I decided to buy a Mercedes instead of a Landrover...

I decided to buy a Mercedes instead of a Landrover - mainly because I'd heard how great the service is. So far, that has not been the case. My brand new car was leaking oil and the light came on - I called customer service and they told me to have it towed and that no service vehicles were available. Even though I had been promised when I bought the car that they made service incredibly easy - definitely not the case. I could not get the service team to return calls to help me with towing and rental car, so I had to call the person who sold me the car to get service engaged. Finally, after hours of calls and begging, Mercedes made a reservation for me at a dealership an hour away. Two days later, my car is still not ready and there are still no service cars available. I'm incredibly disappointed.
