Professional and customer caring dealership location. I had to trade-in my 2011 ML 350 and wanted another vehicle like a GL450. Amazing experience from sales to finance to service. Believe me or not, I ended up buying two vehicles (GL450 and E350) the same day, even though my circumstances were a little trivial. Thanks to Anthony and most importantly, Walter and K.B. who are friends now. Grateful to you for your attention to detail and for making things work. Many more to come.

Simply outstanding sevice! I made my first MB purchase with MB of Denver but with the changes that have happened there I was looking for a better dealership. Steve Litwin and the team at Westminster were absolutely perfect in every way. Steve stuck with me and helped me through the process of ordering just the right Mercedes for me. He was even patient enough to give me time to decide between a euro delivery GLK and a custom ordered GLA. I got a fantastic deal and exactly the vehicle I wanted. The service center is top notch with plenty of loaner vehicles available and top notch service every time. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership but know that if you are purchasing anywhere else you are making a huge mistake.

I normally take the time to write a positive review to help businesses. In this case, I feel compelled to write this review to share my bad experience with this service. I will spare the details, but the summary is that I asked them to fix a rattle in my headliner and they would not cover it under warranty because they believed that I removed the headliner and broke something while doing it. I obviously did not, but they did not believe me. Been a long time since I've been called a liar. I'm taking this to another Mercedes dealer, further away, who agreed to fix it without questioning my integrity. Love my Mercedes, but this dealership... not so much.

Service was completed in shorter time than estimat...

Service was completed in shorter time than estimated by Service Advisor and the car was returned accordingly. All requests were addressed and full explanation of the
service tech findings was furnished by phone before the car was returned. There is no
"cheap" way to maintain a Mercedes properly but the quality of service and customer
relationship is consistent with the best.

Incredible Hayle was the best sales person we have ever had in the last 20 years of buying cars.

I purchase cars for my company all the time and hands down Hayle was the best sales person not only professional but HONEST which is almost impossible to find in that industry.

We will return to that dealer only because of her efforts.

MB Westminster picked up my car, left me a loaner, serviced my car, then delivered it back clean and completely serviced - smoothly and as they promised. Service Advisor Chris kept me updated on their progress and they finished the job on time. I don't live close to the dealership, so the pickup/loaner/delivery service, along with great communication, is very appreciated.

They left things out of my repair that I asked for more than once before dropping off van. They had me drive out again the next day and did the rest of the work for free. Great coffee and cupcakes in the lounge.

They facility it self was beautiful. Our sales representative Shekar was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and at no point did he try to pressure us. I feel that he would have allowed us to test drive any car we wanted to. The only draw back was that the coffee was terrible and their selection of creamer needs to be updated. I would put 4 1/2 stars but only because of the coffee and snack assortments should match the quality of the facility and cars.

I have heard many horrific stories about being a minority walking into a luxury dealership. I am not one to express my feelings towards these negatory acts because I was always taught to be the bigger person. Although, I can not stay silent when these discrimination, racist, and predice remarks still proceeds through our community and nation, especially when I serve this country.
I called multiple dealerships and found one that had my preference specs, which gave me the opportunity to book an appointment to go check out the vehicle.
When I arrived there, our salesman (Ryan) was busy helping another customer and I was given another salesman by the name of Jason Harrison. My first impression of him wasn t that great, given that he made a facial expression and tone that demeaned my vibe. I didn t know if it was the way I dressed or my accent, but because I wasn t taught to judge a book by its cover I presented myself professionally. We then continued with Q&A and test drive the vehicle. While in the vehicle, this was the most prominent question of all, what type of specials or discount you guys are doing . By the tone of his voice he seemed irritated by my question. His response was the most I can do is two to three hundred . Then he perceived to ask what other dealership was offering me. I proceeded to say, To be honest, the first dealership I worked with offered me 3-4k discount but because they did not have inventories in stock it revered me to a different dealership . After that response, It went silent until we got back to the office. While there, he asked me questions and suddenly one of my response triggered him. He asked how will I get you to buy the car?." I simply answered, the lower the price the better (He probably thought I was too poor to buy this car because I asked about discounts, was a minority, and I was wearing slippers). I then requested if he would show me the lowest pricing GLB 2020 in stock, which was 43k. Again he expressed hesitation and stated that it wasn t ready to be sold yet because of a missing part (assuming he only wants to sell cars that will get off the lot today). I insisted that if I could just view that particular vehicle, not test driving it.

I ve never thought I would face this type of humiliation in my life. It is degrading and damaging to feel segregated because of my ethnic. Maybe next time I should wear a suit and tie with a white-coated skin before I enter any KKK territory that way I can feel safe. I want to remind all of us (non-KKK) that discrimination, stereotyping, and prejudice still floats around in today's society, and we can not allow this to hinder or belittle us because of the way we look, dress, or talk.

They don't care about the customer or don't bother...

They don't care about the customer or don't bother to stand behind their work! That's the only way I know to describe these guys. I had my S550 serviced here and had an issue with the "Safety Pre-Check" and "Active Blind Spot Assist" features being disabled during snowy conditions last year. They said they "fixed it" and returned the car. The issue never was fixed and when it occurred again this year during snowy conditions, I took it back. A "Service Manager" named Atlee there tells me this is a new issue, and the original warranty that came with the car has expired (it expired after the issue was "fixed" last time) and they need to file a new claim with my extended warranty plan. But he wasn't even sure if this issue was covered under the extended warranty. I told him to have his Service Director (someone named Brian Bearden) call me. Atlee's response was "OK buddy!" Needless to say, I never heard from Atlee again or their service directory. I left a VM for their General Manager, Kevin Steward and never heard back either. I'm giving up on these guys and going with another dealer. There are far too many more credible Mercedes dealers and service places in the metro Denver area to have to deal with people that just don't care!

I have a Smart and the whole Smart team there has been amazing through my whole key loss fiasco. Even offering to come to Fort Collins and pick my car up and give me a loaner while they program the new one. I've never been treated so nicely by a dealership before. Linda was very accommodating and helpful! I wish I could afford to go get it serviced there all the time! They treat customers well. (They also have really delicious cake in the lobby which is always nice)

I brought my MB in today to get a price for a wire...

I brought my MB in today to get a price for a wire harness repair for my sliding door that had fractured. I was told the repair would be over $1000 and that it was not part of my extended warranty that I purchased. After declining the repair I then had to pay for them to tell me that the wire harness was broken. Are you kidding me? Not happy with this service dept. I will travel anywhere else for service. I have had many other issues with this service dept keeping my van for over two weeks and not providing a rental or replacement vehicle. I look forward to buying my next van from Ford. Thanks for nothing!

While passing through on the way to Salt Lake, our Sprinter had an emissions malfunction and began the dreaded "countdown of death". I looked for local Mercedes dealership and picked this one based not only on the stellar reviews, but the fact that they responded to the reviews.
And I was not disappointed. The service department worked us in, and Linda was fantastic. They knew exactly what to do and got us back on the road as quick as they could. This location if great and I highly recommend it if you're ever in need of service in the Denver area!

Matt Dunn did an exceptional job every step of the way in the repair of my car. He informed with details and all options available to me. He dealt the the third part extended warranty company and he got them to pay most of the repair costs. Matt saved me about $800. He did an excellent job for me, I am sure he could do the same for you.

We have been to Mercedes of Westminster twice now, this time for me. Ben Hosseini is the consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. Kambiz Yazdanfar is also a pleasure to work with in his roll as Finance Manager knowledgeable and informative. We had a slight hiccup in the purchase of my new GLC and they both worked extremely hard to get everything right for me and my first Mercedes. Highly recommend them both.

Can t deliver. Wasted six months waiting on a slot to order our Sprinter van with Jim Plank of Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. He would never give us a status update and when pressed stopped returning our calls and emails, very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and don t waste your time trying to order a van with these guys.

I was in there February 5th to look at a Smart car. Steve Litwin went out of his way to locate the car I was looking for. He drove it up to the door for me. (I have a disability) And it was a cold windy day. He went over everything the car offered and took me on a test drive. He worked very hard to get a deal for me. When I left the car only had 1 key. Steve ordered me one and had it delivered to the dealership. They then called and set up a time to come get the car and take it down to sync the new key and brought it back up north to me. Great experience I had at the dealership and salesman was great!!! Will go back for another car whether it a Smart car or Mercedes.

OMG I feel traumatized after visiting this place! ...

OMG I feel traumatized after visiting this place! I come in bcz I was losing pressure on one of my tire, I was sure it was cause by a nail so I thought let's have it fixed fast... my tire wasn't flat or anything like that, so nothing concerning, just loosing a little bit of air.
I'm driving an AMG model so maybe that matter into the agressive sales habits I've been aproach with.
They told me at first that the tire couldn't be fixed and that I need to buy another tire, then that is patchable, the head garage guy come trying hard to make me buy a new tire and trying to convince me that I actually need to buy all 4 tires bcz my car has different tires... so from one tire I'm ending with 4... (btw great sales aproach) everybody was super nice (until the moment I told them I wont buy new tires and I only wanted patched), they told me they will give me a courtesy car for the time they will work on my car (around 1 hour)! As i said i told them I wont buy a new tire and everybody flip over on me... the courtesy guy start yelling that "I wont give her a car"... " I wont do it"
At this point I'm completely shock... ok so bcz I wont buy you the tires I'm suddenly not a valuable customer anymore...
Not mentioning that I had my toddler with me the whole entire time...
At least if you dont care for me have a little bit of consideration for my little kid!
I'm ending up walking with my kid to the closest place in 90 degrees outside until they patch my tire! I couldn't deal with them anymore!
I dont know if they treated me like that bcz I'm a woman with a kid and believe they could trick me into buying everything that they wanted me to buy or what was their problem but I never never been treated like this in my life!
Let me tell you something "guys": you cant judge a customer by the car they drove! Dont you think I was ending coming back for service anyway? And the most important thing BE RESPECFUL TO A WOMAN!
I had 2 AMG but I guarantee you my next car is going to be an M series!

update this is a reply to the dealerships reply, I called and left a message with a manager and I asked Rosalie a receptionist to give my contact to the owner, left my phone number and email and never did hear from them. be careful when purchasing a used vehicle at this dealer, I recently purchased a vehicle after a few days the touchscreen stereo with navigation so not a cheap replacement started going blank nothing would work not the screen or the buttons sometimes when I'm driving sometimes right when I start it up and the transmission seems to shift weird at times usually on a hill. I let the sales person know about the problems and accused them of knowing about the issues he said the techs get paid to find problems so they are very thorough when inspecting their vehicles, he said theirs do the same thing and that I could take it in to a dealer and have them hook it up to their machine for a diagnostic but it would probably cost me to do that. I spoke to a manager and he gave me the same run around about their techs and said he would have the sales person contact me again because he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. the sales person contacted me again and I asked if I could return the vehicle since their were issues with it, he gave me the run around about the techs being thorough and getting paid to find problems and their was nothing wrong with the vehicle according to their "thorough techs" never did here from them again. even some of the small dealerships offer returns, not what I would expect from a high end dealer. very unhappy with this dealership.

Right now Im saving up so I can buy a brand new Mercedes From this dealer ship just because how well they treat me !!! Keep up the good work parts department. !!!! The lady's that work in the front always say hi and smile and make me feel welcome. I had my old Mercedes worked on at the dealer ship and they were fast at getting my car fixed !!! Spoke to a Hayden Roberts in sales. Introduced myself with a very hispanic name. Mentioned a specific vehicle model I was looking for, he asked if I knew what that model was in a sarcastic type of way. I mentioned year price range and color. As he was scrolling through his inventory he mentioned he saw a car (but) that it was 40,000.00 as if assuming i could not afford it. He was not blatantly racist but I felt that he was subconsciously, without even knowing taking jabs at me. He mentioned he would call around and follow up. I never herd from the man ever since. In my opinion a solid business man should never assume who does and who does not have money. Fellow latinos please take your business elsewhere if your shopping for a Mercedes Bens.

We're on our fifth Mercedes, all from MB Westminster. Sales and service are easy and painless.
Win Lewis is our sales agent. He's a pro, had been here forever, learns what you want, and helps you find it.

Scott Casselman is our Service Advisor, and he's as good as it gets. Service particularly makes the ownership experience as easy as it could possibly be, particularly the valet vehicle pickup and loaner vehicle dropoff. There's nothing I could think of to improve. Note that we left Jaguar (after four great Jag cars) because the service experience had become painful and difficult.

Just Thursday, I made a calendar mistake and dropped my car off a day early for scheduled maintenance. No one said a word, they got me a loaner, and it wasn't until later that I realized it was the wrong day.

This is the best car dealership I've ever had dealings with.

I just want to say I Love my SMART CAR. Its fun to drive, I can go over 300 miles on a full tank which is about 10 gallons, it can go places other cars can't trust me. It gets all kinds of comments. But this is not the most important thing after a serious breakdown the workers of this salon refused to do repairs under the guarantee and on the offer to give a written refusal answered "I do not want to talk to you!" - It's just a shame !!!! Scheduled "A" service weeks in advance( took 3 phone calls to schedule). It's a 3 hr service I was told. Got there after 1 hr commute to be told car would not be done until next day. Asked if they could drop car off when done. Answer - yes but that would be 4 days later. The dealership is made successful by the service you receive. This isn't service. They are now picking the car up at the house in two weeks, and I wonder when I will see it again. 4 hr window just to pick the car up so you know it won't be same day. Another week to get it back? I'll take my business elsewhere if that is the case.

Bought ML350 at Westminster and bought the service package as well, everytime I brought my car in for service few months later I need either, more oil, engine fluid or wind shield washer.... oh my gosh.... and one more thing if you call in for a small service they would have said " it gonna be an hour" sh''''''" other MB tell you... ok just bring your car in,,,,only take 10 min while you wait.... i will never come back to this dealer nor tell anyone to go there as well" they rip you off... shi''''''t service.... { people... pls do not go to westminster for car service...

Finally just sold the car, it was worth the loss to not have to deal with these people ever again.

I went in to look at a 2017 Honda Accord Sport with Shekhar Williams and besides the car being prestine his service was so exceptional! He really made me feel very comfortable and the whole experience was very easy. Buying a new car can be a little nerve wrecking but I felt at ease and everything was quick and easy. I was able to finalize everything the same day and leave with the car on a great deal thanks to Shekhar! Not only would I recommend this dealership but if you go make sure you ask for Shekhar!

Poor Communication.

I thought I would give this dealership a chance again after multiple poor service experiences on my c63 AMG a few years ago. They got in a vehicle I had interest in. Long story short they screwed me again.

Mercedes Benz of Westminster is far superior in every way. I don't know why I thought the experience would be any different.

WARNING - Do not buy the newly revamped Mercedes B...

WARNING - Do not buy the newly revamped Mercedes Benz E class from Mercedes Westminster. I have had the car in the dealership six times for the same issue. They have a ton of electrical issues. I now fall under the lemon law but they won t follow the law.

In addition my window wasn t working properly and on the forth visit for that issue they finally replaced the motor in window. I have been a devoted customer and i am shocked at their lack of backing their product. #mercedesbenzusa #mercedes

Really way too expensive. I was quote one price for tires and brakes then they did the work and it was 400$ more. No one answered my inquiry on it. They charge way too much for diagnostics for people who have Smart Cars. I was told to look for coupons on their website but they have none for Smart Cars
All of them exclude the car. I got this car from a dealership who lied saying i could bring it to them to fix anything for free while I have my loan only to find out later they do not service them and I had to go here. I am not high income. I cannot afford this service station and was completely made to feel less than anyone to ask about services. Terrible prices, rude clerks and they will overcharge for everything.

My experience with Crystal Hopp at Mercedes-Westminster was amazing. She was the BEST sales agent I have ever dealt with in buying a car, or anything for that matter. The experience from the moment I went into the dealership from the time I walked out (drove out in my new Mercedes!), it was stellar. Crystal has also kept in touch with me after my purchase which makes me feel valued and appreciated.

Great job by the group. John was very knowledgeable with the inventory on hand was a able to walk us through the CPO's very quickly and explain the differences. This gave us the confidence that we were purchasing the right product without having to tie back to the vehicle listing on every little question. The GM was very nice to meet with us and discuss the purchase. Crystal did a great job of walk i ng us through the vehicle and it features.

Multiple mistakes by the service department on several occasions. Sales team is dishonest and changes their mind at the last minute after they have you 95% complete. Go elsewhere for a Mercedes.
