buffed out/painted over. I didn't even notice that they were still there when I took the car because I was so exhausted from sitting there all day. These scratches are noticeable and I shouldn't have been told that there would be an attempt to remove them.
Lastly, they get you in the door by offering a low (yet competitive) internet price but then they throw on $2k in dealership fees and $2k for the certified pre-owned tag. The dealership fees are apparently to get the car "ready" for you to take home...yet it still had the scratches I was told would be buffed out. Not cool.
The financing guy I spoke to whose name I can't remember was extremely friendly and was probably the best part of the experience.
