After looking online for over six months, I spotte...

After looking online for over six months, I spotted a 2016 BMW M3. I called into the dealership to schedule a test drive. Josh Grimm, my sales associate, told me to come in right away to take it for a spin. He was knowledgeable, kind, and fully transparent with me throughout the buying process. I was able to trade in my truck and drive off the lot in my dream car that same day. He also got me a better financing offer than any other dealer I have ever worked with. The car buying experience was superb. I highly reccomend Josh and his team at Mercedes Benz of Westminster. They're the best!

First the good:

First the good:

The dealership itself is very nice. The layout and selection is plentiful. I am also impressed with the amenities available for the clients as well as prospective clients. I think the dealership really does try and satisfy customers as best they can. The sales, service and support staff all seemed genuinely interested in ensuring I had a pleasant experience during the buying process.

Now the bad:

Realistically this is no different than any other car dealership. Sure, they treat customers a bit better but I would expect that when the cars for sale routinely go for over 100k.

Sadly, the sales process is the same as every other dealership. Expect the traditional nonsense of "I have to talk to the sales manager". I absolutely despise that approach - if you want to talk to the decision maker (me) then I want to talk to the decision maker. It appears cheap and deceptive. This is certainly not what I would call "excellent" service.

Second, the finance process is equally undistinguished. I understand that there is little the finance team can do about the terms offered on finance contracts, but then why do I even have to speak to this person? The process sadly is the same at all dealerships and appears designed to create a situation where one MUST be aware of everything.

To be honest, I was unimpressed from beginning to end of the sales process - hence the "Good" rating on service. It was not that the people were not friendly; rather it seemed they were uninformed on even the most basic of deal terms. Every time I questioned something all I got back was "that is the way it is and we cannot change it".

Perhaps worst of all, I was surprised by fees after we negotiated the deal. Apparently the fees were worked into the deal, but they were never called out separately. I find this practice to be deceptive. I was very specific that I wished to review all terms prior to committing, but sadly that did not happen.

I think I would sum up my experience as "buyer beware". Of course that is pretty much true of any car buying experience.

I have taken my C240 to MBWestminster foe about 5 years now, I am about to purchase a new car from them as well. They are so helpful and caring! They make you feel like they really want to help. I would recommend MBWestminster to ANY AND EVERYONE!! They accommodate you in every way they can. I would never own anything but a Mercedes and I would never take my Mercedes to anyone else! The service writer took a few steps towards me and froze in place. He then took a step back and went the other way around a vehicle in order to avoid me and help the customer behind me. I will be getting my car serviced elsewhere. I guess I didn't look like someone with a high enough net worth to own and maintain a Mercedes Benz. I've been kicked out of nicer places than this...

What does it take to get a return call or email? I called first time to their service center and left a voicemail, called a second time to their service center and no answer. I went to their website, chatted with someone online and she took my number, email and assured me someone will contact me within business hours. I searched through my email ,missed calls, and voicemail;nothing. The last time I checked Mercedes's slogan was "The Best or Nothing" and this is not convincing. After 3-4 business days I give up and will take my services somewhere else.

I went here looking for a smart car. Through 'luck of the draw' I got Hayden for my salesman. I don't believe I could have been luckier, he wasn't pushy like some sales people & he wasn't dismissive of my grad student's budget. He was wonderful throughout the whole process. I have definitely been telling all my friends & coworkers how amazing, helpful, & friendly Hayden is. And my car is everything I wanted. Thank you for your service sir.

When you re in the middle of a cross country road ...

When you re in the middle of a cross country road trip with 7 people the last thing you want is your check engine light to come on. Luckily timing and location was just right for us and we ended up at this Mercedes location! Steve Thompson was able to help us confirm it was just a software update, got that taken care of and even made a great breakfast recommendation while we waited. Thank you for all your help!

When a dealership misleads a consumer it is called "Deceptive business practice". That is exactly what this dealership did when they sold a car at auction that had a severe/expensive transmission problem.
My husband and I purchased the car from the new dealer and a week later found out there was a problem. My husband came to Westminster Mercedes to ask them about it and the manager refused to let my husband see the CarFax but said the car had been in the shop for a "Grinding" noise. Hmmmm.....Westminster Mercedes Benz KNEW what the problem was and disposed of the car at auction a few days later. Dishonesty, fraud, deceiving.....It's too bad that car dealerships have to play these dishonest games with people and their lives.

They drove to my location with a loaner vehicle, picked up my personal vehicle, conducted the service it needed and returned my vehicle back to my location in perfect condition! What more can I say? Mercedes-Benz of Westminster will always be my Mercedes dealership and where I buy my vehicles from now on! I personally choose to go to Mercedes Benz of Westminster exclusively to have my Mercedes serviced. Their pricing is very fair and competitive.
What I am impressed with the most is the way they perform each service. Simply put, they listen. They listen to their customers cares and any worries, and any special requests that they may have.
I have found their Service Department incredibly easy to work with. I have purchased my own genuine Mercedes Benz parts and brought them with me to a service and had no obstacles arise when asking the mechanics to install them. I am extremely picky about how our Crossover is Serviced and they have been nothing short of awesome every, single time.
Need a Loaner Vehicle to get by while your Mercedes is being worked on? A Loaner will appear for you freshly cleaned and washed. Seamless Service from the minute you enter the garage bay to picking your vehicle up when ready. There are no surprises on the final bill, they listen and perform the work the customer wishes to be done.
I have had the best, most awesome experiences here; also, if you need to wait, their Lounge is comfortable, has "garage" or regular TV, free snacks, drinks, and Wi-Fi.

Sadly, I can't say my experience with the Service ...

Sadly, I can't say my experience with the Service Department at MB of Westminster meets what you should expect from an MB dealership. One would think they would be experts at their craft. My vehicle had to be serviced numerous times within a few short weeks of buying a CPO MB, from them. To the point where the vehicle was almost returned. From there, it involved the dealership compensating me for the problems caused with my vehicle's servicing that they managed numerous times to actually not somehow have the knowledge to properly correct. Too many loaner cars have been driven in my short time I have owned this vehicle. The dealership didn't submit my registration paperwork to the State, inform me they didn't, or include a voucher for the emissions test I was required to get. This I found out while at the DMV attempting to get my plates. So they dropped the ball there, but from the sales side. Most recently, the vehicle was returned because they didn't put C.P.O approved tires on my car when I bought it, with a few other issues. This was brought to my attention after stopping in to MB of Denver to buy something. Had I not called MB of Westminster, I would have owned a set of subpar tires that aren't even on the approved MB CPO list provided to dealerships from MB directly. At this time, I had them install an Ipod adapter, and the integration company they use and swear by, didn't install a device that is compatible with current IOS devices. I let them know I wanted my car back after 4 days of waiting for them to resolve the issue, it was returned, component still not resolved. No follow up by MB of Westminster was taken to reimburse me for a component that their integration company installed and is not compatible with new versions of IOS, so alas I am left to put it out there for consumers to be made aware of. The Sales team here will do what you expect from an MB dealership, and the Service Managers will attempt to pacify you. However, their service team/techs are soft at best. They have fallen short considering the cost you pay for their vehicles. Meet with their service team before buying from their sales team.

The service Manager Nathan is hands down the best person I ve ever worked with at any dealership. Buying a car or having it fixed. He s very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and loves AMG maybe even more than me which says allot! Will never take my car anywhere else his customer service, response time, follow up and everything else it takes to have someone like me to write a review which I never do is just top notch. Dropping off the car here for a service appointmen...

Dropping off the car here for a service appointment once was a pleasure. One was immediately ushered into a service manager's office to discuss the car, express any concerns and arrange for the loaner car. We used to feel appreciated. Now the customer stands out in the cold in the car intake area, is asked for ID, etc., for the loaner paperwork, discusses the car with no one, gets the loaner keys and a goodbye. Might as well have bought a Chebby.
I'd give a star less except that, as far as I can tell, the car itself does receive good service.

When I called Mercedes-Benz of Westminster, I was fortunate to have Robert Ward answer the service call. He managed to work us in for service in the afternoon and have us on our way later that afternoon. Whatever you do don't ever work with Hayden in sales. We walked in with a checkbook completely ready to drive out of the showroom with a new Mercedes. But Hayden totally "unsold" us. He seemed least interested in selling a car and the customer service was horrible! We are getting a new Mercedes but definitely not from this showroom.

Recently I moved from out of state and needed to change license plates. My previous state only required a plate on the back of the vehicle where in Colorado a plate is required on the front of the vehicle as well. As there were no holes to secure the plate on the front of the vehicle I was charged $81 to drill those in order to secure the new license plate. The job was done well and the service advisor was very professional, I question, however, why there were no holes in the first place and I had to pay a lot to have them done.

Got my first service done here for my new car, and...

Got my first service done here for my new car, and that was a good experience. However I also had a part break on my car a week after buying it and its the piece in between the sunroof and windshield. The part ripped in half randomly while going 85mph down the highway.

Asked the service department if it would be covered by my factory warranty, and they went on to inform me that they think I hit something and they cant prove to Mercedes that it just randomly ripped off. So, because they only wanted to sell me a $958 piece of plastic and charge nearly $500 for labor, I'm forced to call Mercedes customer care since the dealership cant help a new owner out with an issue that was clearly a malfunction. Sad that they acted like all I wanted was free things from the brand, yet I didn't purposely break the part...

However your dealership gets a 3/5 stars because the service was done exactly when you told me it was going to be done and I didnt get charged a single dime past what you informed me it would cost for an overall service.

Second Mercedes purchased at MB Westminster, live in Grand Junction so it s a ways but has been worth it. They used to come to Grand Junction to pick up my car and take it for service which was amazing. Things have changed. Recently came for a cracked windshield (can only get the glass through MB dealership). I-70 is closed because of the fire so had to take a 7 hour route. Dropped off on Wednesday afternoon. Matt told me done by the end of the day tomorrow both to my face and on my voicemail. When I called late Thursday to ask about picking up before they closed, he said the window needed to dry overnight but seemed entirely unsure of what the status was. Then I get a text on Friday morning stating it would be done by the end of the day. This does not work as I was heading to Fort Collins that morning to take my some to CSU and home via the north route. At that point I said never mind, picked it up 48 hours after dropping off, hadn t even been started on! Matt argued that he had told me 3 days but later apologized when he realized there was a recording stating end of the day tomorrow, Thursday . Anyway does it take three days to replace a windshield? Drove all the way home, still have a broken windshield. In disbelief of the complete disregard for my time and the poor service.

I connected with Greg early Saturday morning with a clear set of objectives: acquire a new car at a fair price (our local dealerships employ a lot of our friends and neighbors - they deserve a profit), agree on the transactions details before arriving on-site, complete the transaction in less than an hour.

Not only did Greg make sure that these objectives were met, he and John went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of the transaction was perfect. He even helped me shop for a new set of wheels on eBay several days after I took delivery.

Greg, John, thank you. You represent exactly what I would expect from Mercedes Benz.

Last weekend, I was interested in looking at loooking for a new vehcile and happened to stop by the Mercedes Benz of Westminster. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff and I felt right at home. I have never been a Mercedes Benz customer and have never been on the show room floor. Win Lewis was awesome! He helped answer my million questions and concerns and within less than an hour, I knew I wanted to purchase my new vehicle at their showroom. I felt like I was treated like a returning customer and I now feel like I am part of the family. I also felt like I got a really good deal on my 2013 vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and I love my new vehcile. I'm so excited! I will definitley be a returning customer and recommend this showroom to anyone. Thank you to Win, Eugene and Alec. You guys rock!

My salesman Josh Grimm had a serious lack of motivation to make sure my experience on a $160k AMG was right. I ordered the car across state lines. Wired the money on the last day of April so he would make is numbers for the month. Once the money was in their account, it was radio silence. I had to call multiple times to get an eta on my delivery. Its 5/8 the car was just picked up, open trailer....he claims its normal for $160k cars to be trailered unprotected like that. I know thats untrue from personal experience. The sales mgr Greg received multiple voicemails from me and only returned my call once to let me know he was taking care of it. I could have had the same experience buying a Chevy, didn't need to spend $160k to be made a fool or yelled out by a salesperson for having "unrealistic expectations" I don't think having a timeline for delivery of my car is considered unrealistic....Would not recommend cross state lines purchases. I could have had better service and experience from another dealer that knows how to run a business.

Don't insult me with a canned response from the front desk clerk. Your dealership has no interest in making anything right. By the way, the car arrived open transport today, filthy. I have to pay my detailer now to clean a NEW DAMN CAR!!! Thanks for the professional service....lol

Top-shelf, first class folks are at this place. They treat you like royalty whether you're in for $150,000 Mercedes or for a $14,000 used Nissan (like us today). Scott H. gave us his best today and a smokin' deal after 2 other dealerships barely gave us the time of day this week. M-B of Westminster won our business and will keep winning it in the future. Everyone from the front desk, to sales, to the tech, to the lovable Iranian finance guy, were all super friendly and full of class. (Maybe next time we'll actually get that Mercedes...wink, wink.)

When I purchased my car here I had a great experience. However now that it is 1 year later I can't believe how the service department has treated me. I came in because I noticed I had a loose headlight assembly while waxing my car. I was told on the phone to just show up and hopefully it could be just tightened up. However on arrival a woman from the office walked out and took one look and all she said was, "this car was in an accident. The only way this happens is in an accident." I have never been in an accident in this car and I take very good care of it. However she insisted that this car must have been in an accident and I would have to pay for it. Now, in her defense, she has no idea the true past if my car and may have assumed I was trying to put one past her. However they did not even entertain the idea that this could have just happened because of a screw loosening up and I would have to pay for it to get fixed regardless. I am very disappointed in the vehement disrespect and accusatory nature of my encounter. I would not use this service department ever again.

Had my 2015 GLA 250 serviced at the Westminster location for my service B, and my car has never run better. The staff were exceptional and it was an easy, pleasant experience. I have a lot of tattoos and they still treated me with respect and professionalism. I worked with Ernesto Diaz, and I ll be asking for him again when I go back. They even washed my car before returning it. Highly recommend this location for anything you need Mercedes! Keep up the great work westy Benz, we appreciate your hard work!

We were traveling on an RV trip when we got a DEF ...

We were traveling on an RV trip when we got a DEF light, a check engine light, and a restart countdown (10). We were in Nebraska, too far past the Omaha dealer to turn around, and several hundred miles from the next closest dealer. We called one Mercedes dealer outside Denver and was told they had 7 RVs ahead of us (which meant we would have to find somewhere to stay for several days until they could get to us), and another dealership never called us back. I called Westminster Mercedes, and I got a call back quickly. We spoke to David Hoyt, in the service department, and he told me he could shuffle things around and get us in the very next morning first thing. We arrived by about 4 pm, and he did preliminary paperwork and intake. We were traveling with 2 Mastiffs, and the dealership welcomed them both outside and inside the lobby...and brought them water and gave them a lot of attention. We were told that if we could not find anywhere to camp with the RV for the night that we could stay in the customer parking lot...which we ended up doing because the Walmart in town no longer allows overnighters. We got up the next morning and was greeted by David when he arrived, and we parked the RV in the service lineup and left the keys. There were awesome local places to eat breakfast...including Snooze eatery...epic...and by the time we finished breakfast and walked the dogs and settled back in the lounge our RV was done (it had two bad Nox sensors...covered under warranty). What could have been a much worse experience and a royal pain on our cross country trip turned in to a very pleasant experience, thanks to the folks at Westminster Mercedes! They even washed our RV...

The staff at Mercedes Benz Westminster can be summ...

The staff at Mercedes Benz Westminster can be summed up in one word: incompetent. Literally every time I have the misfortune of dealing with them it's a headache, and that's nothing compared to the lack of professionalism.

The last time I brought my car in (needed a new door control module) the service coordinator scoffed that my vehicle "wasn't worth repairing" and made me feel like they couldn't be bothered to provide the same level of service and courtesy as they would to a brand new car. Then they charge me $800 more than the price they quoted and I approved. It gets even better when I pick up the car and notice the stereo isn't working. Upon calling and speaking with the manager I am told to bring the car back at my convenience, for them to repair free of charge.

This week I took the car in for the promised repair. Drop the car off (without being given a loaner because SURPRISE SURPRISE, they're out of loaners as usual) and wait all day to hear back. When I finally get a phone call, it's to tell me that they can't figure out the problem. It's "nothing on their end" and they'll have to charge me at a rate of $250/hour to continue diagnostics. I'm sorry but I drove it in with the stereo working and when I pick it up it isn't working so clearly something happened while it was in their hands. I decline their diagnostics because if you can't figure it out in the first day, I'll be damned if I pay someone to poke around and hope they stumbled across a solution.

Today, I went in to pick up my car. Proceed to be ignored by everyone in the service bay as they help everyone around me, even those who arrived after me. No acknowledgement, no greeting, nothing. When they finally get around to me, they can't find my car, and once they do it isn't ready. (I didn't make it in yesterday since they closed at end of business yesterday, and told them I would come in today.) I decline the car wash since I'm in no mood to wait any longer. The coordinator asks if I have a leak in my tire because they found it low. I have never had a leak in the tire, and it was fine when I drove it in. When the valet pulls the car up to show me, I can hear the air hissing out of the tire, and the valet claims it was totally flat, sitting on the rim in the lot. They inform me that they won't patch the leak because the tires just need to be replaced. Of course, yet again it's "not their fault." I'm sorry but for a "luxury brand" this dealership sure falls short in my book. Every time I take my car in, it leaves their lot in worse condition than when I dropped it off.

Through WOM I have heard that MB of Westminster is not only the premier dealer in CO, but the entire US. My experience with their service department perpetuated this hearsay. I could not be anymore impressed with the professional and courteous communication, assertive follow through, and exceptional customer service; A special thank you to Scott Casselman in service. This was truly a great experience and I will not be using any other dealership going forward. A+++.

If you're only in need of routine maintenance for ...

If you're only in need of routine maintenance for your Sprinter van, or have a simple issue to fix, these guys are probably okay. However, if you have a more complex issue, don't make the same mistake I made. Take your Sprinter here, find a private shop with an owner who knows how to do proper diagnosis.

The MB Westminster mechanics only know what the computer tells them to do. The problem is that the computer doesn't always identify the root source of the problem. I was having electrical problems with my 2011 Sprinter which was causing it to not start. MB Westminster told me it was due to corroded hitch wiring. They replaced that and told me it was good to go. I paid $850 (yes, $850 to replace some wiring!), drove it 10 miles, parked it, came back an hour later, and guess what? You guessed it, it didn't start.

I took it to a specialist and within 3 hours, they had diagnosed the root cause of the problem, the relay air injection pump, replaced it, and for $300, it was problem solved.

Go local specialist. Dealerships will bleed you dry for shoddy work.

Amazing customer service!
After being disappointed with our experience at Mercedes Denver, we decided to take the 45 Minute drive to Westminster. Jayden was the wonderful gentleman who helped us. Jayden and his team went above and beyond to get close to what we wanted- monthly payment wise and trade in wise ( something that Denver refused to do for us). We ended up getting a better car than what we found @ Denver. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Good sales experience...HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I have taken my car into the service department 2 times now and both experiences made me wish I had never purchased my car there! My new car was damaged both of the times it was taken in for service. The first trip to service was a nightmare. And during the most recent appointment, I was told by the service writer that there were a few things wrong that would be fixed under warranty. I was contacted the following day by the manager saying there was nothing wrong with those repair items and my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked up my car it had been damaged for the second time and the AC system was no longer working properly. I tried contacting the Service Director several times and left multiple messages with no response. I ultimately delt with the Service Manager during and after both appointments, but he was no help and never apologized for any of the issues during my two appointments. He did offer to try and fix the issues, but acted like they were not at fault in any way and was rude and a little arrogant. I love my new Benz, but my experiences with this Service Deparment has1 robbed me of the joy that I once had in owning this car. I am now having to take my car to another MB dealership on the other side of the metro to have it fixed. This is extremely disappointing because I live, work, and socialize in this community and I believe in doing business with, and supporting the local businesses in this community. I will no longer do business with, or recommend Mercedes-Benz of Westminster.

I purchased a vehicle from Aaron a few months ago ...

I purchased a vehicle from Aaron a few months ago and had a great experience! He was helpful and accommodating, making the process pretty easy.

A few days after driving my new car, it wasn't starting for some reason. This was super concerning as it was a used car and we declined the warranty, understanding that if something crazy happened within the first few weeks, the dealership would hopefully take care of us. I took it into the service center and they replaced the battery at no additional charge. A few days after getting my car back, the issue occurred again where the car would not start.

Long story short, Johnny was very helpful in getting the car to another dealership (my car was not a Mercedes) and even delivered the car to me once it was fixed -- still at no cost.

The dealership could have washed their hands of the situation but they did the right thing and made the necessary repairs. I am very grateful for their generosity and grace as I had barely driven the car 10 miles.

The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because I asked to have the car detailed (there was crumbs/dirt in in areas around the console) before purchasing and that didn't happen. I also had a hard time getting a hold of someone to get an update on the car for the first few days after sending it in the first time.

All in all though, I was impressed with the overall service and integrity of the dealership!

Why does going to Mercedes-Benz of Westminster see...

Why does going to Mercedes-Benz of Westminster seem like deja vu to me? Because the level of service I receive is all exactly the same! Excellent ... so much so that is a little hard to believe. I have never experienced better service, communication, details follow-up and value than with this dealership. Sometimes I read five-star review and wonder, are these for real? I can tell you this: If you choose MB of W as your service dealer, you'll not only know I'm telling the truth, you'll probably think I did not say enough good thing about them!

Between a lemon of a car (2nd Mercedes lemon), and the poor service I received over the last few years of leasing. I would not recommend a Mercedes or this dealership. I am 6,000 miles under my miles for the lease, and the car is in great condition (normal wear and tear) and they are still trying to charge me thousands of dollars in fees.

Fantastic place to get a new MB. I would especially recommend Jeff McDowell awesome sales guy. This is my second car from them and both times were great. 6 months with my AMG and only 3 tickets and a bunch of Audi drivers fading in my rear view mirror.

We finally decided to replace my wife's car of 15 ...

We finally decided to replace my wife's car of 15 years, a 1998 Lexus GS 400. It is very difficult car to replace, but its rear wheel drive only performance in the recent snow storms proved difficult so it was time to move on.

We went to a couple Lexus dealers to see what was new and what our options were. Although they make a beautiful car the SUV's are just so ho hum in our opinion. Even the GS and LS sedan models are beauties, but I guess we were in the "been there done that" frame of mind.

We live very close to MB of Westminster and I never though I would step foot on the property because I was under the impression the cars were over priced and unreliable. Upon doing some research in Consumer Reports Magazine I was surprised to see they have quite a few good reviews especially on certain models. We decided to take a look at MB especially since we live 1/2 mile away....how convenient.

We walked into a beautiful, clean dealership an were nicely greeted by a polite hostess. Brian Pippet was the salesman we were assigned and we hit it off with him right away. What a down to earth gentleman. He was very friendly, patient and never made us feel pressured into moving on a car were not ready to move on. We started looking at and driving SUV models, but did not find any to my wife's liking...they are beautiful but they are still SUV's and did not have the look or feel were looking for. The Lexus we owned for so long was an incredible car and proved difficult to replace. Brian was very supportive and never seemed disturbed by us being so picky!! We tend to keep cars for a long time, so we were determined not to make any quick decisions that we would regret in the future.

Once we decided a sedan with 4Matic Drive was our best option we tried all models new and used. Many were too small (C Model) for me to sit in the back seat (6'4"), so we moved up to the E Model which was at the very top of our price point. Luckily Brian found us a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 E-350 with15,000 miles and real leather which we wanted. What a beauty it was and after my wife and I drove it I am sure Brian new we were hooked, but allowed us to walk out the door to "think about it". I called him back a couple hours later to let him know we wanted to purchase the car.

In conclusion, we feel very satisfied with our purchase from MB Westminster. Brian Pippet stood out as our salesperson and advocate. His patience help sell us a Merecedes-Benz...any undo pressure to "compromise" would have likely chased us away.

The offer price was so right I did not counter offer... our trade-in went well and the financing was incredible (0.9% / 3 yrs). Most of all, we have a beautiful Mercedes-Benz. So far its performance has been impeccable and the 4Matic gets 5 Stars for driving in our latest round of snow storms. We are very fortunate people to have a car like this and we want to thank MB Westminster for helping to make it possible.
