Was scheduled for service to replace air intake ma...

Was scheduled for service to replace air intake manifold that was cracked and loose. I waited 4 weeks to get the part in and set an appointment.
After an hour and twenty minutes, I was told that the part was sent back and not available.
Poor communication, bad excuse, bad attitude ... did not seem to care that I wasted my time ....
Need adult leadership in this dealership !!!
