I recently purchased a new 2020 custom order GLC Couple from Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. I had the pleasure of working with Tomas Del Bano. Not only was he extremely helpful, he made this the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had! He always kept me updated on the process of the car, just when I was starting to get anxious, it was almost as if he knew and would send me an updated text! Tomas was never pushy, I never felt any pressure from him, only support! To all of you who despise purchasing a new/used vehicle, this eliminates all of those anxious thoughts! Through all of the current pandemic, it was a little different handling the purchasing transaction, however, Tomas and his team were very professional and made the sale fast and convenient! I want to thank them all for being so wonderful to work with, and would recommend buying from these gentleman any day! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Tami

I decided to buy a Mercedes instead of a Landrover - mainly because I'd heard how great the service is. So far, that has not been the case. My brand new car was leaking oil and the light came on - I called customer service and they told me to have it towed and that no service vehicles were available. Even though I had been promised when I bought the car that they made service incredibly easy - definitely not the case. I could not get the service team to return calls to help me with towing and rental car, so I had to call the person who sold me the car to get service engaged. Finally, after hours of calls and begging, Mercedes made a reservation for me at a dealership an hour away. Two days later, my car is still not ready and there are still no service cars available. I'm incredibly disappointed.
We couldn't be happier with the great deal and fabulous service we received from Win Lewis at Mercedes Benz of Westminster. They gave us a brand new car for even less than we were paying in previous years. Win really goes the the extra mile to please his customers. They delivered our car to our home and we are very satisfied.
I'm new to the area and was looking to get my car serviced here as this is the closest to my area. I had the worst service experience here. I dropped off my car in the morning around 10 AM, I did not receive any call from the service person on when my car would be ready. I received a message and went to collect the car but their service department was closed at 6 PM but on their website it is mentioned as 7 PM. I had to come back the next day and my assigned service person was not around so I had to deal with a new service agent who would also not reimburse for my Uber rides back home (which the initial service agent had agreed to). They also don't apply the service special prices that they offer if you don't ask for it. I have never been contacted by them again for the reimbursement. Would never go there again.
Amazing Experience, Walked in looking for a surprise for my wife's upcoming b-day, I was greeted by Marty, what an amazing salesman from his customer service to his knowledge of the vehicle - simply outstanding.
I found the AMG I wanted, we test drove it, fell in love. Marty ran the numbers and walked me through the entire process. I was sold. The gift is now in the garage looking pretty for my wife to drive whenever she likes.
Thanks Marty Martinez. I look forward to many more Mercedes in our future.
The entire experience was excellent. They helped me with a serious issue and fixed it promptly. All in one day, which was fantastic since I was traveling to the area from Albuquerque.
Pricing to replace the defroster fan was really high. But the experience there is always excellent, thanks to the people skills and all-around kindness, thoroughness, and humor of Linda Konecny. I look forward to seeing her each time. I know she will take good care of all her customers. That's just the way she is.
I am very happy with the service you provided. I am especially happy with Ms. Linda, my advisor!!! Ms. Linda is prompt and courteous. Ms. Linda has been my advisor since I moved to Colorado and I would like to continue this wonderful professional relationship at your dealership. Thank you Kymberly
A high-class place. Massively expensive cars but you already knew that. The service center saved me money; I went there to have them read codes from the computer and the gal talked me out of it. Her analysis was that since the car was a 'certified' used car, all codes would have been resolved. Thank you Rene.
Let me start by saying that as an avid lover of the Mercedes, It is truly disappointing to encounter such low class service for such a high class brand. I am speaking about James Goza in sales. He is definitely not an asset to the company, as I am sure this is not the first time he has lost a sale due to his profound ability to provide bad costumer service. He is not a person I would have as a front face for my company, in fact I believe a position in the detailing (cleaning) of vehicles would better suit him as he would be providing service to inanimate objects. Such a shame.
Not too long ago I had a terrible experience at Mercedes Benz of Denver and I was just about done with dealers but a good friend of mine told me to give Westminster a try that they would take care of me and treat me well. I am so glad I did because they went above and beyond to take care of my issues without pushing me into buying or getting things I did not need or want. Their technicians are professional and honest. I had a great experience here and even though I live in aurora I will make the hour drive any day just to do business with Mercedes Benz of Westminster instead of going anywhere else
Great dealership! Josh and Dmitri were a pleasure to work with, they ve answered all the questions we had and made sure the vehicle was in outsanding condition. The transaction went very smooth. Will definitely be returning in the future! Highly recommend!
I have come to expect excellent service at the dealership. In this case they did not let me down. My service advisor is very easy to work with. I appreciate the excellent service.
Wow - What an amazing experience! On Friday at 1p I sent an email about a used Mercedes on eBay that Westminster was advertising. After swapping quick emails with Jared the sales manager and Josh Grimm a sales rep, I was told I could actually have a brand new Mercedes for less than the monthly payment of used one.
I was shopping payment and that was all it took to have me make an appointment for the next day. From the minute my wife and I walked into the dealership it was the most pleasant and enjoyable car shopping experience I have had in 44 years of car buying.
Josh is truly amazing. Instantly, I felt like I was getting coached and supported by a friend in getting the exact car I wanted at the price promised. His product knowledge was clearly evident, but what was most impressive was the way he could connect with my unspoken wants. Josh knows people and he doesn't push.
By 3:30 Saturday afternoon I was driving out of the dealership with my dream car....and at the exact price promised the day before. No tricks, nothing hidden. To the penny.
It's clear that Josh and everyone I met is not only passionate about Mercedes, they want to share that enthusiasm and passion. Its infectious. A week later, I'm still grinning ear to ear when I think of my Westminster Experience.
Phil, the service rep, was very helpful and accommodating, thoroughly explaining my repairs and then greatly helped when I had further problems with an unexpected repair due to a damaged wheel caused by a large pothole.
Great service from everyone here! We began working with Shekhar Williams but when I sent him an email letting him know that I was ready to purchase, he was out of the office. Instead of ignoring my email and/or waiting until he was back in the office, he referred me to Marty Martinez who was super helpful and friendly. I did go to one other MB dealership and although they were friendly, the people at Westminster go above and beyond. This dealership was also able to beat their price. I will definitely return and highly recommend.
The gist of this review is that Westminster Benz was totally indifferent in fixing my vehicle in a timely fashion and communicating anything to me. Also, I want people to be aware of the huge expenses in owning a Sprinter.
Let's look at the actual vehicle. (Also, if you want a good additional read on Sprinters, look at Tom Robertson's article on "The Fatal Flaw of Mercedes Benz Sprinters".) The Sprinter is a fine vehicle when it is working. However, not so much when you have mechanical problems and most likely you will. That is when the expenses really add up. It can be a major headache finding a reliable repair shop or any repair shop, and a massive challenge when parts have to be ordered from Germany. I will just say I am on my second Sprinter (I got rid of my first at 163,000 miles due to costly maintenance and bought a second thinking I had bad luck on the first). This one which is at 130,00 miles has recently cost me $6500 in non- routine maintenance the last nine months ( glow plugs, EGR valve, DEF heating element $1800, and locked ignition $2600 etc. . ). I am just at the mileage when things start to go wrong with the DEF system, so, I am not very hopeful. Already looking to sell it as I am basically paying a new car payment in repairs.
Now for the extremely poor Westminster Benz Service. I will say the one thing through this whole episode is that no one seemed to really care about me or my vehicle. As I said I spent $2600 due to a key that would not turn in the ignition. Yes, that is right. Something as simple as the key won't turn in the ignition. I had the Sprinter towed on a flatbed to WB on a Monday. I was originally told they would look at it as soon as it came in on the tow truck. I had to call four hours later just to make sure it had got there. Then no call until Wednesday around noon. Only to tell me that it would be $2900 to fix (at least they got that wrong) and would it be ok if it was ready by that coming Monday. I said "yes" but I need it by Monday for an important trip back East and was told no problem. Get a call Monday saying they have not got the EIS (Engine Ignition Switch ?) from Germany yet. Haven't even been able to locate one. That is one week they have had the vehicle and don't even have the parts to fix it or know where the part is. Not feeling good on this one. Talk to them on Tuesday. It is official, still can't get it and not sure where one even is. Pretty upset by this, and ask them specifically if they can park the vehicle in a spot where I can get at everything inside so I can load it into another vehicle on Wednesday. So, I am forced to rent a Ryder Sprinter ($1200) and go over there to transfer things into the other vehicle. Only to find it surrounded by expensive Benz cars and backed against a tree (remember it can't turn on). I ask to get everything moved so I can get my cargo. After, a fuss they move the cars but say they can't move it from the tree until the service is done. I am forced to be a total ass to get them to move my vehicle forward with a tow strap, so, I can get at everything. So, I do get everything unloaded and am able to do my week long trip back East (which is one tenth of my income). When I get back to town, no communication from WB. Again I am forced to call them numerous times to find out my vehicle status. It was actually done. This being after two weeks of having it for a simple ignition problem. I guess the one silver lining is my ignition didn't lock up in the middle of nowhere when I was driving.
All I can say is be wary of owning a Sprinter and/or using Westminster Benz.
I put in an inquiry and got a phone call from Ben S. He instantly took the reigns and got me exactly what I wanted! I will be seeing him again in a couple years! ::
This is the most accommodating dealership I have ever worked with. The service manager Scott is incredible to work with. The finance team bends over backwards to make the deal happen and my salesman Hadyn is professional and helpful in all regards. Thank you!
The experience dealing with MB Westminster was phenomenal. Shawna Coyle went above and beyond to help my wife and I settle on the right vehicle. Not only did we spend several hours with Shawna test driving several vehicle models, but she and her colleagues stayed after hours on a Saturday to get us settled into our new vehicle. All in all a wonderful experience.
So far this is what happened... would not take an out of state check so I have to drive 1 hour to Boulder and back to wire them money... only 34k or so hahaha. Mean while the Certified pre owned s class was not ready. It needed brakes and tires and I stayed over night to get it in the morning. No money for hotel or meal.
It smelled like great quality deordorizing product. Sure it sucked waiting this long but they made good on the quality of the mechanical stuff in the car so it's fine!
But now after a couple of days it smells like perfume very strong perfume and very bad. It sticks to your cloths and my wife was like what women of I'll repute did you visit... but as I opened the door to the car her thoughts of my disobeaniance disappeared into a waft of perfume smell.
So bad mercades in my home town had to chemical treat the seatbelts. That worked on just the belts but not the rest of the car. Since then I have been wiping it down with a damp rag and the smell will not go away. It is in the headliner and A pilers and Merc in my home town says replace it all or maybe steam clean it.
I explained my problem to MB Westminster and they said there is no way it left there shop like that. I don't wear perfume and nor does my wife.. we have no kids and I'm not a liar.... It was obviously like this no magical fairy came and poo out perfume dust with sparkles in it while it sits in my garage windows down to air out. It is not driveable due to the amount of the smell.
Edit: did not include purchasing sheet in the title pack for DMV. Charged 800 more than approved price when it said no dealer fee. Never ever buy here go to a dealership with real sales people.
Mercedes-Benz Westminster is the best! The guys really tried hard to find exactly the car I wanted, and were extremely patient with all my questions and every time I changed my mind - which was a lot. I highly recommend these guys if you re in the market!
From start to finish this place is a class act. I had shopped around and been to other dealers, and this place is a level above with regards to class, customer service, and inventory. Brian and team went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, and at the end of the day I walked away with the car of my dreams. I will most definitely be returning in the future.
During a cross country road trip, we experienced a problem with our sprinter van. The service coordinators Steve and Burton were extremely helpful working our Sprinter into the shop. The problem was resolved very quickly. This was fantastic service!
Annual inspection and oil change. Everything went well, loaner car was available, clean and ready when I arrived. John in Service was very helpful and helped me move items from personal car to loaner.
After meeting with the manager at Mercedes, they finally listen and hired 3 people to handle the Sprinter side of their business!!! I appreciate the new team members and it has been worth the complaint and wait. Thank you guys for listening and making changes.
The one time I wish I could leave zero stars. First Mercedes vehicle and last. Customer service is horrible. One Mercedes service center in the state which is the norm and they were of no help. Nothing but mechanical problems with less then 40,000 miles on the vehicle. Mercedes refused warranty. No reimbursement when I had to get if fixed locally even so the parts where shipped from Mercedes. Next mechanical problem was a DEF tank heater. Westminster Mercedes estimated the repair at $1,800.00. The original OEM part was actually a Volkswagen part and I had it replaced for $400.00 locally with the OEM part. Mercedes and the dealers are nothing but crooks. Customer service from Dodge, Toyota, Honda, and Subaru is a thousand times better. Traded the Mercedes in last week after owning it for 8 months. Mercedes is a status symbol for people with more money then brains.
David B. and Kandy S. did a great job! Very professional, great communication and overall delivered a very pleasant buying experience. With their help I was able to locate and purchase very unique E63 AMG that truly stands out. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience!!
I have brought my 2015 Navion RV on a Mercedes 3500 sprinter chassis to Mercedes-Benz of Westminister on several occasions. Steve Thompson has been particularity helpful on each visit. He was not only professional, but also caring in that my expectations were met and that I was fully informed of the problems and of the progress of completion of the work being done. This facility also has a customer lounge with free snacks, beverages, and a work station area to make any wait very tolerable. I highly rate this Mercedes dealership and in particular Steve Thiompson of the Sprinter division.
Jeff took care of me from start to finish. He made sure that my C450 AMG was in the best hands and made the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend the staff in the service department including Nathan. You guys are my first choice if I ever need anything. Thanks again!
I don't often leave online reviews but the experience I had with Josh Grimm at Mercedes-Benz Westminster was exceptional and worthy of praise! His knowledge, customer service, and attention to detail made for a perfect sales experience. Josh made the entire car buying process a breeze and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will be recommending Josh to my friends and family and look forward to purchasing my next Mercedes-Benz with Josh and the team at Mercedes-Benz Westminster.
Awful, just awful!! I wanted to trade in my BMW X5 and was treated poorly. They acted like I was a 'stupid woman' from the second I walked in! They acted like I was a bum and treated me terribly. I was in the car shopping mood then changed my mind quickly. Upon parking my car, some guy stormed out of the building and said, "Those cars near you are SOLD, go inside and look at things are are still FOR SALE". As I walked in everyone acted like I was dressed in rags and couldn't afford a Benz... how sad. Sure, I don't have Maybach money but I was wanting an E-Class. One a sales associate finally approached me it went downhill from there. From his high sales pressure to acting like my X5 was a totally Kia I felt embarassed. Needless to say after this train wreck I finally packed up and bought a closeout 2013 X5 and couldn't be happier... how DOES this dealership stay in business?
Efficient with great customer service. Needed work done on a sprinter with a one day turnaround and Burton and Bryan were so accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed by 8am the next day, working late to make it happen. Easy 5 stars. Thank you!
just bot my mercedes c300 4matic from a private party and had a very positive experience at the dealership... the survey matrix... outstanding to truly exceptional seems a bit overstated in that somethng which is truly exceptional may be an occurence similar to that of viewing Haley's comet...
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I know its Mercedes, but for the "A" service on a oil change and tire rotation to cost $315 is outrageous. Audi only charges me $180 for this and that is still expensive, but worth it as Audi's have a strange way of doing oil changes in their cars. BUT the real kicker today was the total price of $334 to install a new $35 brake switch. After it was done (as it had to be), I called a few other shops and they were at a max of $120ish for the same job. You might be the only local dealer, but never forget there are other Mercedes technicians out there who can do the same job and provide the same level of service. I will not be back here for any service on my cars.
Once again Nathan and the whole MB service team hit the ball out of the park with servicing my 2002 sprinter. I was told by other shops that I needed to replace the cylinder head Nathan and his service techs were able to pull off the nearly impossible and save me $2500 on a service that I was putting off for years. Thanks guys!
Great experience! Everyone was responsive and helpful. Good service, good information. Efficient, but friendly too. Found the Smart ForTwo that stole our heart, and we love it.
I purchased my first Mercedes in May of 2011 from Josh Grimm. He is one of the best salesmen I've ever worked with. Very friendly, honest, and just an all around good guy. I never once felt like I was being yanked around or taken advantage of. When I'm ready to purchase my 2nd, it will be from Josh. Rick, the Finance Manager, was very helpful as well and explained a lot of the extra details in a way that anyone could understand. Crystal was great and showed me a lot of cool stuff about my new car before I took it off the lot. I've since been back there several times for routine services, car washes, etc. and I usually work with Linda. She is great! She knows her stuff and she's honest with you, even if what's best for you is getting something done outside of the dealership. I had inquired about a stereo upgrade, and she gave me a lot of great options, including going through Mercedes directly.
If you're in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, make sure you go to Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. Make sure you see Josh or Crystal to buy your car. If you're in need of service, ask for Linda. They'll all treat you with a level of respect that many organizations lack these days.
Dale went above and beyond in helping me with my 4th cracked AMG rim on my 2008 E350. He went out of is way to get me a loaner car even though the crack was unexpected and I had no advance contact to make sure one would be available. My car was picked up within hours of my call. I was able to use a courtesy vehicle for an entire week while research was done to make sure my rim could be fixed correctly. Because it was my fourth cracked rim and I had already paid for two new rims, Dale understood my frustration and went out of his way to stay in constant contact with me. His great attitude and willingness to help made the process so much easier for me. I truly felt like he was very committed to my satisfaction and I was very pleased with my entire experience. This dealership always provides excellent customer service; all of my experiences with them have been demonstrations of their true commitment to excellence.
Walked in with my family ready to buy and we told the girls up front that we'd like to look at some cars. We showed ourselves around for 15 minutes; passing at least 10 different people who didn't acknowledge that we were there, let alone ask if they could help. We literally walked right to the car in the showroom that we wanted to buy, sat in it for 5 minutes... but there was nobody there to sell it to us! Thanks for nothin guys!
Seven service staff members milling around reception counter when I pulled into service bay. One promptly greeted me, looked me up on roster and ushered me to an office. Then I waited 5 minutes for your service tech/rep but he couldn t be found. Still 7 milling about. So, assistant had me sign twice and released me. Please realize, Mercedes, that efficiency is the key. Drop and go.
Came in to learn about cars, options with my trade-in and was ultimately looking for a Toyota or Lexus. Sat down with Alec and he was contacting other dealerships for me to find me the car I thought would suite me best. I joked about getting a merc, but next thing I know I am asking to just test drive one. I was blown away by the car of course and asked if I could look at financing options. Alec made it easy to get me a gorgeous car with the terms that work for me and he definitely went above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and after you say hello to the ladies at the front..turn right and look for Alec!!
Steve In Sprinter service is the best! I ve been taking 3 sprinters there (all 4x4) for years. Steve is always helpful, professional, and everything is always done right and on time. Five stars for sure!
Sales department and all staff are professional and friendly. The actual service on my vehicle has been an extremely frustrating experience. Multiple services with multiple fails. Reported my experience the Mercedes Corporate. No response from the dealership. The last service was left my wife stranded 5 minutes out of the lot. I will not be purchasing or servicing any car at this location in the future.
I had my MB underwent a service B just last wee which cost me $1,089+. In addition to the service I ask them to reinstall the rack slot covers which were knocked off by the most recent hail storm. But the sad thing is, one of the covers got lost because of their carelessness and negligence. Now, they are asking me to buy a new set of rails to fix things At $330 plus painting). Of course I declined, all I wanted for them is get me back that one single piece of cover. Service should exercise due diligence to satisfy me and for MB to live up to its excellent service.
Top notch Sprinter maintenance and repair facility. They can handle chassis with RV bodies. Premiere service at a price that isn't sky high.
My only criticism is that when they changed Sprinter service from a concierge model to a fleet model, they lost the personal touch I appreciated so much. I understand that most Sprinters ARE fleet vehicles but I think those of us who own Sprinter-based RVs would appreciate the continuity of the concierge approach.
Adam Wells, Service Advisor, is the man to get the job done. He provides incredible customer experience and expertise. MB of Westminster is the only place to buy your Benz.
Excellent, from start to finish. Our Salesman, Josh Vario was flawless. No pressure, utmost respect and kindness. He spent 2 hours explaining the features on the cars we saw, without asking for any commitment or sales contract.
When it came time for the sale there was zero pressure to "close the deal"
He got us the aggressive pricing we wanted and the service was impeccable.
When it comes to buying a new or pre-owned car, definitely look up Josh.
We went to this dealership and we were treated with highly professionalism and care by Shekhar. Well guided and very clear with all the options of needs through our financial services by KB. Thank you for such great service! I love my 1st Mercedes Benz!! Jesus L.
My experience with their service department has been hit or miss in the recent days. They are short staffed with fewer shuttles and even fewer drivers and are mostly unable to take calls when you call them first time.So you end calling at-least 3 times before you can talk to your service advisor. My experience 3 years ago was very positive but now i can't say the same.Needs improvement to help customer experience.
A really amazing experience in buying my first car. I worked with Alec who was super helpful, informative, and helped me track down the car I have always wanted! Thank you so much for the hassle-free experience!
Took my ML350 for service and to change tires (which were cheaper than at tire rack) I received 1st class customer service by Linda Konecny. Also I needed a hood vent which is not a common item to keep in inventory and they had it. Very impressed overall.
Bad customer service when it comes to just changing oil . They don t like to do it so they come with Many excuses to turn you down, today I had the bad sad face and experience I ever seen from any Mecanic or dealership maintenance service...
Just had an amazing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. Dropped of my vehicle for it's routine B service. I had a broken taillight and asked if they could take a look at it. They performed the service, swapped out the taillight and got me on my way. Corey Peters and the team in Westminster are excellent. I highly recommend.
I took my vehicle there for an oil change and they suggest a transmission flush so I agreed to it then they called me told me while my vehicle was on the rack it broke down. I had to pay $1400 to get it out of there they would not give me the car until I paid that money. they completely ripped me off the owner is a jerk so is the service advisor.
After just traveling across the country to relocate for a new job, my ML 350 had stopped on the side of the road and I was towed to the MB of Westminster. I was very upset because I loved my ML and she had broken. Once I arrived at the MB of Westminster, I was greeted by a very friendly staff and they were very sympathetic about my pain... :-). Linda kept me abreast on the status of my car and while I was awaiting repairs and confirmation from the extended warranty company, I was given a very nice E350 to use.
After finding out the repairs needed, I decided to look at a newer vehicle; a GLK 350. I met with Crystal and she was truly a delight to work with. She managed to help me make a decision on the GLK and to let go of my ML (sob...sob). The process went very smoothly and I was given a great deal on my 2012. Rick was just as fantastic when we went over the final paperwork (even if I am a Redskins Fan...lol). I cannot say enough about the people at the MB of Westminster. They do truly make you feel like family and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with them.
This Mercedes-Benz dealership deceived us on a 2018 glc300, we've noticed after a couple of weeks that when you hit potholes the vehicle would vibrate, skip or hop and they would not work with us on on returning this vehicle back to them and making some kind of a deal. We traded it in for a BMW and took a $10,000 loss. The 2020 GLC 300 will surely have the same problems stay away from this vehicle and probably stay away from this dealership. Check out the online posts regarding the ride of this vehicle. You have been warned.
We have used teh service department of Mercedes of Westminster for a number of years. The service has always been superb. Nathan Barkin has taken great care of our car - and of us. We truly appreciate thier great service.
Called in and confirmed they had my 2017 Metris windshield wiper blades. Showed up 30 minutes later, they charged my credit card over $70 for a single set of blades and then couldn't find any on the shelf. Had to void my transaction and then with a smile and zero remorse said, "It happens. Have a nice day!"
Frustrated that Mercedes makes it impossible for general auto parts stores to carry their blades and then they don't keep enough in stock to service their customers. This isn't my first bad experience with this location. Of 4 visits only the first met my expectations which was the day I bought the vehicle - I've disappointed ever since. Never again...
Impeccable service. Was able to book a non-urgent service on the same week's Saturday, took the car in and within a couple of hours they had fixed the problems. They did it all under warranty and the bottom line was $0.00. They even fixed a problem they could not reproduce based on my report and a video I had recorded.
They keep you up-to-date very well with texts and calls. You know exactly what's going on.
We purchased a car from Jason on Saturday and was blown away with the service and caring everything was handled. Jason rolled the red carpet outstanding dealer!!! Definitely recommend
I had a very pleasant visit at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster, they did a great job on my vehicle service, and went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks guy, Juan Garcia
These guys like to keep my car for two whole days. I assume to joyride around town, cause the entire inside and outside of the vehicle is 10x nastier than when I dropped it off. Gunk in the wheels, weird stains. I swear, most of the nicks on my car are from when I bring it to service. I think I'll trade my car in just to keep from seeing them again.
Tracy was excellent. I was crunched for time and loaner car was there on time. She called with estimate of charges and time car would be ready. Like the rewards program. Very positive experience.
Excellent people. Greg Weiler and his team took care of me with a used Land Rover after my old Range Rover failed with 225,000 miles! The team were fair, polite and understanding of my situation. A great buying experience at a professional dealership. Highly recommend.
We had been shopping for a new car and had narrowed it down to a C300 4Matic Mercedes and a competing car from the same category. I had only been in contact with the dealerships via email (and until we were getting closer to a decision, kind of keeping them at arm's distance).
The competing model has a dealership that is very close to us in Northern Colorado, while MB of Westminster is 45-60 minutes away. Hayley Krushe was the sales person I was in contact with at MB of W, and she let me know about their complimentary pickup/delivery service to customers in NoCo and that evened the playing field.
We made an appointment to look at the cars on the lot, and Hayley was extremely accommodating with our schedule. She asked about everything we were looking for to try to have some suggestions available to us when we got there. Hayley was very professional without being pushy or gimmicky. It just felt like we were talking to a friend. After a test drive, we discussed the numbers a bit.
We ended up getting a great deal without a lot of the stereotypical 'haggle' that you might expect. We are part of USAA, so that helped, and we ended up driving the car home. I am thrilled with both the car and the buying experience from MB of Westminster. I also felt like Hayley Krushe and Jeff McDowell (Finance) were positively terrific. I highly recommend the team!
Beware if you want to have your MB serviced you will be there for many many hours. Even the free-coffee and all you can eat junk food does not make up the the time you'll be wasting waiting on your vehicle. I arrived at noon today and at 4:30 I inquired about my vehicle. It had been sitting there for who knows how long. When I requested to go over some of the many features I was met with an inpatient service person that spent about 4 minutes going over the features. This was the worst possible service.
