If you negotiate properly, you can get the best deal here in entire Seattle metro area. The only problem faced by me was with finance department which was trying to sell add-ons while signing papers. (Like regular service may cost you $ 1700 dollars, buy this crap for $X now) Just say big NO to all such things.
Nice and well maintained facility at great location.
The sales person(Thoai Dang) with whom I worked went above and beyond my expectation.

Overall a good experience.
