Had a great experience at MB Westminster. I owe that much to the wonderful customer service that Brian provided us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and didn't pressure us at all. He answered all of questions and we ended up buying a different vehicle that better suited our needs and Brian was right there. Plus the car we purchased needed some additional items after the sale and the dealership came to us (in Lone Tree), traded cars, made the necessary updates to our car and then brought it back to us. Brian has called us on multiple occasions to thank us for our business and to make sure everything was going well with the car. Overall our experience was very good and we would recommend this dealership.

I had been shopping around for months looking for a newer Jeep to replace the one I already had. Managed to find a really nice 2014 Grand Cherokee Summit at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. I watched it for a couple of days and in the meantime had emailed the dealership about pricing. First thing on Monday I heard from Jeff and scheduled a time that evening to go look at. Arrived at the dealership around 6 that night, Jeff practically greeted me at the door and we went and looked at the new Jeep. Had it pulled up and under the entryway out of the rain. Took it for a quick drive and then we were back and working on number. Didn't feel pressured and kept good communication with me. Thought financing might be a hassle, but KB "pulled some strings" and made it work. Both Jeff and KB stayed after hours to work out all the details and by 8:30, I walked out the door with my new Jeep! Would HIGHLY recommend working with Jeff and KB. They made it all happen. As I type this review, I'm looking out the window at my Jeep! I'll definitely be back again some day to get that Mercedes! Thanks again!!

.I Purchased a cancelable extended service contract from Rich Nicholas for my 2012 SL 550. Two months later I still do not have my refund despite the fact that they keep saying it's in the mail.
You ask, call or email them? Neither the General Manager or the Finance Director pick up phone calls, return phone calls or respond to emails.
Maybe they are going broke and can't cut a small check; I don't know. I do know you could not get worse customer service from any pot lot or dealership in the front range.
Avoid this store. So many good dealerships these days. Do not believe anything their finance Dept tells you and especially wants to sell you. having poor service really takes so much time.
I will eventually get my Refund. I will report when I do.

It was interesting. We wanted to test drive a used ML350 and called to set it up. Sales person sounded just fine, eager to help us. We went in 2 hours later and had to wait 20 minutes for the person who we talked to on the phone. He had been going in and out of the building while we waited. Somehow, he came down with a terrible cold and could not talk very much when he greeted us. We went out to the vehicle and the windows were down (it was cold outside, so strange to have the heat on and windows down). We noticed a cigarette smell as soon as we rolled the windows up, and the sale guy of course couldn't smell it because he had the cold. My wife and I went for coffee to discuss the vehicle. We called back later from a different phone number and were transferred to the same sale guy. His cold was all better 35 minutes later. What does this make you think about the sales operation?

We bought Mercedes GLK from Mercedes-Benz of Westminster, CO. It was a very wonderful experience. Both Jared Young (Sales Floor Manager) and Jeff from Finance were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We found them as best people in handling customers even before knowing the customer is serious about the purchase.
We are confident that the dealer is privileged having them. Jeff also explained the importance of extended warranty coverage and the alternative costing matrices.
I and my wife were very pleased with their overall service. We wish them the best in their future endeavor.

By far the best dealership around. I had initial communication with Jeff as I was in need of getting out of my CLA 250 and into the all new C300! Jeff took time out of his day to have the car ready for test driving as well as contact MB Financial in regards to getting the final details organized. He contacted me by phone/text during the day and even after hours when I needed my questions answered. Kambiz sat down with me to finish the paperwork while the team at MB of Westminster diligently got my car ready for me. Sean then finished my experience with any questions/concerns I had as well as showing me all the new features in my vehicle.

Just a great group of people they have here. Fast, selfless, efficient and friendly!

This is the second new Mercedes we have purchased here. Katie Oneill was our sales associate and she did a fantastic job of working with me over the phone to purchase this car as a surprise for my wife. Once we arrived to pick up the car, we received prompt service from Katie and the finance department.

We will definitely come back again for future purchases and will ask for Katie again!

I have purchase a vehicle from MB of Westminster, and would purchase one there again. In fact, this review is based on my experience in returning to MB of Westminster to purchase my second used vehicle from them. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and sales manager were all great. I worked with Ryan Vanyi who was a pleasure to work worth, allowed me to take the vehicle on several test drives, and was happy to go along too. In addition, Ryan wasn't pushy unlike several other salesman I've encountered at other dealerships in the past. Although I did not purchase the vehicle I was interested in, I felt that the service and time I was provided, warranted a excellent review.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!!! Dimitry, KB and Sean all were fantastic! We were shopping and took our time and Dimitry was very patient, yet informative. KB was very through in going over all the warranties and extras that were important to know. Sean was very kind in showing us how to work the features on the SUV and map our SUV to the Mercedes App. They should offer customer service classes from this place to the public and the world would be a better place! This is the way customer service should be. Sean sent a follow up email and Dimitry gave us a follow up phone call. KB came over and shook our hands again when we walked back into the show room to ask a question. AGAIN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE AND THEY SHOULD BE PAID TO TEACH CLASSES TO THE PUBLIC ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ritz Carlton Excellence!

Just 2 weeks ago my wife purchased a new 2016 Smart car from Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. Our sales person was Alec Rutherford and wanted to pass on what a pleasant experience the car purchase was. It was a complete no pressure purchase and Alec took the time to show and explain all the different models and features available. Would encourage anyone in the market to purchase a Smart car or Mercedes to visit the dealership and be sure to look up Alec .

I went in to look at a particular vehicle I had seen on their website - and no "bait and switch" - the car was there on the lot! Jeff McDowell was professional and not at all pushy. An hour later I was signing the papers and I picked up my beautiful GLK the next day.
The follow up service since then has been fantastic. Quality cars, dealership and staff!!

The Smart Cars are very cool and it's neat to see one in a sales person's cubicle. They seem ready to get one any way I want it. Forgot to ask about servicing and such. We'll go back a few times if we're really interested.

I just bought a used Mercedes from MB of Westminster and it was a great experience. I am young and new in my profession, so I was working within a budget. It was so nice to go to a nice dealership, not some random used car lot, to find a vehicle. I worked with Win Lewis and he was great. He showed me cars I specifically asked to see as well as others in my price range that had the options I wanted. He knew the history on many of the used cars and I never felt uncomfortable or like I was an inconvenience because I didn't have $150k to spend on a new Mercedes. I was really happy with the deal I got on my new-to-me car and all of the people with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful. I had a Lexus before this and was always happy with my last dealership, but I think this brings it to a new level. I definitely recommend working with this dealership and getting into the Mercedes-Benz family- it's really been a pleasure so far.

Our, sales representative, Shekar Williams is an exceptional sales specialist, who demonstrated patience to our questions and knowledge on the vehicle we selected. I appreciate his follow-up calls, and the no pressure sales approach. Shekar is a very genuine, sincere person who made our buying experience enjoyable. My visit to Mercedes-Benz of Westminster was nothing but amazing. I walked in to look at the stock of smart cars, but I was not completely sold on the concept. After speaking to Crystal Hopp in sales, she showed and told me everything a person could want to know about the smart car. I enjoyed the energy and politeness she expressed the whole time working with me and my wife. This made it feel like I wasn't at a car dealership but just out with a friend talking about cars. Now when it came to paper work, it was a walk in the park. Now come to the part of a car buying experience where I tend to be the most picky about and that is the detail and the look of the final product; because I work in the detailing field. My detailer, Jason, did a flat out amazing job. There was not a smudge on the car and the car looked 100% perfect. I would say his work on the car was every bit what I would do and more.

I have been dealing with the Mecerdes-Benz of Westminister, Colorado for only two years but definitely rate them 5 Star. The adviser I deal with is Linda Konecny. I
have called her on several occasions to ask questions about something concerning my Mecerdes SUV. She has always been able to give me the information I was requesting.
She is definitely a 5 Star.She is friendly, confident in her job and I feel like I am being well taken care of when I am on site. Thank you Linda.

This is an amazing establishment filled with amazing employees! The car salesman will always make you feel at home and answer any questions you have about any vehicles! This is a wide variety of cars ranging from Sports to SUV. I highly recommend coming here if you plan on purchasing a new Mercedes I m glad I did! The car salesman that personally helped me had an incredible attitude and made a bargain with me on the price for the Mercedes I chose. I have had absolutely no problems with my 2018 Mercedes Benz AMG! It is an absolutely incredibly designed vehicle that I have yet to take to the shop for any sort of repair or replacement which is very nice! They also guaranteed me a warranty so no matter what if anything does happen I can always take it back to this dealership and have it fixed. If you have not visited this location to look at a vehicle and you live within the nearby area then you are highly missing out!

The single worst experience I ve ever had working with mercedes. False promise of delivery dates, bad repair service (my exhaust fell off because it wasn t reattached) they had to redo and to top it all off they didn t even have the vehicle ready to pick up when promised stranding me in Westminster overnight because they forgot to pull it out for after hours pick up. Now taking all service to another shop.

This is an excellent dealership. The staff is very courteous and professional. I visited this dealership with an SUV in mind but later decided to settle on a sedan. Kandy and Tomas who were our sales reps assisted us in identifying the best suited car for our requirements. They made sensible recommendations and we decided to go with the car they had recommended. We leased a demo (ex-loaner) C300 which although had 5k miles, it was a very clean and as-new vehicle. The staff assisted us in getting the best bang for our buck out of our lease. We were initially skeptical of whether to take the "risk" of leasing a demo car but now we feel that this is the best decision we made. We are very happy with MB Westminster and would love to do business with them again at the end of our lease.

I inquired about a used vehicle at this dealership after they were closed for the day. Early the next morning I was greeted via text by Alec Brobston who received my request. Over the next 2 days he went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the purchase. Only being able to view pictures online is a challenge, but he walked the car numerous times for me, and was honest about any damage he found. We were able to agree on a deal, and after being passed onto finance, he stayed in contact to let me know that things were moving along. We truly appreciated his time and professionalism. Hadyn from Sales is wonderful, understanding and willing to take us through the comparison of new Mercedes Benz models. He follows up with us post purchase and checks in with us to make sure we are satisfied (We definitely are!!!). KB from Finance understands your individual situation and recommends only products/services that will work for your needs, while understanding some items are just not a fit. Never once are they pushy or aggressive during the process. We ve also had all our Mercedes Benz vehicles serviced here many times and developed a relationship with Nathan and Jeff, both are our Service Advisors who we can trust. Mercedes Benz Westminster runs a top notch professional dealership and service department!

He took all the time I needed to find exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay, and answered my continuous onslaught of questions with honest professionalism. KB was equally fantastic in answering my questions and making the finance process an unusually pleasant experience. Finally, Jeff Shi was a lot of fun in making sure I understood all of the amazing functions and getting me on my way with a big smile on my face in my new Mercedes. Top off fluids: DEF $42.40 recently filled to overflow. DEF can be purchased for $12.98 for 2 1/2 gallons. Windshield fluid top off $11.50. You can buy a gallon for $2.99. Hose clamp $3.10 you can by them for $.98. Fuel filter $124.00 you can buy them for $82.00. Labor approximately $265 per hour. Total rip off plus a list of additional things amounting to an addition $3,339.75.

Do not recommend this place for service.

However buying a car from Hayden is a pure pleasure. Would highly recommend him.

On Thursday I called Mercedes of Westminster as per the owner response. I got a recording. So I left a message as to what my call was about and asked for a return call. Today is Saturday and I have heard nothing. So much for caring about customer satisfaction.

Hello, I brought my 560 SEL into the service department to get a diognostics. 30 minutes before I brought it in I replaced some parts with new parts. Ironically, some of these parts showed up on the replace list saying that they were old and needed replacing. I'm stunned and now lost ethical trust. THEY ALSO SAID THEY NEED 2 MORE HOURS FOR MORE DIAGNOSTICS and need to charge ore than the 126.00 originally quoted. When I asked why the oil change is $450.00? Linda said well that's the whole oil change and that if I just want a regular oil change it's just 129.00
Huh? Anyway, they asked me to replace a billion parts for $11,000.. lmao... what a joke this place is.. They said well if i doesnt actually need replacing.. we wont charge you.. I said, if it doesnt need replacing... why are all these parts on the replacement list in the first place then when they are brand new?. OMG, BE CAREFULL!!!

Routine service and they still couldn't complete it in one day.they notified me that the car was ready and they would have it ready for me what time would I come. I showed up at exactly the time I said I would be there and they couldn't find my car. I had a 30 minute wait.

My first experience with the service department at Mercedes Benz of Westminster. They did a really great job. My service advisor Jeff took great care of me and my vehicle and kept me up-to-date along the way on the progress. He was easy to get a hold of and the tech did a phenomenal job servicing the vehicle. We will certainly be using them for service going forward.

Brought my sprinter in for my 730am appointment. They told me they were behind, running late, at 1045am and it was just getting into the shop. I opted to bring it in Monday because I originally had a problem that required a diagnostic. They don't run diagnostics on the weekend. So it would have sat here. I'm told it will take about an hour to service my vehicle. I've watched two people come in after me to get their cars serviced come and go. If it took 2 hours to service my sprinter for the 3 recalls it has, then I'd be on my way home at this point. Totally unacceptable that they have ran behind and are complicit in letting me sit here. No heads up whats so ever.

No shuttle service due to Covid.
No loaners, except for the cars with dealer plates in front of the service bay (3 of them)

So here I am sitting in the waiting area, my entire day is gone.

I would whole heartedly not recommend their service department. Its unfortunate its the only one close to Boulder.

Excellent from initial phone call to car pick up, Westminster MBZ and especially sales professional, Adam Nensewitz excelled. Living in California, I found the MBZ I wanted on line, located at Westminster MBZ. Once I called, Adam handled my questions and brought the pricing along to where we both agreed. Once committed, the payment wire went smoothly. A week later, when I picked up the GLS 450 Adam took me through the vehicle, which was spotless. I drove off a happy guy, but Adam checked in during the week to make sure the experience was still great. Appreciated the follow up since I had a few questions. Would definitely buy another car here.

I had some modifications to my Sprinter Van this week and had an SRS code come up right before the holiday weekend. I reached out to Burton Tuttle via email and had a immediate response to come in as soon as I could and he would find a way to get this completed. The code was resolved in less than two hours and I can go enjoy the long weekend with our family. Great service, awesome lounge, and great people. Thank you Burton and the Sprinter specialists. See you for my 20K service!!!

I brought a used car from here in Dec 2011. The salesman, Johnathan was very nice and helpful; however, 2 weeks later, we had to pay for the locking system that cost $1,200. Now, the car is experiencing more problems...service is saying it could cost up to $7,000 to fix. The car was only driving to work and back. I feel like the car had more issues than what was disclosed during our sell. I've brought other used cars, even own another Mercedes Benz, and I've never experienced issues with a car that I haven't owned for less than a year.

Really? I would expect more from a Mercedes Benz dealership!!!!!! This is the worse car I've ever owned!!!!!

I was very pleased with the purchase of my C300, and Josh, Crystal, and Rick made the entire experience very enjoyable. I would recommend any one of them to anyone I know looking for a Mercedes Benz. I was also very happy to meet Kevin, who came and congratulated me on my purchase. This level of customer service and customer satisfaction is rare these days, never once did I feel like I was being pressured or tricked. The only thing I would have changed is that it would have been nice to know how and where I can replace my floor mats, because one of them has a giant rust stain on it, and I didn't see it until I got the car home, but I didn't bring it up either so it's definitely not anyone's fault that I had the pleasure of interacting with.

Would I buy from Mercedes-Benz in Westminster again? You better believe it.

Today I went in to translate for a friend. He asked me which dealer to go to. So I choose this one hoping this experience was better then the last. Well it wasn t! I scheduled something with Alec originally but then my friend said he wants to ask the guy he worked with about pricing a month or so ago. So I said okay because it s his choice.

The service is as okay found him the car he wanted. When it comes down to asking do they pay for someone who interprets they said no, so you pay a referral the guy said no because he worked with him before. So they don t pay anything for someone to come out to help them interpret and be the middle person because half the things he said he don t know or don t understand. We spend 4 hours there and I talked back and forth this could have easily gone to 6 hours if your trying to show someone who don t understand what your talking about.

When we were negotiating he didn t want to ask a manager I asked him to ask the manager 3 times before he went she showed me the numbers I told him I don t care what you computer say and where we are at right now. I have already wasted 4 hours being here and at the end I sort of lost respect for the guy.

Note to people: don t bring in interpreting because they won t pay for it. Also, they won t lesson to ask a question to your manager.

I don t care this the a Benz, I worked with many better dealerships and not once did I ever got turned away for hey here is a little gift for helping us earn a business.

I did tell my friend to walk away because any dealership would love someone s help to earn a business.

The service here is truly exceptional. I rolled up, handed over my keys, then worked on my laptop in their very comfortable and well stocked lounge for two hours while they serviced my car. Each person I interacted with made me feel like a VIP. It's more like visiting a 5-star hotel than an auto shop.

Really bad experience, I take my new Mercedes to this dealer because I have oil warning on my dash , they change the oil for $150 but they don t delete the oil check warning on my dash because the told me I have to do first the year maintenance the cos $360 , I talk with the manager about this , I asked why I have to do this on my only 8 month old car??!! He told me is Mercedes Benz politics!! I will Never come back to this place?!!!!
