Sal was a helpful and knowledgeable sales person. The dealer facilities are very dated and most importantly, there isn't any privacy. The sales team doesn't have desks so you sit in an open area at a small cafe-type table, 3 feet from the next customer, discussing your personal financial info. Also, having to wait over 2 hours (they were down 2 finance mgrs) to complete my purchase I asked for a water. I was walked to the service area where I was shown the vending machines. First dealer I've ever bought/test drove a vehicle where I had to buy a drink.

I asked for one thing and heard from three people. They are all about customer service. From Eric in Sales to Mike in Service and Gino and Alan I had great service and would recommend Piazza if you're looking for an automobile.

Just purchased my third vehicle from Mike Piazza Honda. Absolutely great experience! Have had the same salesman each time, George Farrell. If you are looking into buying a car there, ask for George. He s honest, extremely knowledgeable, and stays in touch. He truly helped me out of a bad situation three years ago. Will most likely purchase all of my vehicles here, in part because of George.

We had such a great experience leasing our 2012 Accord with the help of our salesman Jimmy Abgarian, that we went back again and leased our 2015 Accord from him too!! He really took care of us and got us a great deal that no other dealerships could match. The service they provide is also excellent and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend Jimmy and Mike Piazza Honda.

Very poor sales staff with lots of pressure tactic...

Very poor sales staff with lots of pressure tactics and tricks. Seth is a pure blooded prick. All dealerships will try to shake you down but this one is the worst. They attempted to hide dealer cash of $1000 which I knew about from another dealer friend that was too far away for me to go. They took a real long time "making sure" I had the right numbers and swore up and down that dealer cash was $500 even after checking. I was steered away from the Fit which had no hidden incentives- was really looking for civic also.
Finance guy was real high pressure with the extended warranty and was like a child not getting his way when I said no several times.
Car was very poorly prepped and I was forced to wait a very long time while prep guys flirted with a girl who's car was in bay- not even a honda!
I am embarrased that I actually purchased a vehicle from Piazza

Loved loved your salesman Jake. Totally trusted him.We felt we were in good hands. Same with your manager. Loved your manager. However, I am 68 years old and have never never ever been so pressured to by extended insurance for a vehicle as I had been there. So much so that I walked outside to clear my head. Caused my wife and I to get into a fight because the gentleman wouldnt stop pushing the extra insurance. I told him 6 or 7 times I didn't want to buy it. He kept coming down in price for the coverage. Which made me think this is a racket. He wouldn't take no for an answer. So I took the extra coverage. I had a great experience up to that point. The only way I would buy another car from Piazza Honda is if I get salesman Jake again, the same manager closes the deal but someone else arranges the financing. Boy I hate to write anything negative about my experience but I still think about that and you asked. Stay safe.

Nothing but great things to say about their service department. I came in the other day to get my bulb replaced bc it burned out, and Carlos took care of it. But the level of customer service was absolutely incredible. They actually care about their customers and go above and beyond. I live 5 mins from the Honda dealership in the northeast but I choose to drive to this Honda service department in Langhorne because of things like this. They re the best.

I have had experience with many car dealerships over the years. This one, while not the best I have ever dealt with, was one of the better ones. Most of the people we talked to and met here were professional and pleasant and our new "used" Honda has been a delight :-) There were a few issues when it came to the paperwork (due to some initial errors, our financing ended up being more that the final cost of the car and we were due a refund which didn't arrive like it was supposed to). However, Robert Holmes stepped up and was able to straighten everything out and get the check to us.

The show room and facility itself is pretty "bare bones", but I am more interested in getting a good car for a good value. I felt we were able to get that here.

We love Mike Piazza Honda! We leased 2 cars from them and bought the 2nd one at the end of the lease. We have always dealt with Jeremy Lynes from when he started in Sales to Finance Manager and then to Sales Manager! He deserved every one of those promotions. He has always treated us with professionalism and courtesy. When I bring my car in for service, he always greets me warmly and asks about the family.
I feel like I have always gotten a fair shake from the service department. I never feel pressured to have this or that done to my car because they suggest it. Excellent service department!

He helped me to send them by email then printed them for me so I'd have a paper copy! Amazing, I cannot state how awesome this was, way better than pep boys, Firestone or that place in the corner of 213 and woodbourne rd.

Another awesome experience with the Piazza Honda - this time the Mike Piazza Honda. My car died and I needed a new one - except I only buy used - and sometimes that means I don t get as much time or respect from salesmen as I probably should. Well, Aaron was different. He immediately stepped up to help me, was completely patient as I test drove a number of cars. He even let me take the car I loved to go grab food and my kids from school - so that I could have a relaxed and not rushed buying experience! I couldn t believe it! Aaron then removed the bike rack, car seat and got together all the stuff from my old car to help me make the transition easy. He was awesome. His manager Jeremy was also awesome. Instead of coming over and giving the hard sell Jeremy was, like Aaron; patient, kind and thoughtful. I had numerous questions about warranties and car history and Jeremy took time all the time I needed. They were just great guys and I felt they were sincere too. I d have a beer with them IRL. I want to also commend Steve who walked me through financing and other warranties. Again, no hard sell, answered lots of questions - oh - and ALL OF THEM were great with my gaggle of kids. Look, as a woman who only buys used cars, I can get treated shabbily by dealers...and I raise holy hell about it. When a dealer is awesome - I praise them as much as I can and Aaron, Jeremy, Steve and the Mike Piazza team deserve all the praise they can get. I love my car and I m planning to come back here and only here to buy again. Thanks, Aaron, Jeremy and Steve! You guys should get a big bonus for your great work!

I never purchase again or recommend this dealership to anyone! I will never return and will take my vehicle elsewhere for service...Piazza Honda sold me a used Mazda on the lot with one remote key, which I was notified no additional key after paper work complete. Staff gave me the run around claiming misplaced, then claimed they owed me nothing per paper work signed..Called dealership to escalate more times I can count with no return phone call! I work in customer service and they should be ashamed of the poor service rendered.

Walked in looking to see what new 2020 sedans are. Was greated by a sales rep named "Tony". Told him I would be looking to buy in the next month after I look around at all the options. He told me to come back when I'm willing to buy. Went to a lot of other dealers and they showed me all the vehicles they have to offer, showed me the inside, the different packages and then gave me their cards so I can call them back if I want to test drive/learn more. Honda just didn't care unless I was willing to buy that day.

I had a horrendous and truly dehumanizing experience at a different dealership and I booked it for Mike Piazza Honda. Sandy and Gary took the time to provide me a true, guided, retail experience. They were extraordinarily helpful and made me feel like a human being again. They made it easy to make an informed decision, not just about my car needs but about my financial needs, and I left with a sense of confidence in my choice. When it's time to make my next car decision, I'm going to see them again, and I highly suggest you do the same.

1 star. The people there do seem nice. But my outcome was not satisfactory at all. I was told one thing from a rep and another by management. What should've been one inquiry at a credit union, so they can provide me with possible total, turned it 7 inquiries with different companies. I had to tell them to stop and walked out. Management didnt want to provide a letter so i can provide to those companies saying the hard pulls on my reports were done in error, so now im stuck with these hits on my reports for 2 years. This may not be a big deal to some, but i cant conduct business with anyone who says one thing and does another than cant take responsibility for their error, especially after i got my credit situated. This a a small set back for me personally, but a set back non the less that affects my credit worthiness. I did sign a credit app only because i decided to trust the rep and this dealer, one credit pull one credit union, i got the opposite. Lesson learned. Never again.

Beware! Repair shop tries to rip you off and manages time poorly. Brought car in for inspection and needed new parts due to model recall. They would ONLY do the Honda mandatory recall repair with an appt, so made early AM appt for drop off, left car and saw waiting room full of people who had dropped in for service with no appts.
Showed up 5 hours later to check that car was ready as they had said it would probably be ready then, and they hadn t even started working on my car but all the drop ins were done and they had a whole new lot of drop ins waiting. Then they come out after hurrying around in the back and try to tell me that my brakes and tires needed replacing(with quotes to replace) as they were almost not passable. I just got new brakes less than 6 months ago and a new tire due to a nail a few months ago.

I needed to get repairs and an inspection on my Honda Civic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was done in a timely manner. Inside the building there were clear signs posted and it looked very sanitary. When I got my car back there were plastic bags around any area the mechanics would have had to touch and it made me feel safer knowing they were taking proper precautions!

I figured I d write this now while I ve been on hold for 30 min. Horrible customer service. The people are as nice as can be.. they just don t think of what s best for the customer in the moment. I Called to make an apt. To have my ac fixed and state inspection. My car was diagnosed over the phone..... than told me it could be up to a month until they get the part in and to keep calling Honda everyday to see if it s in... ha. Stupid me took his word for it. Finally got sick of driving around in 95 degree weather and called to make an apt. for a real diagnosis. Took the car in to find out my registration was missing from my car and had to reschedule. (couldn t let me reprint it out there which takes 3 min) tried to reschedule and they told me they will only take my car during the week by 3pm at the latest, no weekends for a diagnosis ...called back the next day after I got approval from my manager to leave work early Now the woman is telling me it s 2pm at the latest..... NOW I m sitting on the phone for 40 min. waiting for an answer. Can someone pick up the line I m on? This is pretty ridiculous.

Waste of time! I was looking for civic si s one weekend and they didn t let me test drive because I wasn t going to buy it that day. The guy also said that they are collector items and that they never last long on the lot. I come back 3 weeks later and the same si is in the lot. Finally I am able to test drive it because I lied and said I was looking to buy the car that day. I ask the guy questions about it and he has no idea what he is talking about. The car was traded in I m guessing from all the wires the previous owner had in it hooking up to a sound system. They took out all the speakers and such but left the wires 4 different wires leading to nowhere the guy told me. He said the car had sat nav then we get into the car and he says never mind it doesn t. Then a mile down the road he fiddles with the screen and it does have sat nav. The AC was barely working and the car pulled to the right. I told them the car pulled and he said no it s the road. Bull crap it s the road! I went on three different roads and it still pulled. After the test drive I wanted to see how much they would negotiate and they did not budge a bit. The car was overpriced and with the problems I mentioned above I believe there were other problems they didn t know about. I gave them a price that I used at a previous dealership (that had a newer civic si and a lot better) and the guys is like no that is way too low. So I said well I guess I m out of luck and left. They did not try to accommodate the customer at all and did not budge from their asking price.

I bought an used audi A5 here. So far it in good condition. Robert Soll is great sales man. He seriously deal with customer's concerns, responds quick, always warm greets, but not push you. He tried his best to work with me, I have other good choices but I made this decision 80% by his efforts and works. He shows respect and professional to customer, in the end added full tank gas, clean car again and drove it to right out of the door, I mean, his service is sweet in many details. The most important is, after your purchase, he cares customer's feeling, still being patient with your questions and trying best service, not like many sales, they don't care more if cars are sold. Aimee Morazin is business manager, her work and services is very nice, skilled and efficiency too. Being honest and thoughtful, keep the best service to customers is very important. I highly recommend this place.

Jimmy was great and you can tell they really pride themselves in service from when you first step through the doors. They are genuine and after having a bad experience at Honda of Hamilton it was refreshing to meet people who don't treat you just as a price tag.

Very unhappy with service. O came in for a warranty problem and was told that there would be a charge to rest the AC system for a leak. I informed the service writer that the car was still under warranty. They pressure tested the system and the part I needed was out of stock. I was told I would get a call the next day when part came in. No call. I called at 2:30 to find out that the service writer Tam was no longer there and my paperwork was just sitting there, no one followed up. I brought the car on to replace the low pressure hose on my air conditioner after they did a pressure test with dye. After 30 minutes I was told that there was a hole in my condenser. They claimed it was caused by a stone and not covered by the warranty. I find it hard to believe that was the cause. I was told that it would cost 139.95 to replace the part. I had no choice at the time but to say ok. When the car was done the service writer handed me a bill for almost 800.00. I said what happened to the warranty of the hose. He then redid the bill and came back with one for over 500.00. I flipped out and asked for a manager as at this point I felt that I was being ripped off. The manager said that the condenser cost was 139 plus 270 labor. I was never told that by the service writer
All he said was 139.95. Even if this was true, which it wasn't the the bill should only have been 409 plus tax. I have no confidence in the service writer. The manager adjusted the bill down to 291.20 to try and shut me up. I paid the bill under duress. At this point my nerves were shot and I need to clam down. I am 69 years old and I can't handle this kind of pressure. If the condenser was really damaged why didn't they find that when they did the pressure test with dye.

Staff was nice but they tried to tack on close to $4,000 more for accessories, dealer prep fees and CPO when it should be reflected on the car price. They took some of it away the moment I mentioned something so it's obviously not required. Be aware of hidden fees at this dealership

two cars bought, both certified pre owned cars: CRV and Accord. Deal with anthony cruz both times. He doesn't try to play too many salesman tactics and is normally pretty good, but both times we had done our homework and knew exactly what we were looking for, which car we wanted to see and we already had pre approved financing so we had the upper hand because we could make the deal right then and there and that's what really gets them moving. I recommend everyone do this! go in with as much leverage as possible. As far as the price of the cars they were reasonable. I mean you can't think your going to get thousands off when it's a certified preowned and both parties want to save a few bucks / earn a few bucks.

The service department...that's a whole other ball game. They take their sweet time with everything. I have never once been there under an hour and a half even for a simple oil change. There is always something. They've lost my work keys and took forever searching for them, the receptionist is an middle aged woman not happy with her life who is determined to make sure you're as unhappy as she is.

All in all, much better than other honda dealerships. I checked out davis honda before and they try to add in more bullshit fees than you can imagine, ex. loyalty fee for 995. You pay that now and next time you buy a car you don't pay that....yea...i'm not that loyal..and when I went there the car I saw online was beautiful, but got there and they took some very crafty photos to hide the dents and scratches. Sloane honda is much more overpriced than Piazza.

I had to get my a/c looked at - made and appt and when I dropped my car off I went into service center and I gotta tell you I work in customer service and I was not please when no one greeted me when I walked in and waited a few mins..nothing...I asked a gentleman who seem like he did not have time for me if this is where I would drop off and he said I ll be with you one moment...I waited ten mins and was about to walk out and this nice gentleman Mike (not the person who said he would be with me in a moment) took my info and assisted me.. he told me what to expect and that he would give me a call once they figure out what was going on with my AC. Mike called me adv that condenser was bad and he said it was under warranty etc which was good new for me! I would like to say that I was very pleased how knowledgeable and professional Mike was with everything from start to finish.

Wasn t aware after everything was handled over the phone that it would take 2 and 1/2 hours! It was uncomfortably busy in the there not to mention workers kept moving their masks up and down. I understand everyone is adjusting but please do so in your office with the door shut. I understand all businesses having to figure it out. But please call and change our spot and don t waste my time. We has asked In advance how long it would be considering the pandemic. We were told 1 hour. It wasn t organized at all. I have purchased cars in the past and have never called my own insurance company to change it over. Nor did I sit in a waiting area for hours after the negotiation was already complete. We were only in the office when paper work needed to be signed. We had an appt for 1:00 pm we were there on time and watched numerous customers served before us. Extremely frustrating we test drove the car and I noticed how low the gas was I was annoyed I had to ask about filling it up. Get it together and treat customers well. Really disappointed in how this was handled. If a car wasn t essential I wouldn t step foot in a dealership. This was handled on the phone to avoid the waiting nonsense and unnecessary exposure

My car need to be expected for emission ASAP because the local police gave me the warning. Mike Russo able to find me a date that i don t need to wait for more than a week which the initial schedule Honda service gave. Mike Russo was very professional, polite and bring an excellent customer service not only to me but to the other customers too. While waiting in the waiting room. I observed Mike talking to the senior customer , he explained very well the service needs to be done . He lean over so that the customer can heard him well and Mike sat beside him and go through all the details of service. He even offered for a ride home so to avoid waiting for couple hours.
When I asked for coffee. He wasn t only directing me to a pantry but he make sure I was able to get my coffee.

Walked in at 8:00 pm to look at a new Ridgeline that they just got in.Was greeted by Sal Torres who went to get it showed us around the vehicle & off
for a test ride we went.This is a superb truck compared to all other mid sized trucks.being the owner of a 2006 Ridgeline RTL I already new the quality & functionality of it.Being a new model & very,very scrase it was time to make a deal.Sal came back with a price & after some serious negotiations a deal was struck & I was the owner of their first 2017 Ridgeline RTL-E.
I feel they were fair with the price & Sal helped to make it happen.It was now 9:00 pm & in only 1hr everyone was happy.I beleive doing your reserach before you go in to see what you want have a realstic price in mind push a little harder and they will work with you to wrap it up.
Went back the next day at 5:00pm to do the paper work & was out the door by 6:00 all around a good experience & thank's to SAl he made sure that everything fell into place.

All other local Honda dealers I received quotes from only added the standard tax/title/license to their online prices. Seems like others have run into the same thing.

Terrible had an appointment to test drive a car. When I arrived on time I was told the car was being cleaned. Then I go to test drive the car and there are car seats, trash, and all kind s of junk still in the car. This place is a joke. I could not believe my eyes. Will not be buying a car there!!
