I went to Mike Piazza Honda because it was the closest Honda dealer to my house. How lucky I was to find a dealership that so completely embraces customer service. From the moment I walked in it was clear that this was a no pressure operation. Eric introduced himself to me and found out that I was looking for a Fit and took it from there. Four days later I drove away in my fabulous new bright red Fit. Eric Eisgrau educated me about the car, showed me several, let me drive one and then went to New Jersey to pick up a red one for me. He and Vince Brown put together a great deal, gave me solid trade in value for my old car and Jeremy Lynes in Finance found a remarkably low interest rate loan for me.
