Bought new here in 2017, and had a few recalls resolved, but discovered my tires were wearing oddly (needed replacement at 13K). When I complained, I was immediately told the factory alignment settings were wrong, and to come in for a free alignment. When I did, they also gave me an estimate to replace all four tires at $1000. I took offense to that, and asked them to comp two of them to be "fair", and I would pay for the other two.. After that, I told them the alignment still didn't seem to be correct, so they did it again. At my next service, I mentioned it still did not seem right, but they would not comp another alignment, and assured me that "if it doesn't pull it's fine" (It never has pulled, but when I sight my laser along the edge of each tire, the toe appears WAY out. Now, (9K mi later) two of my tires are bald on one edge again - same as last time!
I checked the MB owners forum to discover 203 postings of the same issue on this year & model. The postings claim that the MB alignment specs are to blame, and that some dealers use modified specs to resolve it, however, this dealer is apparently unable or unwilling, to correctly adjust the alignment so that I can get acceptable wear from my tires :-(
5/30/19: It's been SIX days since I called per the "canned" invitation in the owner's response (Kevin Steward), but any complaints to that phone number will only get you voicemail, and your calls (like mine) will NEVER be returned! It's also futile to email them - NO response since the early May 2019. I did reach the service manager; he said I should contact the US Mercedes headquarters about my alignment problems! I'm left with few options since I'm being blatantly stonewalled. I suppose small claims court is my next move, where I will prove that this dealer acknowledged that they "have chronic problems with alignments on my model" and as a result, my tires prematurely require replacement EVERY year!
My wife and I really enjoyed and appreciated our car buying experience at Mercedes- Benz of Westminster. From the moment we walked through the front door the entire team was courteous and caring. They were attentive to our needs and desires without begin pushy. Our salesman Matt was patient and only looked to show us cars that we were interested in. Shopping for a car can be a strenuous event but our experience at this dealership was extremely pleasant.
I recently had my ML 350 serviced at the Westminster location. One of the serviced items was to replace my brakes. Everything went as planned. About 2 weeks later I could hear grinding in one of my brakes and proceeded to contact Mercedes and let them know. They scheduled me the next day to have a technician take a look to see what he could identify. I delivered my car to them at 7:30 am and elected to have their courtesy shuttle get me to work. They contacted me later that morning to let me know they could not duplicate and get the same grind as I heard. The problem must have dislodged itself when they examined the brakes. I had requested the shuttle pick me up around 3:30 to get me back to Mercedes, where we proceeded to try to duplicate the grind I had been experiencing. I was not able to duplicate. The services they provided me with were outstanding. The promptness in the evaluation of the problem, transportation to and from work, and the ability to drive away from Mercedes knowing that what ever made the grinding sound, is no longer present just reaffirms my loyalty to Mercedes of Westminster and their service department.

I am in LOVE with Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. I take my Smart car in for service there. The staff is wonderful, kind, and helpful. I used the complementary shuttle to get to work while my car was being examined, and Jimmy was such a wonderful driver and really fun to talk to. When I got back, the smart mechanic took the time to show me what was going on with my car and explain the work that needed to be done. Cory, my case manager, was exceptional and really helped me understand the entire process and all the charges on my bill. I was impressed with their professionalism every step of the way. The entire team went above and beyond. I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else.
We bring my 80s mom's car there for superb service, a 2018 C300. She deserves it, btw. :)

The overall experience was excellent. I have always found the staff to be courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable of their products. The reason for not giving five stars is the fact that the new car, 2015, was missing the second key and the owner s manual. This was not the fault of the dealer but rather their distributor.

Called to ask for pricing for a set of new tires, salesman acted beyond entitled and rude. I ll drive to the Denver dealership from now on. No need to act like that.
They are the only game in town, and know it and act like if you drive a Smart rather than a Mercedes you apparently aren't worth their time even when you schedule an appointment and drive 50 miles to keep it.
To say that they were arrogant and condescending would be being nice about it. I will NEVER set foot in there again. My time is just as valuable as they believe their cars are and because I choose to keep my carbon footprint as small as possible is not a reason to waste my time.
We got the car back last week, it took them over a day to halfway replace the broken parts. The stereo system was stolen and the dash torn apart, I'm paying them to put it back they way it was not to do a substandard job of replacing the broken parts.
Over the past 40 years, I have purchased over 2 dozen vehicles. Of all the dealerships I've worked with, MBW is BY FAR the best dealership I've ever purchased from. Katie, Jared, Jeff, Linda, Eddie, and the entire MBW staff have gone above and beyond any sales person or brand management that I have dealt with. I have never felt pressured, they are always friendly and helpful, and they feel more like dear friends than a vendor after my money. I would (and have) recommended this dealership to anyone. It would be worth it to drive hours to use them over anyone else, even close by. Hat's off to you MBW! I commend you.

My experience is always great here. My service advisor was Jeff and he knows anything and everything about Mercedes. My car always comes back to me in great condition with a nice wash! I m giving this dealer 4 stars only because every time I ask for a loaner they are never available. They are always out which is such an inconvenience when they are doing a service on my car for 6-7 hours or a couple days.
They are just the people you can deal with, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.

At Westminster Mercedes-Benz they do an excellent job. The customer service is outstanding and you don t just feel like it but you really walk away knowing that they go out of their way to look out for you. I don t live in the Denver area, but regardless I arrange to have all my work done up here when I am traveling for business. Nathan is great he knows his stuff and will take care of you.

Was sold a 2014 car just under 11k miles and some hours desperately needed breaks already and was still sold I would think if someone is shelling out for a car from a reputable dealer the car should be up to standards with that dealer other wise why go to them I could get same car cheaper with same problems from other places thought I was paying for quality guys not

They are OK - Parts dept needs a vin # regardless of part which is insulting to their clients intelligence. It is simple data gathering for their interests and at the inconvenience of their potential customers.

This is my third Mercedes in a row. I am very pleased with the car and especially with the Mercedes Benz of Westminster Dealership staff who work hard at making the purchase and user experience a real joy. I feel truly welcome at the dealership whenever I am there for either service or looking to test drive and/or purchase a vehicle.
We've dealt with this dealership since 2009 when we purchased a year old 2008 ML550, which we recently replaced with a used 2014 ML550. Both cars had low mileage and were an excellent value. The sales department is very knowledgeable and makes purchasing a car a pleasurable experience as opposed to the usual "hassle" at most car dealers. We've received excellent service. Our service advisor is Linda Konecny and she is just awesome. The waiting room is large and comfortable and stocked with treats, including those delicious miniature bundt cakes:) They go the extra mile - they've delivered cars to us several times all the way to Breckenridge CO. I'd rate this as one of the top dealerships I've dealt with. The other one was Rasmussen BMW in Portland OR. They were recognized as a BMW Center of Excellence. If Mercedes had such a rating. Westminster Mercedes would receive it.
I will give a rating 1 because,Our rental vehicle breakdown they fix it for $4000.For a major repair like that they suppose to give a loaner vehicle.they didn't provide that,we force to rent a van from enterprise.they don't even give credit for the rental.And also they offer free delivery of the vehicle to our location before the work start.but they change their mind after they finish the work.there price looks to me 15% more than other dealers.
I had a service appointment at 8 am at commercial vehicle service and was received promptly and put i line for diagnose of the engine light on issue of our 2017 Sprinter Van with 4000 mi. After waiting 3 hours for the cause I had to contact the customer care to find out what was going on..
As the correction of the issue took another 2 hours and covered by warranty, I was surprised Mercedes didn't recycle at this location.. Hope to see a more environmental attitude and a loaner vehicle for personal customers even if I have a commercial vehicle.

Got my sprinter a few years ago the sales team was great and assured me that I could get my car washed there. Came 2.11.19 for my sprinter Van wash. Which I have done maybe 3 times in the past. Burton Tulttle greater me, I told me that they do not do sprinter car washes, also started mumbling and telling me how cold it was for a car wash. I understand these guys are busy, but I do not understand why he lied. Silly me, I even wanted to buy another sprinter van from them.

This dealership is worthless, you would expect a brand of this caliber like Mercedes Benz to have the best of the best working there but it's the complete opposite, everytime I'm up there it's a head ache and I have to pull strings and beg to get any help at all. But this transaction takes the cake, I pulled up to pick up my vehicle after having some work done, I made numerous phone calls to make sure everything was set when I arrived because their service department closed at 4. upon arrival at 4:20 it took more than an hour to get a hold of someone to help me I had to speak to a total of 5 different people that approached me because every one else was to busy on their phones to help. They gave me the run around until I finally spoke to Greg weiler, After over an hour of waiting Greg approaches me laughing in my face saying "we couldn't find you check" when I clearly specified on the phone and in person that I had the check on me, this entire thing was a big joke to him. At this point I was beyond frustrated and when I expressed that to this gentlemen all he could respond with was "well we're gonna have to ask you not to come here any more" then he had the audacity to tell me "try out another one of Mercedes 3 locations" he was absolutely no help, he was rude and I felt belittled by a used car salesmen. He is not a people person and his customer service skills are lacking to say the least. I'd advise potential buyers to look else where if you are considering buying a car. They are real nice to you when it's time to sell a car but once that is over with they push you to the side if you aren't "Socially Acceptable" or a "Regular" Scott Casselman Is the only helpful person there that cares about his business. Terrible place of business and I'm not the only one to have bad experiences. I don't recommend this dealership BE AWARE
Love that they treat me with respect and take care of my C400 without trying to sell me things my car doesn't need. I like they communicate over texts so I'm not getting bothered at work with phone calls. I've had a really good experience with the service center and will keep taking my car back when it needs work.
Very accomadating parts personnel. Brought in fuel pumps bought from an online Merc. dealer and personel helped to explain how the revised fuel pumps should be installed.

We have 4 sprinters that we drive from Glenwood Springs and get serviced through Steve Thompson. Steve has always followed through with all our service calls and with airbag recalls. His communication is point on. Very pleased with his professionalism.

Moved here from Virginia. This dealer is nearby and works for me. If you have a Mercedes it's not going to be cheap. That said, Steve was great from first phone contact to end of my Sprinter's service. They seemed thorough. I waited in pleasant lobby and it took awhile but reasonable. Positive as expected!

Our experiences with MB Westminster has always been very positive. Our sales represenative, Katie is very knowledgeable, outgoing and extremely plesant to do business with. We have never experienced any pressure to buy nor has Katie ever tried to oversell. Never felt rushed to make a decision. She seems to know intuitively the best fit for us.
The only non-positve thing about t h e experience is that it takes soooooo long once you decide on your purchase to get the paperwork done. MB Westminser is no worse than any other dealer in this catagory, Just seems to be the norm.

I always get exceptional service at this dealership. Linda K is my service rep and she is awesome. I usually contact her directly when I have questions or need to schedule service. She makes certain that I only get the work done that is needed. Being able to get a loaner car is a nice perk, especially if my car needs to stay in the shop for a few days or even just 8 hours.

I have a Winnebago ERA on the Mercedes Sprinter frame. I made an appointment for my annual service for 6/28 and dropped it off the day before. I asked Seth if they would give it a wash when they were done and he said sure. He said as I was paying almost $1000 for the service, he would find some tire black for it too.
I received a text about midday saying that the vehicle was done so I paid the bill online and then dropped by after work to pick it up. When they brought it around to customer parking I could see that it had not been washed. The guy said he could have it washed in 15 minutes but I was in a hurry and there is no way to wash that vehicle in 15 minutes. So, I told them I would pick it up the next day after work.
When I arrived the next day the vehicle was parked in the customer parking area and it had still not been washed (just look at the chrome strips in the pictures I took when I got it home). I think the guy was mad because I didn't just take it and so he just parked it in customer parking for the night. They never did wash it. I am concerned about taking my vehicle back to this dealership again as who knows what else they said they would do and then didn't do?
What a nice and professional group. My wife needed a new vehicle and decided on a Mercedes. Ben took the time to help find the right model to fit her and locate one through their network of dealerships. Several weeks later her vehicle arrived and they spent the time going over all the features. They even helped sync her phone to the vehicle and setup the app for it. Thank you!
My experience with the purchase of my 2015 C300 was a very good one. From the staff at the entrance, to my sales representative, Jim Plank, to the financing department and finally to my introduction to the ins and outs of my car, all was done professionally, personably and thoroughly. Dmitri was an excellent representative for Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. We bought an electric Smartcar and Dmitri was with us every step of the way; from our first contact to the final step of handing over the keys. He was very professional.
Overall I was disappointed and didn't even leave with all of the work I needed to get done when I brought my car in to be serviced. Maybe I expected too much? But as a Mercedes dealership I thought they would have a very high level of customer service - but overall fell flat for me.
My experience was OK. I moved to CO recently from NY and this was my first time to a Mercedes service center in CO. First thing, i scheduled my visit around 1 week in advance and they told me they had no rentals to lend out to me (that had never happened in NY but fortunately i have a work truck so I said it was alright). Service and Staff were informative and friendly and quick (per usual with MB). Service went well but pricing for replacement parts were very high. When I received my car after the service, my car was dirty and did not receive a detailing or a wash (something i thought was mandatory after a service, always detailed and washed after service in NY). So overall it was fine but definitely sub-par for Mercedes being a high-end company and being known for their industry standards of excellence.
Getting auto work done never seems to be a fun or enjoyable process but somehow, Steve Thompson makes it so! His personalized and professional approach takes the worry and sting out of car care! And, it helps that he is super efficient and the work is performed well. Big thumbs up for Steve Thompson!

Steve and the crew over at Mercedes Sprinter Westminster really took care of us when we were having an issue with our Sprinter right before a big driving trip. There was an issue occurring that was hard to duplicate at the dealership, but they were able to fix the problem due to their knowledge and familiarity with the vehicle. Definitely would recommend reaching out to Steve and the team at MB Westminster if you need service done on your Sprinter!
Angels come in all sizes & shapes with many skills to solve the dilemmas we run into. One (Steve Thompson) of my two angels appeared on Friday June 21, 2019 around 5pm. He answered my phone call, listened patiently to my problem (very limited power when going up hills) & told me to come in tomorrow & he d try to squeeze me in. How magnificent that the Sprinter shop does service on Saturday! Since I was traveling thru & on my way back east, he heard the desperation in my voice. There was no guarantee that I would be able to be seen but it was worth a visit. I arrive at 8am & his tech (Tyler) was indeed able to get me in on Saturday afternoon. The RV is on a Sprinter Chase & has 230,500 miles on it. It needed a resonator & a special hose. Joy of joy - they had the parts. During the hours I spent in their elegant lounge, Steve popped his head in to give me progress reports! How terrific to know that someone else besides me was thinking about the situation & staying on top of it. I m extremely pleased with the entire operation and very impressed with the thoughtful of these two guys ~ highly recommend this dealership. Lucky me that Steve was on duty & answered my call.
