Unfortunately our experience at Westminster Merced...

Unfortunately our experience at Westminster Mercedes was the worst experience we've ever had getting a vehicle serviced. We made an appointment and our family drove a couple hours from Leadville to have some routine maintenance done to our 2016 Sprinter Van. After waiting for 4.5 hours Robert finally comes out with a proposed work list that included $7,938 in repairs. This was our first service with this vehicle and we were shocked. A big part of this ($3,593.50) was due to the DPF system that he said needed replaced. There was also $1,123.50 for a new water pump. Then there were smaller things like $77 for wiper blades. He also felt it was a good time add things in like a fuel system flush ($324.50) and p/s flush ($244.50) and the most expensive transmission service ($608) that I've ever seen. All of this was due to the fact that it's "good to do and we don't know when it was done last". I then explained how we had purchased an extended warranty, through another Mercedes dealer, that it might cover the water pump. He basically groaned and said that company was difficult to deal with, that he would likely spend hours on hold, that they probably wouldn't cover much but he would try. Awesome. I was there with my wife and two kids and we felt stuck so we agreed to the service. We took an Uber to rent a car rental place (your shuttle was no longer driving despite it being within business hours) and got a hotel room for the night, another $120. That night I called another dealer in Denver. I was surprised but very grateful that they answered the phone. I explained the situation and he said they could probably do a better price and to bring it to him. I called and left a message with your dealership at 7pm to cancel the service. I also called again the next morning when you opened at 7:30am to confirm that we were cancelling the service. They said fine and that I could pick the car up in 1-2 hours. I arrived at 9:30am and the car wasn't ready. My wife, two kids and I proceeded to sit in the lobby for another two hours until the car was finally ready at 11:30. I then paid $1,271.76 for a B service. In parting I asked Robert if they tried manually regenerating the DPF system, if it could be salvaged. He said they had tried multiple times and it wouldn't work and that's why it took so long for the service. The only option was to replace it. I then drove the van over to the independent shop in Denver. Within two hours they had done the diagnostics and determined that the entire issue was related to a CDI & SCR software problem that was creating a low voltage issue. This created a malfunction in the position sensor of the exhaust and also communication with the alternator. The output for the circulation pump was also not switching on. In other words they concluded that Westminster Mercedes diagnosis was COMPLETELY incorrect! In the end they replaced the water pump, regenerated the DPF, updated the software for the CDI & SCR systems and welded the small crack on the exhaust pipe. All of this was done for $1,306! The van now drives perfectly. I wasted a day and a half at your dealership and nearly spent $5,500 for no reason. Partly because your prices are high and partly because your diagnosis was incorrect. I also spent a few hundred dollars on a hotel room and rental car and took an extra day of work. In the end I'm glad we found a reliable mechanic to work on our vehicle and we most certainly will never return to Westminster Mercedes or recommend it to anyone. Our experience was absolutely horrible.
**UPDATE**
I received the response below from the "Manager" and called the number listed. It went to an office at the dealership that had absolutely no idea who the "Manager" was and why they would have left that phone number. I was told there are lots of managers there. Not surprising given our overall experience. I can only assume the response is just a PR exercise and not any real attempt to make things right.

Prices 50 percent higher than any dealer we ve been to and follow through customer service is lacking. The building is beautiful, bathrooms clean, waiting room filled with goodies (though none for healthy eating) but nobody informed us our van was ready after waiting twice as long as quote. Then, told us to wait by front door for van and we waited while van got driven to grassy knoll. As we walked over the driver said we have our procedures . Uh, huh. Would be great if customers were informed of them in a timely and precise manner.

The check engine light on my Roadtrek came on when I was on a road trip near Denver. Mercedes Benz of Westminster got me in the next morning and made me a dedicated fan with their outstanding service. Steve Thompson was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure I was comfortably situated in the waiting room, briefed me on local coffe shops and breakfast places, and kept me updated on the vehicle. The waiting room was immaculate and well stocked with food and beverages. There were desks with plug -ins, so I could actually do work while I was waiting! And it turns out the repair was a warranty item, so it all came at the right price! I will make an effort to get back over to them for further service work.

MB of Westminster, CO was super to deal with. I feel like I got a great price on the car as well as on my trade in. There was no haggling on price. I felt both transactions were fair. I will recommend them to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle! Ask for Hadyn Roberts. I will work with him again!

We purchased a Mercedes somewhere else but we took it here to get serviced. We made an appointment online for the "complementary" service which I ended up paying almost $300 for. But what really makes me mad was that after I took it here I had a mysterious power steering leak. We ended up taking it back to the dealership we bought it from and they referred us to a honest service place. Turns out the radiator was tampered with as well. I will never take my vehicle back to these liers and cheats. I will tell everyone how dishonest these people are.

After a bad experience with my first car and nearl...

After a bad experience with my first car and nearly 3 decades of subsequent care ownership, my motto has been to sell my cars before the warranty period is expired. That is, until we bought our Mercedes GL 450 in July 2013. After all, the Mercedes brand is distinguished for its quality and service, and the Westminster dealer was rated among the top in the country when we bought the car from a superb sales person who has since left the dealer, alas.

In the interim, the dealer has generally been accommodating, considering we live in the mountains. They offer to pickup and deliver cars, a service we used once. As responsible owners, we have driven and maintained the car in accordance with Mercedes standards, and have generally been satisfied with its performance. But with 55k miles on the car and the 4-year warranty expired, we were starting to think -- and had even contacted a Westminster salesman -- about selling our 4 1/2 year old Mercedes and buying a new Mercedes.

However, our recent experience with our Mercedes and with this dealer in particular is so damning, I can't see ever owning a Mercedes again, and I'm eager to dump the one we have.

As many reviewers have complained, the check engine light is an enigma. Ours has gone on and off over the years, requiring us to bring the car in to Westminster for evaluation, from four hours deep in mountains. Though an inconvenience to bring the car in, every time prior, it was an easy to resolve matter....until yesterday when we were told that their computer shows the source of the engine light is a faulty turbo, whose replacement -- not under warranty anymore! -- costs $6500 and will require a week of service!

It's as if there's a designed obsolescence plot at play here, like Apple, who is contending with allegations that they conspired to make their older iPhone batteries go bad after software updates. We're not even sure we can trust the Westminster service people since the engine light actually turned off prior to getting our car into to the service department.

Now that we're in this difficult situation, with a car that needs expensive, unwarranted repairs prior to driving it, we were told by the Westminster salesman -- whose eagerness and accommodation pales in comparison to the original Westminster salesperson we worked with -- that the trade-in value of our car is shockingly low, and we can't get a call back from the General Manager at the dealer, Kevin Stuart.

The bottom line is that though we thought we were buying a car that was far superior in quality to any we'd owned before, we find the opposite is true. For the first time in my car owning experience, not only do I have to invest an enormous amount before I can sell the car, the disclosures related to the car will hamper my ability to sell it at a reasonable value.

I'm posting this here, and intend to shine a light on our situation elsewhere, including nationally, so other unsuspecting, trusting Mercedes customers know our story. Caveat Emptor -- buyer beware!

UPDATE ON FEB 15:
It is important to update this review since we did get a call from the General Manager of the dealer, Kevin Steward, who helped resolve the matter of the turbo repair. He acknowledged it was extraordinary to have that serious repair problem with only 55k miles on the car, and got Mercedes to pay for the part, cutting our repair bill in half.

He also encouraged us that he wants to keep us as customers and will work with us in finding a new car to lease or buy. This follow-up on a new car has been less impressive, surprisingly. But I hope to update with good news.

Meanwhile, they have loaned us a car like ours while ours is getting repaired, saving us from having to rent a car.

Burton from the service department is AMAZING. He seriously saved my trip (and me) from falling apart. I'm from California and drove out to South Dakota and he walked me through all my issues over the phone and gave me excellent advice. I had to call him back multiple times and he was so friendly and helpful. Such a great guy. Thank you again, Burton. Forever grateful!

As a first time car buyer I could not have had a better experience. Kandy Silva was outstanding; extremely down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and very business orientated. Everyone always hears some car buying horror stories, but, Kandy and the MB Westminster staff assured that my first time buying a car was memorable.

From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt like I found a piece of heaven! Every person I talked with is super nice. I was treated like a human with dignity and respect. The buying of the car was done on my time line and there was no pressure to buy a car quickly and immediately. Brian was super helpful in assisting me in finding a payment plan that works best for me and gets me in a car that I like. I love my new smart car!

Was looking to trade in my two seasonal vehicles (...

Was looking to trade in my two seasonal vehicles (Jeep and Porsche) for one year round vehicle. I found a nice 2016 S550 4Matic. Hayden was our sales person and spent the time showing us a few different vehicles before we got to the s550. I was instantly in love! Hayden did a great job of reviewing a lot of the functionality and technology and we took it out for a test drive. We ended up making the trades and purchasing this vehicle and am very happy with Hayden, KB and others for staying a bit late to close out the sale. The only reason I ve dropped it a star is I asked if it had all season tires on it and was told yes only to find out it has PZero Pirelli Summer tires, so had to drop another 1k on some all seasons at Discount tires. Overall really good experience.

Update: Had my first service for fabric and paint protection today. I must say I received exceptional service and attention from JD, Joshua, and Nathan! I truly felt they cared about me and my vehicle. I will definitely be back for future services and hope they continue with the same level in the future. Bravo guys!

I was waiting for an online survey to arrive, but one never did. The customer service at the Westminster Mercedes-Benz is astounding!

I arrived there unannounced on 6/7/19, less than an hour before closing. I was having an issue with the door to the gas cap being stuck in the locked position. I couldn t get it open and I was almost out of fuel.

I drove into the service area, rolled down my window, quickly explained my issue, I was greeted by Ernesto Diaz, who said he will take care of the issue, he even had the part in stock! I was taken to the waiting area, very clean, plenty of snacks, WiFi, TV etc. My very positive experience was less than 1/2 hour from drive up to fixed fuel door.

I recently purchased my vehicle within the previous two weeks from another Mercedes dealer, whom I will never do business with again, because it appears all they wanted was the sale and didn t care to take care of me afterwards, let alone my current issue.

I asked Ernesto if I could have my vehicle serviced there instead of the dealership I purchased from. He replied yes I explained my frustration with the other dealership and wished I would have purchased my car from Westminster Mercedes-Benz. I thanked Ernesto for taking care of me and told him I would purchase my next car through Westminster Mercedes-Benz. Thank you!

I did what no man nor woman should do on a busy day with weather expected the next day... lol... I walked in and tried to get my Benz an oil change.... They explained that they had a full house and If they could squeeze me in if they could. Luckily I have patience and honestly I was surprised they were able to do a full inspection and oil change.... it took 2 hrs, but no complaints from me as I was a walk in and should have called ahead of time. I will for sure be back.... oh and check out the new rides in the lobby. Jaw dropping AMG. With love

We recently purchased a C300 and a ML350 from Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. Everyone we interacted with at Westminster was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We'd like to specifically recognize our salesman, Jeff McDowell who cheerfully addressed all our concerns and follow-up issues, with a no-pressure, happy- to-help demeanor. He is the reason we returned to Westminster for these purchases. Special kudos also go out to Barbara Mariner for ensuring we understood our vehicles' features and her offer to assist us at any time in the future. We look forward to returning to Mercedes-Benz of Westminster for our next car purchase.

Called about warranty service, I was transferred to service, I then explained how we were covered under warranty. I was sent back into the main menu an started over again. I called twice and gave them what they wanted, I gave up, my time is worth more. I'd rather pay out of pocket and use one of the many highly yelp rated Mercedes independent shops across Denver. But I will ensure my voice is heard across many avenues with many personas. You shouldn't cold drop transfer your customers, you're not an overseas call center.

I got a sprinter from MBW and while the service has been sometimes less than stellar, sometimes exceptional, it's always been expensive. Part of the deal when I purchased was a free loaner car when it's in for service. MBW decided to no longer honor that deal for sprinter owners. No explanation, just, "yeah, we don't do that anymore". Anyone that does business like that won't get my business in the future.

I recently purchased an ML550 through Ryan Vanyi at MB Westminster via internet. Ryan went out of his way to be very timely and responsive. He made a video of the car, conditions, and features while also pointing out a small wheel blemish (which he immediately had repaired). He followed the entire process through very diligently and professionally and then arranged for transport. He was without doubt the best sales person I've ever bought a car through and that made the dealership for me.

We visited MB Westminster to view Sprinters last weekend, and ended up driving home in one. We had planned on buying a Sprinter eventually, but Jim Plank's passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and his in-depth knowledge of both Mercedes and the Sprinter line convinced us. Also, 4x4 Sprinters are like hen's teeth! Jim's gentle sales skills were complemented by KB Yazdanfar's assistance on the financing side.
Additionally, the WB Westminster facility is great, to the point that we look forward to bringing our Sprinter back for service.

Back in November we bought a brand new sprinter fo...

Back in November we bought a brand new sprinter for our hotel up in Vail. Unfortunately, at the end of January, a bell staff member drove it under an overhang that was too low and damage the A/C unit on the roof.

So since we had just purchased the vehicle, I took it to the dealership for repairs. I dropped the vehicle off on Monday January 30th.

I met with a service rep and I let him know I had two requests. One was to try and do this as quickly as possible since we are getting into a busy time of year. My other request was about billing, I asked if we could be invoiced for the repair when I pick it up. To both of these I got the response "oh absolutely, no problem." We discussed a tentative date of Friday the 3rd for pickup since the parts would take a few days to arrive.

True to his word, the rep called me that afternoon (Jan 30th) with a quote. It was a bit high, around 5k for parts and another 1-2k for labor, but close enough to what I had been informed that I went ahead and ok'd the parts order

I get a call on Feb 2 that the parts had arrived, but apparently there is body damage to the roof of the vehicle that needs to be repaired before they can install the new A/C unit. I was a bit upset because while we were waiting for parts for the last 4 days we could have sent the vehicle to the body shop and had that taken care of so it was ready to go when the parts arrived. The rep agreed with me, and said he was sorry, it should have been inspected earlier. He also informed me that the body work would be in addition to the estimate he provided me. I am a bit annoyed at all this, since I had already spoken with my area manager about the price of the damage and estimated date of return, both of which this threw off and I have to explain. Now it probably wouldn't be ready until the 10th and would be more money.

On the 7th (many days and phone calls later) I receive a quote from the body shop. The quote is for 8,000 additional dollars, and includes over 2,000 in painting alone. So I call the body shop person and ask why the quote is so high. He informs me: "That is our standard quote to replace the roof of the sprinter, we haven't looked at it yet, but for A/C damage we usually just replace the entire roof." I am a bit floored by this, we are paying this out of pocket not with insurance, so another 8k on top of the 7k already paid puts this way to high and I was not expecting this at all. I inform the body shop that all I want to do is patch and repair any holes, and repair the roof to whatever condition Mercedes-Benz Westminster needs it in to install the new A/C. They say they will get me a revised quote.

I receive a new quote Monday the 13th (6 more days). The revised quote is for 600$. I authorize this and get the ball moving. The rep calls me and now I can pick the vehicle up on the 16th, so I arrange transportation to get there. The 16th morning I receive a text (not even a phone call) saying the following: The vehicle will be ready by 1:30pm, but they are unable to invoice me without a credit app that takes a few days to process. I am floored, we have been going back and forth for weeks and I easily could have gotten that rolling while I was waiting all this time.

I do an emergency call to my finance department and get an authorization to increase my purchase card limit so I can pay on a purchase card.

I arrive at 3:30pm, and was taken to the waiting room. Then I went to the office and the rep says "well it's been a nightmare but we are getting it ready for you." He then takes me back to the waiting room. I am then informed it will still take 45 minutes to finish. At 4:45pm I get the vehicle. I would think for all this hassle they would give me a discount, but in the discount portion of my invoice there is a big fat 0. The final kicker, you would think they would at least fill the gas tank for me as a courtesy with everything that went on, but no of course not. So feeling beaten and defeated, I go fill up the tank and make my way back to Vail. My company and I will never return to this awful dealership.

Called to schedule a service appointment at 20k miles even though we had an oil change at 15k miles just to make sure everything else was in order before a long trip. The man on the phone said no problem. We arrive (30 minute drive) at the dealership and the service man says he can t do the checkup without the oil change and it s $700 for the checkup (We decided to save this months rent and not do the checkup). He informed us that once the oil light came on it would beep incessantly until they reset it. We asked if he could just reset the counter it he said that he couldn t. He let us know he was On our side but there was nothing he could do. He offered no other options so we drove back home (30 minutes). We wasted over an hour of our time and less than nothing was accomplished. Upon getting home and some googling, I reset the oil change light in about 15 minutes by myself.

This place was AWFUL... really! I drove up in my Lexus and was treated like trash. I have never ran into a more pretentious bunch. Sure I came in on a Saturday in a t-shirt and shorts... I contacted Mercedes Benz of Westminster about an ...

I contacted Mercedes Benz of Westminster about an Acura MDX that they had listed on the internet, the internet Salesman who's number was listed contacted me back and informed me that that car had sold. I had also called the dealership directly before he called me back and dealt with another Salesperson. Between the two Salespeople someone called me every other day until they talked me into buying a used Mercedes ML 350. I was told that I had no worries I was getting a good car. They thoroughly go through these cars before they put them on their lot and I was reassured numerous times that I had no worries I was getting a great car.

So I bought the car. That was when the problems began. I didn't get a good car, I got a piece of junk! On the way home from the dealership a maintenance warning came on regarding the front passenger air bag, took it to the dealership fixed it. A few weeks later the check engine service light came on, took it to the dealership fixed it at my cost. Got car back front drivers seat quit working, took it back to the dealership, fixed it at my cost. Then around two months after buying my car it quit running all together. had it towed to the dealership this time, Now it's a major problem, $6000+ is what their service manager told us! Needles to say we didn't have that kind of money and didn't feel that this car was worth putting that kind of money into also their internet salesman that we dealt with felt like Mercedes would take care of us because of the amount of problems we had with this vehicle. So my husband test drove another car and we thought that we would buy that car, until we looked at the sale agreement that they presented us with. They took our car that we had just bought from them as trade minus the estimated $6000 to fix it, still leaving us with a $6000 dollar loss??? Obviously we didn't agree to that and wanted them to do more, try and get someone to call you back when you have a problem instead of when you are buying a car, no one would. So we had our car towed to a Mercedes mechanic and had it fixed there $2290 dollars later we are back on the road and Mercedes could care less about the kind of cars they are putting on their lot!!! The day I got my car back I called the Sales Manager and told him exactly what I thought. I informed him that I might not have bought a brand new car and that they didn't feel that I was a customer who was worth the effort because my sale wasn't huge but, I do know people and he could be reassured that I would tell everyone and anyone who was buying a car to not by a Mercedes!!! He apologized and said that he would look into it and get back with me, that was three weeks ago haven't heard a word!!! So a good friend of mine who wanted a Mercedes is now driving a Lexus...

James (the Salesman) and KB (Finance) made a tough situation go smooth a quick. There was no high pressure sales nor headaches in the finance room.. just a nice experience from start to finish. When I m in the market for an MB in the future, I will definitely be working with both of these guys again.

My salesman, Jeff McDowell, is as good as they get if you want someone who knows the inventory as well as all of the features offered in each Mercedes Benz. He's a very nice guy who is also very accountable for the car he delivers. I particularly appreciate the relationship he established between me and everyone there when buying my 2014 Mercedes E350. He followed up with me to make sure I was receiving what I paid for. When I buy or upgrade my Mercedes, I'm going to make sure to look for him. He even remembered me when wishing him a Happy Thanksgiving. I highly recommend him as well as Mercedes of Westminster. The have the largest inventory in Colorado and one of the largest inventories in Western region to my understanding. As my Dad put it, this suggests that they take selling cars very serious. You won't regret your experience!

From the minute I walked in the doors I felt like I was a valued customer. Steve Litwin helped me find the Mercedes that was right for me. I never felt pressured or rushed. To the contrary, Steve stayed 2 and a half hours past closing to ensure that I left with the car of my dreams! From the second I test drove my vehicle I knew that Mercedes Benz of Westminster just got another life time customer!!
Great experience, great company. Thank you for everything Steve!!

I worked with Dmitri K. to purchase a 2019 E63s wagon. He is straightforward, a clear communicator, and very knowledgeable about the products. This was a cross country transaction, with me sending an Audi R8 v10+ the same day I received the wagon. A lot of trust and coordination was involved and Dimitri just made it very easy for me. I am a very happy customer.

I took my car in for warranty service in October 2018, Mack was my service advisor. Drop off and pick up was quick and painless. Mack kept me updated throughout the process, went through everything that was done and answered my questions thoroughly. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend MB Westminster to anyone looking to buy or service a Mercedes!

The Westminster service department is amazing! We have had the best service for a computer glitch when we bought our Sprinter in Iowa, 1 year ago, where they made time for use right away and fixed the problem, and for a warranty check with thorough service and communication. We will be using this dealer and service department for all of our Sprinter needs, and the location is fantastic. Near a park, the Butterfly Pavilion, great restaurants and all within walking distance. Check out the Westminster MB Dealer and Service Department.

Alec was a pleasure to work with. He provided quick easy access to all vehicles I was interested in. He never pressured me to buy or look at other options, and did everything he was capable of to help in the finalization of the deal. Rick made the paperwork smooth and easy. I will definitely me taking future business to Mercedes-Benz of Westminster.

Love this place! Service is amazing! I have worked with Katie O'Neill, Sales Consultant, through leasing of two Mercedes. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am fully taken care of and all my car needs are met. The Service Department performs excellent service timely, offers the convenience of a pick up with a loaner vehicle, and entertains my need to have my car washed (sometimes on a weekly basis), and all with a smile. I look forward to seeing the staff on my visits. I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Westminster, and specifically Katie, to anyone looking for quality, service and a place that values its customers.

I will buy here again! Dave Boreman was my sales rep and Lawrence Aguirre was my "after the sale" consultant. They are more than professional and exceeded my expectations (even though I typically have incredibly high expectations). My car is awesome and it is good to know that it is supported by a top notch team. I think that people have preconceived notions of car dealerships and "car salesman". Lets be honest, everyone needs a car (for the most part) and to help you get that car, dealerships need sales staff! Dave is an awesome car salesman. Go to MB Westminster and you will receive the same stellar treatment that I just did. Previous to this purchase, I used an autobroker because I had the same predetermined feelings about dealerships....which I may still have for most, but MB Westminster is definitely not like most. Thank you for the sweet ML350 and thank you for your hardwork. It is appreciated!!!!

I am a loyal customer for the past several years. Between myself and my family we have purchased or leased 7 vehicles. Overall our sales experiences have always been exceptional along with financing too. I feel the Service Department's service has drastically gone from good to bad. I am hoping that each time our vehicles come in for service that the experience is better, but still the same.

Maybe with this new vehicle, that will change! I think highly of Josh Grimm, our personal sales consultant and will refer anyone who is in the market for a Mercedes to him.

I also feel the rest of the sales team and your front end staff our exceptional! Just need to work on the Service Department and Mercedes Benz of Westminster will be back on track!

Early this week I was in MB Westminster Showroom and I worked with Shekhar Williams to choose a MB sedan to lease. Shekhar is very friendly and knowledgeable person and his suggestion to my requirements made my purchase with MB easier. Shekhar is such a nice guy to work with and I have never experienced this kind of courtesy extended to me during every visit to MB Westminster. I am rating 5 Star for Shekhar for his good work.

I never thought I would actually ever enjoy going to a dealership but MB of Westminster has changed my mind. Just finished purchasing a 2008 SLK (2nd car purchase in 6 months from here) and once again I had no issues at all with Josh ( Grimm) or the entire process. The car was beautifully prepared, priced correctly and runs like a dream.

What is most favorable in my mind is the attitude of the place, it oozes professionalism.

To any one that has never been there, next time you are looking for a vehicle just pop in and see how it is really done. They have a good selection of "prime used cars" but I must warn you, if a salesperson talks you into taking a Merc. for a test drive you'll end up buying.

I am not affiliated with Mercedes or this dealership in any way (except of course they keep taking my money!).

My most recent experience with Westminster Mercede...

My most recent experience with Westminster Mercedes was above and beyond my expectations. Robert Ward, Sprinter service, was very professional and was able to get my 2013 Sprinter in and out of service with 5 different issues, within 1 day of dropping it off! I live 100 miles away from the dealership and was expecting to make an extra trip to come pick it up, but I explained my situation to Robert, and he was able to expedite the services needed so I wouldn't be burdened by making another trip to retrieve the van. It is running beautifully and I will continue to use WM for all my Sprinter maintenance needs-it is definitely worth the journey down for piece-of-mind! Thank you, Robert!

Ned was the representative who picked up my car for service. In addition to the already noted service work,I mentioned hearing a blower fan noise in the front passenger seat area when starting the car and he said he would pass it on to the service department. It did't occur as there was no note according to Romny Ames, my Mercedes-Benz of Westminster service representative, when I picked up the car. He noted the noise in my file for a record to investigate during the next regular service.
Romny called to inform me when the car's service had begun but then failed to call in the evening as promised to provide an update. I have to assume there was no update available so no call.
The next morning, when called to say the service check was completed, and I mentioned driving up to get the car, Romny told me he would get the car ready for me. I assumed the getting ready included a wash/vaccum and having the car pulled up in the garage which didn't happen. On a positive note, when I picked up the car Romny covered what was done during the inspection and did not charge for the tire rotation.
Overall, I was pleased with the service received.
