The experience at MB Bellevue is fantastic! The sales representatives are very professional and friendly, walking me through the entire purchasing process patiently, even after the open hours. In addition, the after-purchase service is also great! I started looking for mid-end SUV vehicles from BMW, but after a few visits at both stores, only Benz @ Bellevue is able to provide a much competitive price and even better features! So if you have problems in deciding which is your car from BBA(Benz, BMW, Audi), you should definitely check this dealer out first!
I am an original customer from Barrier Motors. Since AutoNation has taken over, I have really noticed a change in service. While I will say that the Service Staff are nice and polite, it seems that the extra touch we used to get when it was Barrier Motors is gone. As an example, I spent $800 there the other day and when I was given my car, it had not been washed. I asked about it and was given a coupon to the car wash at the Chevron Station across the street. I understand that the dealer car wash was removed to accommodate the Bellevue light rail, but I wonder why the service staff no longer take your car to be washed as an automatic after servicing it. I had to ask about it and then take it myself. I understand that this seems like a minor complaint, but when buying a Mercedes and then continuously bringing back my bu$ine$$ for servicing and maintenance needs, I don't think it is unreasonable to ask for this special touch, each time. Also, I shouldn't have to call back to check about my factory settings and power sunroof glitches because those items weren't QA'd after the airbag replacement. When a dealership changes owners, I guess I don't expect to see the customer service touches decline, especially for long time loyal customers (11 years).
Confusion as they assigned another person without notifying me prior to my appointment.

Overall was pleased except I needed minor body work and they havestippoted coordinating and now I had to make separate arrangements.
Help is great to work with. Overall experience has declined over the last couple years. cutting corners here and there have started to add up.
This was my first time at Mercedes of Bellevue having just moved to the area recently. The staff who greeted me and handled my vehicle service was pleasant. Upon receiving my vehicle everything appeared great. The only issue was that I requested shuttle to Bellevue square given that my 10 and 6 yr-old kids were with me and it's difficult to keep kids quiet and settled in the lobby for almost two hours. However, I was assured a driver would come get us shortly but the driver did not show for about 40 minutes then took another customer who arrived after me to Redmond. Unfortunately we did not get shuttle service and this was frustrating.

I had my Mercedes Benz serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue on 8-15, and after the vehicle sat in the garage overnight, I noticed some fluid on the ground. I had it inspected, and it turned out to be only windshield washer fluid possibly from the frame of the vehicle, but, upon further inspection of the engine compartment under the hood, I noticed there was a grey rag sitting on top, which is a very dangerous fire hazard. There was also a lot of residual motor oil on top of the plastic cover as well as some below on the frame of the vehicle. This should have been cleaned up during the oil change service.

Cant speak for their sales department but as far as service goes, they have been very good compared to Lynnwood and Seattle locations. Talk to Justin Purdy, he tries his best to make things right.

I've been to this dealership twice. Once a little over a year ago and again today. I was helped by Lorenzo in Sales and Brandon C in sales and both of them were very courteous and easy to work with. They weren't in a rush to get me to buy or push me out the door, which I really appreciated .
Definitely ask for one of them if you are in the market for a Mercedes and they will take good care of you.

Signed up for alerts for the Mercedes-Benz C300 about 3 months ago. I had specifics in terms of exterior color/interior color and had viewed about 6 of them over the course of the search.
When the car became available that I was interested in (2013 C300 4matic), I asked for more info through the website and was contacted by Clinton Miller of Bellevue Mercedes. I told him my timeline and he explained the car was not local, at the moment, but it'd be no problem having it available within a day should I choose to move forward. One thing I really appreciated with Clinton is that he wasn't pushy and didn't exude some of the typical salesmen mentality I had encountered in the past. I initiated all contact, which we kept through email.
This was my first visit to Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. I arranged to meet him on a weekend, to talk about the car so we sat down and he explained the history of the vehicle. It had a very interesting background, nothing bad though (not Mercedes-Benz certified, but AutoNation certified). After absorbing all of the info, I still felt comfortable and decided to go forward, so when he attempted to locate the car, he realized it was actually enroute back to Spokane, but just to be sure, he checked the lot. It was then that he came across a 2014 C 300 4matic, same exterior/interior color. It wasn't on the main lot because it had just arrived and I was fortunate to see it first. I suggested we go look at it, so we took a nice 3 block walk discussing what else, cars.
Reached the car and it was IMMACULATE! So we took it for a test drive and it felt completely new and best of all, it was Mercedes-Benz certified, which just gave me more confidence in my decision to go forward with this one instead. Loved the all-wheel handling, torque, comfort and quietness of the car. Car has every available option that I would want, plus some things I didn't even know it had. Yes, it was a little bit more because it was a year newer, but I didn't have to wait for transport, and was able to go over the car right on the spot.
Ashely was very informative and thorough, giving me options about the extended warranty and every item that I signed during the purchasing part of the process.
I'm super pleased with the car and the communication from Clinton was top-notch from start to finish. Great personality and he even apologized a couple of times, for the process taking long, which I let him know, it wasn't taking long at all. Probably one of the best transaction I've had through a dealer.
After delivering my car for scheduled airbag replacement and finding out my car was not on the workshop schedule, my service advisor sorted it out and got the car in and reshuffled another customer airbags and had them installed on my car. He also told me to take advantage of a supplemental repair offering from Takarta for my inconvenience which I took advantage of. Service advisor was very helpful and obliging.

Being honest, I m a horrible car buyer. I m super picky about cars I buy and that s why salespeople spend lots of time with me.
So! I ve never bought a car from this dealership, but I ll definitely do it and definitely from this exact dealer. I ve been there over 5 times looking for different cars and every salesman was 10 out of 10. They are very knowledgeable and polite, I was never pushed to buy something same day (like it s in 99% of dealers in our state). This guys earned my trust and professional respect without even selling me a vehicle. Again, 10 out of 10.
Mark Larsen is the best-- I thought I was going in for an hour-- but had ignored some earlier service and he found some important safety issues so the car had to stay in for the day- he immediately found me a loaner, called my insurance agent for proof of insurance and had me on my way in 15 minutes-- this on a Friday their busiest day--- I am not easily impressed but certainly was in this case!
They are very professional and helpful, Bernard helped me go through all process quick and easy. I got a reasonable allowance for my trade in and new c300 just amazing! I would difinitely get next Mercedes here!

I got girled here. They wanted to take the motor apart for water in my gas tank. Told me my car was shot. I drove there to get my oil changed before a road trip. They drove it into the reception area, opened the hood, messed around with something, and then went to turn it back on to drive into the bay, I assume. And she didn't start. I'd been having an issue with that, and because of my close, personal relationship with my car, am very well aware of what the normal not starting sounds like. It was a completely different not starting. I watched this all happen and when the service manager came in to tell me he had a bad feeling and they were going to have to take the entire motor apart, I told him I had a bad feeling about him touching my car at all. I asked them to push my car out into the parking lot, and told them I'd wait in my hot car until someone I could trust could come help. I was informed the car was not going to start again. I told them, YES SHE WILL. I called my ex husband and had them talk to him. That's when they finally put it on the computer. Where I got an 8 page print out of everything that could possibly be wrong with it. They were doing what they could to keep my car there so they could make money off me, probably. Well, 6 hours later, she finally started, and I was able to drive her home.
This was my second visit to this dealership. After a disappointing visit with very poor customer service on my first visit I decided to give them another try after hearing back from the General Manager apologizing and stating the issues I was concerned about would be addressed. My second time was exceptional and probably tied for the top car buying experience I have ever had. In and out in under 3 hours, adherence to the discussed price that was agreed on prior to my actual in-person visit and overall great attention to customer service. The loss of one star is reflective of not having this service experience on my initial visit.

We worked with Dante Jenkins to purchase this CRV. The car was in like new condition, and from the first contact Dante was the best! He knows cars, is friendly, respectful and incredibly helpful. No pressure, just good, solid customer relationships and service above and beyond. We had only one issue with the car after we bought it, and Dante took care of it immediately. A great experience for us!
Although I ultimately ended up not buying a vehicle (financial reasons), the potential buying experience was top notch. Brad Bennett (salesman) was very helpful and patient in the process of trying to find the right car. I never felt pressured to buy or take a deal or even a vehicle I didn't like. If the time comes around again to purchase a vehicle, I will be giving them my business.
I recently purchased a GLA and had a wonderful experience at the MB in Bellevue. The car is absolutely stunning. On top of that, I was helped by Pam Pugel who was pleasant and trustworthy. Pam went to great lengths to make my first experience at a Mercedes dealer a great one and seamless.
I had the worst experience at Mercedes Benz of Bellevue. I came in for a scheduled recall service. This was scheduled over 1 week ago. When I come in there, a rude service manager talks with me, then your manager on the floor arrives and calms the situation down, apologizes and assigns a new service manager to work with me.
6-7 hours later, I get a message stating that my car is ready, but NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. When I arrive there, I get a reason that the part was incorrect. This was scheduled over a WEEK AGO, and you still couldn't get the right part?
And then, I was told, that they will follow up in a weeks time once they get the right part for the recall -- NOTHING TILL DATE. I think my vehicle was intentionally handled poorly, and it took you 6-7 hours to figure that the part was incorrect.
Very POOR service, I did not expect this as a Mercedes-Benz customer. Please improve your service, and keep to your promises.

I had an excellent experience buying 2019 C300 from this place. Malachi my sales rep did an amazing job! He was efficient, very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cars (you'd be surprised there are many sales reps who don't know much about their products). He made sure I got what I wanted. The entire process from test drive, negotiation, and finance went smoothly and quite enjoyable. Special call out to the Finance Manager, Tudi, who was very fast in handling the process and got me out of the dealership on time for my movie! I'd recommend buying a car from this place.
They just need provide more snacks at the waiting room - they ran out pretty quickly and we were quite hungry after spending a few hours there.
Easily the worst car shopping experience I've had.
I drove up in my VW and got out walked the lot for a few minutes. There were no salespeople to be found. I could see a few people inside, so I went in to ask for assistance. I had to practically drag Jay outside to show me a pre-owned Mercedes. The salesmanship was lacking professionalism and my questions were met with rude responses. I was made to feel like my visit was an inconvenience.
Thankfully, the BMW dealer that I visited afterward were extremely gracious hosts. They happily showed me around AND sold me a car.

Service department is really courteous and helpful. Had my car there for warranty service a few times and they took care of me.
The service advisors are not dependable. They don't provide information on time and take time off with no proper hand-off. We are left with no loaner no response and the last time this happened the guy quit and silence for 3 days after repeated contact.
Everyone here was very polite and efficient. We also appreciated the brand new vehicle provided to us while our car was being serviced. Thanks again!
My first time buying a car! Look for Dan at the dealership. He explained all the car features and options very clearly. He was very upfront and transparent with all the costs associated.
We enjoyed buying our vehicle here about six years ago. I did not enjoy the experience of having our GL 450 serviced there six weeks ago. Basic service, nothing special required and when completed, I had to figure out how to reset service reminder on my own, as well as throw out paper used to protect mats during service. C'mon guys. You should know better when working with folks who own MBZ.

Scheduled appt for today May 7, showed up before appt time. Checked in, waited 3 hrs only to be told my appt was scheduled on June?? when my confirmation email clearly says May 7th... people here seem to be very vocal about it s not their responsibility, don t know what happened etc.
Be mindful of this when checking in to your appt.
And say if my appt were scheduled in June, has it not occur to anyone that dropping & storing a car there for a month later appt, probably is against their own policy. LOL

I believe my advisor could have been transparent from the beginning. I bought my Mercedes at carmax in February 2018. I didn't know how to operate some features so the advisor was kind to share how to operate the features and schedule the car for its first maintenance 10,000 check. However I was hesitant to schedule because of the high expenses for the car. Somehow the coverage I had was lost in between our communications by him calling carmax to verify and lastly I wouldn't have to pay. At any rate I wasn't happy by bringing the car there to stay over 1 day and to be surprised by the hefty service price. I could have postponed it until I was ready to afford it.
The service provided by Mercedes-Benz of Bellevu was great. Jibran and John helped me find the car I was looking for and also helped me get the best deal. They were very helpful.
My annual auto servicing is always a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Bellevue, WA. Personnel are so courteous, friendly, and interested in you and your current issues. They want to know about family, and ready talk other things besides your car.
The complimentary car wash at this agency is currently being rebuilt, but they promised me they would give me another sticker on my door as soon as the new one is completed. The entire complex is a beautiful experience, both sales and service
Update (Aug 13th 2018)
It was time to return my lease vehicle and i had maintained it in a good condition . Mercedes-Benz told me that there would be a pre-inspection before returning the vehicle and AUTOVIN would complete it. They found ~280$ of wear and tear. Later Mercedes also sent me a 15% coupon on the wear & tear damages to be submitted with my vehicle.
After i reached the dealership they were not willing to apply the coupon. Although the value was less, the sales associate David's behavior was extremely unprofessional and stating "You got off the hook, the wheels are damaged and you will get a huge bill for X Y Z things that was unrealistic and he will charge me 1500$ and then apply the 15% coupon"
And he was not willing to understand that the inspection had been complete and the charges were final as per the written communication.
The dealership kept on saying "This car is owned by Mercedes-Benz financial and not us" , then why the hell do i return the vehicle to them and they are not dealing well with the customer.
I probably am not going to lease another Mercedes again
Overall a bad experience and it is 2 parts
a. Shuttle Service - I had to wait 40 minutes for pick up and drop off at 9:30 AM in the morning. It was 11:00 AM when i got to work and similar experience in the evening. All this happened because of the miscommunication between staff and shuttle drivers.
For my pickup, the time to wait on the phone was approximately 20 minutes and after that the lady on the phone would connect me to the driver and he would not call me when he arrived since he did not have the number. This happened twice before i got picked up.
b. Service:
- The service guy walking me through in the morning was rude , however he did get the inside of the windshield cleaned after he said he was not going to.
- When i was purchasing the service, they really pushed me to buy it but when it is time to execution they did bare minimum on my 10K service
- Car was not washed properly, there was dirt on my car and also the windshield and glass had water marks that were dried out . There was no point of the hand wash since i had to clean it out later to see properly
- Car Vaccuming had missed number of spots and after repeatedly pointing out, he did it just before i left.
I want my money back for the maintanence package. All you people out there , DO NOT BUY THE MAINTANENCE PACKAGE .. it is a RIP OFFFFFFF
Pathetic customer care, they dont care about the customer s time. I scheduled appointment twice but both the time they said all our guys are busy and we don t know when they will be available. The people on the front desk don t care about you. Very rude.
Great service, as always! We accidentally made a routine maintenance appointment for the wrong Friday, since we were timing it with a medical appointment in Bellevue. We live an hour away from the dealership. Our service adviser checked the schedule and said they'd fit us in. We weren't going to get a loaner, but we were fine walking to the appointment. They did a number of things I didn't expect in that appointment and had us ready to go very quickly (surprisingly). Great service. Thanks!
The Mercedes-Benz GLE Class automobile that I have just purchased from this dealership is the fourth in the last six years. Ashley Lohnes, our trusted sales representative, goes out of her way to make the process a pleasant experience. She is very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, friendly and applies no pressure. She is always available for questions and works well with her colleagues to make things happen in a timely manner. It must be comforting to know you have someone like her interfacing with your customers. While Ashley is great, she is also fortunate to be working with a quality product like Mercedes-Benz. First Time Buyer
Before walking into Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, I felt I was way out of my league. I thought in the back of my mind, I don't really deserve my dream car. However, once I was greeted by the manager David, that thought immediately disappeared along with the other negative self thoughts. The entire staff made me feel like I belonged there. I have purchased cars from dealers before, however I can honestly say, this was the most pleasant, seamless and stress-free experience I've had. My salesperson, Lorenzo Johnson, was professional and personable which helped set my mind at ease. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, store processes and extremely accommodating. Clearly, he is management material. The finance process was quick and easy. Every step was explained in details. Again, stress-free.

The pricing for a 30K maintenance seems high at $980+
Even after that, the car was not cleaned and washed. I was given a voucher to do it myself across the road. I thought MB customer service standards were much higher than that.
Very bad customer service. we (me and my husband)went to look at a car we were planning to buy. Nobody greeted us. Nobody even looked at us. After looking at cars by ourselves for 15 minutes we went to the counter and asked the lady for help. we told her we are planning to buy this specific car can someone help us with it. she signed us in and asked to wait. we waited for one hour. Nobody showed up. We asked them twice . My husband asked for the last time ,the answer we got was so disappointing. The person told us we cannot kick our customers outside. you have to wait someone will help you whenever they become available. Ok. we again waited for half an hour. No sign of anybody. Finally we left the store. don't recommend anyone to go there. Because we were so excited to buy our new car. But they made me think about it twice. I would rather invest my money with some another company.
Previous owners were excellent. I just can't do business with the new dealership/management that is not willing to make any type of Negotiations. Unfortunately, this is the exact same type of experience that I had last time I went there- after the dealership changed ownership. I decided to give them a second chance and I m very disappointed. When we came in we were told several things that are not true- including safety issues on the vehicle. The mileage listed on the ad online was significantly lower than the actual mileage of the vehicle. I would suggest checking the mileage if you re going to look at a used vehicle there. It was suggested that we put a deposit to hold the vehicle so that no one else could buy it. And then when we said when we were willing to put a deposit we were told by a manager that she wasn't sure she would even take a deposit on the vehicle. After saying no I wouldn't purchase the vehicle with a sensor light on the way that it was, then the same manager said she would take the deposit. I was told there were four more appointments coming in after we were leaving which I find hard to believe considering it was Sunday after 3pm and it is an older suv. Despite all of their despicable tactics I was still willing to purchase the vehicle because I liked it But they were unwilling to compromise or negotiate in anyway whatsoever. If you re willing to go in there and give them exactly what they want and not ask any questions your experience might be better. I would suggest going to a different Mercedes dealer. We will not be returning to Mercedes of Bellevue.
So many good things to say about this dealership! I moved closer to another dealership and I still will only let these guys touch my car! Customer service is clearly a top priority for this company and these employees because they really do go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. They offer shuttle service, rental cars, and loaner cars so you have transportation while your car is being worked on, or if you choose to stay on site there is a business center, free wifi, charging station, and snacks! Prompt, responsive, courteous, thorough, professional -- everything you could expect from a top-of-the-line dealer. Brought in an older model E350 for diagnostic, received detailed service plan/recommendations and courtesy fix of smaller issues. Highly recommended. Kudos to service advisor Justin Purdy for his immediate, detailed and very patient follow-up and recommendations.
Solid place to purchase a Mercedes and build a relationship with the people who will be caring for you car. One of the service advisers and most of the techs have been at this location for ten years or more, which speaks to their abilities and job satisfaction.
I had a fairly positive experience! I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start and this was something very specific to Mercedes Benz (it was the DAS control module misbehaving).
The staff were very courteous and helpful and they were able to diagnose the problem almost immediately.
I had them fix a few more things while they were at it, so my car sat in the shop a while longer, but I was pleasantly surprised with their professionalism! This is definitely the place to go if you need car care that's more specialized to Mercedes.
I wouldn't go here if you're not looking to lose a lot of money, that said, there's an extra benefit in the top tier knowledge that the staff and mechanics bring to the table, so if it's something you're not sure a regular shop can fix, by all means bring it in!

After a failed service visit they invited me to provide a review. So here you go I've purchased several MBs from the former Barrier Mercedes and one from MB of Bell as Auto Nation. Since my sales professional was the same, I felt the difference was negligible between ownership. BUT that is a whole different story w/ their Service Dept. My most recent botched service deal was over a CPO warranty issue. Bellevue said the "fuel delivery module" had failed, would cost $2,200 to repair, take 2 weeks for the part and wasn't covered under the CPO warranty. Suggested that I try another dealership. WHAT?! So i did. Went to MB of Seattle and was taken care of in 1 day. Identical diagnosis and 100% covered under the CPO warranty. Total lack of trust for Auto Nation. I will avoid at all costs for future service and purchase needs.
Great people to work with - Malachi Lucey and Tae Ho Su - never felt any pressure to buy anything. Had a bit of an issue with something not working after we brought the car home and they worked with me on a great positive solution. Very happy with my purchase and the level of service that I received.
I was very pleased that I was able to just drive in with my emergency flat tire and have a new tire installed and ready to go that day.

As always, Mercedes Benz dealer service is very convenient and professional. With that friendly smile, you get countless up-charge options when all you wanted was a Service A/B oil change that costs you $300-500 (sarcasm). They even had the courage this time to line item detail the $4.95 windshield washer fluid they used to top me off. That's a first. Thanks MB!

Check engine light was on and I dropped my car there for a day and they said there's no big issue and it is fixed now.
I drove it home and I found that the light was on again and I had to make another appointment to check it.

This is my third time i go to Mercedes Bellevue to do the regular maintenance.
It is wasting time and money. they dont tell you how much the regular maintenance does cost in purpose. i have new CLA car, I called them before i went there they gave me approximate price for B service which is not even matching the price i paid(250 extra) . I dropped the car at 11:20 AM, at 2:11Pm i received SMS to get the car. i went at 4:30 Pm and i waited for long time to get the car and it is not clean at all. Maybe it was Saturday but even ...
